Excellent location, 5 mins from Termini; plenty of good restaurants and cafes at hand. Staff at reception welcoming and friendly. Good sound-proofing on windows. The terrace was an added positive extra.

A travel safe in the room would have been a nice addition, although everything was safe and secure.

The staff were lovely was a short stay but was great to be close to station, bus routes, convenience stores, local restaurants and not far from shopping and attractions.

A great place with friendly staff and a very convenient location close to the train station. We stayed for just one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I especially want to mention how clean and convenient the bathroom was. The room itself was also very cozy, tidy, and well maintained. The staff take the safety of younger guests seriously, which we really appreciated. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out for as long as we needed. This was extremely helpful, and we felt confident that our belongings were safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall we had a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was the street right next to the hotel. At night, we could sometimes hear shouting outside, which was a little unpleasant. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The area is simply not the nicest part of Rome, even though the location is very convenient, especially for getting around the city.

Fui cobrado 36 euros por ter entrado depois das 23:59, mesmo tendo avisado e informado várias vezes que o vôo havia atrasado! Não me avisaram que iriam me cobrar quando informei o atraso, o detalhe é que o recepcionista passou a noite na recepção, cobrou para ver se caiu . No outro dia desistiu de me cobrar!

I liked how friendly and considerate the staff was, as well as the location being right by Roma Termini which made it easy to get around.

Sometimes the bathroom smelled a little weird after they would come in and clean the room, but otherwise no issues.

La ubicación es excelente si llegas en tren, está muy muy cerca. El personal es amable. Y tiene ascensor, muy pequeño pero hace su función.

Llegamos y no tenían nuestra habitación, nos dicen que está roto el aire acondicionado y que nos van a mandar a otro hotel "mejor" y más lejos, y encima allí no tienen habitación triple que era lo que habíamos solicitado.. Le digo que no, que yo he reservado en este hotel y con esas condiciones y no me han avisado...... me dicen que espere 10 minutos...... y de repente sale una habitación triple con aire perfectamente funcionando y perfectamente limpia. Eso sí, el tamaño de la habitación es enana, muy incómoda, o hay apenas sitio para dejar 3 maletas de cabina... Y lo que no me gustó fue que el último día necesitábamos dejar nuestras maletas unas horas allí hasta que saliera nuestro tren y nos respondieron que podíamos dejarlas gratis ( no hay habitación, es allí mismo en la recepción a la vista de todos...) si les poníamos una reseña de 10.........

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El alojamiento está en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación de trenes, lo que hizo que nuestros traslados fueran muy cómodos y convenientes. La llegada fue fácil y sencilla. Agradecimos mucho que el edificio contara con ascensor, ya que viajábamos con bastante equipaje y eso hizo una gran diferencia. El personal fue muy amable, eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era cómoda y tal como se mostraba en las fotografías. Además, tenía aire acondicionado, algo que agradecimos mucho, y el baño estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Otro punto a favor es que ofrecen la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje después del check-out, lo cual nos permitió aprovechar mejor el resto del día sin preocuparnos por nuestras maletas.

Okolica trochę szemrana, ale to tylko dosłownie dwa kroki od dworca, nie było problemów.

Very friendly and kind staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but it wasn't a problem—they let us leave our luggage and even checked us in early, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and having air conditioning in the room made our stay even better. The terrace was also a great bonus—a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The shower was broken when we arrived, but the staff fixed it quickly after we told them about it. It wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay.

De douche en wc vielen erg tegen qua functionaliteit. De wc was wel gerepareerd door het personeel, dus daarvoor complimenten.

Bardzo blisko dworca Termini. Dobra baza wypadowa. Byl mały taras, aneks kuchenny przy recepcji, blisko sklep. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodziła pokoj.

Solo estuve una noche, unas horas para dormie y ya. El personal es amable. Las camas cómodas y la ubicación buena. Puedes dejar el equipaje y el check-in lo puedes hacer a culquier hora, lo cual es de agradecer.

Un cartel o algo para que se vea dónde es. Algo de mantenimiento le vendría genial.

El alojamiento esta ubicado de forma ideal, al lado de la estación de Termini. Puedes acceder por Via Marsala en menos de 4 minutos. La recepción y personal muy bien y el sitio confortable.

Pago solo en efectivo y habitación pegada a la recepción.

Lokacija je uz kolodvor Termini na kojem su metro, autobus i vlak tako da je povezanost odlična. Može se ostaviti kofere nakon odjave iz hotela ako se ostaje duže u gradu zbog kasnijeg aviona ili slično.

Il reception è stato premuroso ed ha risposto alle nostre domande,è stato carino a consigliarci di non trattenerci molto fuori la sera per via della zona pericolosa.

L'entrata non era ben riconoscibile in quanto è presente solo una targhetta dell'Hotel che non si vede da lontano. Entrando ti trovavi di fronte ai bidoni della spazzatura e quindi anche il cattivo odore. Letti un po' scomodi e cuscino molto sottile. La via non è per nulla silenziosa e quindi anche il sonno era disturbato dai rumori ad ogni ora. La doccia funziona ma non ci si può chiudere perché le ante sono rotte, ed inoltre l'asta che tiene il doccino è riparato male e rischia di cedere. Aria condizionata presente ma non provata. TV funzionante ma visibile solo da un letto in quanto l'altro si trova proprio al di sotto.

A entrada do hotel é apenas uma porta, nem tem faixada. No começo é estranho, a entrada nem parece hotel. O elevador é muito antigo e pequeno, serve apenas para as malas. Precisa subir de escada até o segundo andar, onde fica o recepcionista e os quartos.

The position of the guesthouse was perfect. And the host was accommodating.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone planning to explore Rome, especially if you're arriving or departing by train. It is located just a few minutes' walk from Roma Termini Station ..honestly, you couldn't ask for a more convenient location! From the hotel, it is very easy to reach many of Rome's main attractions on foot, making it an ideal base for a short city break. Our host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us useful recommendations about the city and was always available if we needed anything. The room was comfortable and surprisingly cool despite visiting during the summer. For guests who prefer an even cooler room, air conditioning is also available. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location, especially for those visiting Rome for a few days and wanting to stay close to Roma Termini.

The only downside is the noise and the appearance of the surrounding street and some of the people around the area at night. However, this is not the hotel's fault, and as long as you take the usual precautions and avoid walking around very late at night, it shouldn't affect your stay.

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s location and services. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Fica bem próximo ao terminal de trem e metrô Roma Termini e de fontes de água potável gelada. O portão fica fechado, é preciso tocar o interfone do hotel que fica no primeiro andar. O hotel usa chave comum nos quartos e fica ão lado de uma igreja, os atendentes são muito cordiais e atenciosos, e o ambiente é muito tranquilo e familiar.

El aseo, la cercanía con la estación Termini y las facilidades de transporte que esto tiene. El personal es muy amable y respetuoso.

El tamaño de las camas individuales que es muy justo y el tamaño del TV que es muy pequeño. Sib ein es un factor externo al hotel, las zonas cercanas al alojamiento son algo oscuras en la noche y da una sensación de peligrosidad, pero en general es seguro.

Apesar de estar próximo da estação R Termini, rua com muito barulho, quarto pequeno, banheiro pequeno, aparência nada boa, prédio em condições precárias.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Room was very clean. The location near train station was really important for us. It was 2 min away

Noise was really annoying. Especially the one from the street. We thought that we are sleeping late so it's gonna be fine. But it was not. There are 2 shops downstairs ppl keep shouting next to it untill 2 am . At 6 am seagulls arrived screaming for food and fighting. But we were only one night so the location near train station was our priority.
