Appartement 2 chambre luxueuse à jette

La struttura situata sulla linea del tram 19 è collegata abbastanza bene ai trasporti pubblici per raggiungere il centro o altre zone di interesse. L’appartamento posto al secondo piano si presenta accogliente e con i giusti spazi per un soggiorno di 2/3 persone.

L’unica nota negativa se proprio vogliamo esser pignoli, mi è dispiaciuto che il televisore non era presente in cucina ma in salotto.

The location was convenient for my needs.

building has extremely poor sound insulation, and every normal sound or footstep can be heard between apartments. When I complained about constant noise from upstairs, the host told me that if I did not like it, I could leave. However, whenever the downstairs neighbour complained about hearing our normal footsteps, the host repeatedly called and pressured me to leave. I felt as though I was not allowed to live normally in an apartment I had fully paid for. The late-night calls and private messages made the stay extremely stressful. I have used Booking.com for many years and have never experienced anything like this.

Heerlijk appartement

Geen airco of koeling. Was binnen erg warm door de temperatuur buiten.

Apartamento muy grande. Las camas son cómodas y tiene una decoración muy bonita. La ducha es muy buena.

Tiene unas 4 cafeteras y ninguna funciona. El apartamento tiene algunos desperfectos por el uso que son fáciles de arreglar: algunos cajones de la cocina están medio sueltos y la puerta de la cocina y del baño, necesita un arreglo el picaporte.

L'appartement est grand et spacieux. On dispose de tous les équipements requis. ( vaiselle à disposition, serviette de bains, papiers wc ).... Et de point de vue accès pour se déplacer il y a le tram 19 , il suffit de traverser la rue pour trouver l'arret de tram et aussi à pied on n'est pas loin de la gare de jette. En gros, l'hote est joignable a tout moment en cas de problème. Pour nous c'était une belle expérience .

Ce n'est qu'un petit détail , nous n'avons pas trouvé de savon vaiselle, et de petite poubelle pour jetter nos déchets. Petite suggestion, est -ce que vous pourriez mettre à disposition de vos hotes des petits sachets de thé , de café et du sucre: "merci".

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Die Einrichtung ist gut. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist gleich vor der Haustür. Alles, was zum täglichen Bedarf gehört, ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der riesige Kühlschrank macht bei Bedarf auch Eiswürfel zur direkten Entnahme. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind perfekt für guten Schlaf, echt Spitze!

Die Nachbarn im ersten Stock (die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock) sorgen für ein stinkendes Treppenhaus. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße, was die Nächte laut werden lässt. Eine große Fliese in der Dusche ist lose, regelmäßig gelangt Duschwasser durch die Ritzen und ist als Fleck bis in den Durchgang zur Küche zu sehen.

J'ai aimé la propreté du logement.

les toilettes sont éloignés de la chambre. L'accès dans l'appartement au 2è sans ascenseur. C'était pas très pratique avec nos valises.

It was clean and it felt like a home away from home

There was no tissue paper in the toilet

Appartement très propre, très spacieux avec une literie confortable. Cuisine équipée avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Salle de bain impeccable avec grande douche à l'italienne. Nous étions dans l'appartement pour 7 nuits et nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier et de l'immeuble. Machine à laver + sèche linge non négligeable pour nous qui voyageons avec très peu d'affaires. Quartier très vivant avec une multitude de commerces variés : supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, traiteur chinois, etc... Gare de Jette à 400m et tramway en face de l'immeuble, le top pour rejoindre le centre de Bruxelles facilement et rapidement. Le propriétaire est très réactif et très gentil. Il répondait très rapidement aux messages. Merci pour tout, nos vacances ont vraiment été parfaites.

RIEN, tout était super

Ottima posizione (tram di fronte e autobus a 5 minuti a piedi). Camere ampie, luminose, calde e confortevoli. L'appartamento era in ordine e pulito; inoltre il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Apartamento espacioso y muy bien equipado. Mucho menaje. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Hay que tener en cuenta que la finca no tiene ascensor y es una segunda altura. Sobre todo para personas mayores es un inconveniente.

La grandeur, la propreté

Ce n est pas à mon sens un appartement luxueux ! Le bâtiment est très vieux La deuxième nuit, il y a eu beaucoup de bruit jusque tard venant du dessus ...on avait l impression que des meubles étaient bougés !

Supermarkets for groceries and train and buses are close conveniently. The owner was very friendly and always available to solve problems

You could hear the tram since the house is close to the rails.

The host was there to meet us on arrival and help with settling in. The apartment was very handy to the train station (5mins walk) & the tram was virtually out the front. There were plenty of options to supermarkets and eateries.

The 2 flights of stairs were challenging for an older couple with suitcases.

The location was good, 5 min to the railway station and 1 min to the supermarket (Delhaize). The apartment was clean and well equiped. We hahd everything we need. The host was very friendly and supportive. They accepted us for early check-in which was very useful.

I have nothing to comment. Maybe missing the air conditioner would be unconfortable during the very hot summer.

The property was clean, very spacious and close to public transport. It was super easy to get to central Brussels. The hosts were lovely and very communicative about how to check in and delivered the keys upon our arrival. Would stay there again!

Handy for Jette station. Supermarket a short walk away. Stairs to apartment are quite steep. Ok for us but need to be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Nice clean apartment and host responds quickly.

The location is very central, super market right in front of the door, laundry shops at 1-2min walk, restaurants etc. Parking possible in the streets (could be a little hard to find). Train station is at walking distance where paid parking is available for over night.

Toilet door is of frosted glass with no lock and slight gap. So suitable for couples only. Neighbours were noisy after mid night for some time (could be a one time thing). Overall it was quiet.

Super flexible host, helpful and kind! Amazingly good location, Perfectly equipped apartment! There is a tram stop - right in front of the house, train station about 5 minutes away (superb rail transport is typical of the city - we recommend this to everyone, two stops to the central railway station, but it is very smooth to travel anywhere in the country using the train), shopping opportunities about 1 minute away

The windows in the kitchen and bathroom were not fully insulated (at the time we were there), but the owner knows about it and has already taken action. The repair may already be ready.

Apartment clean and have all of you need. Location was exceptional. 5 minutes train station, near bus and tram.

Apartment on the third floor, no elevator, very narrow stairs, it was hard to lift hand luggage, but ok for a light backpack. Very hard communication, the woman who met us, doesn't speak English or French.

The property is clean and the host is very nice. And the Tram is in front of the apartment and train station is few minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was spacious and similar to the photos. It was clean enough and the location was nice. The bus was around the corner about 3min walking and the train about 8min.

The shower head in the bathroom and the kitchen tap were dripping. The lady who welcomed us didn't know any english so it was a little slow to communicate using translators.

The location was perfect for our needs. We had gone to Brussels to attend a concert at the ING Arena and the number 83 bus, which was a short walk from the flat, took us straight there. A tram took us into the city centre. Flat was fully equipped so self catering not a problem, with two supermarkets in very close vicinity. The flat was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds with good quality bedding. Good value for money.

Conveniently situated by a bus stop, the apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and communication with the host was highly effective.

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, making it challenging to carry our suitcases inside. Despite the outside temperature being 30 degrees, there was no air conditioning, only a single fan. We anticipated basic amenities like coffee and tea, similar to what one would find in a standard motel, but they were lacking. Additionally, the bathroom did not have shampoo or soap.

Owner is really nice and try to accommodate you upon arrival time, apartment has a lot of space, you have everything to wash and dry your clothes, to make food. Beds are very comfy, you have a lot of space in living room for 4 people.

It would be nice to have a bit more cosmetic toiletries in the apartment, like cotton buds and pads. No shower curtain. Also there was only 4 tea bags in the kitchen, so if that could be improved - it would make this apartment even more exceptional.

Very large, nicely renovated apartment, super clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and responsive, accommodating our late arrival. He also came back to solve a little problem with the smoke alarm. The flat is 11 min by foot from Gare de L'Ouest.

Wifi costs extra. Lamps shades in the bedroom are missing. A couple of toiletries and a bottle of water or some coffee in the kitchen would be nice. The neighbourhood was not as central as we thought, and it's difficult to find a place that serves breakfast walking distance.
