Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Very very delayed in room service. Only 4 items available in Menu for lunch and dinner. Its a clear agenda to force the customer to go for Buffet instead of In room dining...No one picks the call at In room dining number at one go...and after picking call after multiple rings, they don't understand what you say...to use lift, waitint time is sometimes more than 10 mints as one of the lift is under repair. Last month also it was under repair during my visit...Didn't expected this experience with Such a brand!!!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I didn't like anything. I have stayed on Holiday Express abroad and it is difficult to accept that Holiday Inn Hyderabad is so weak if compared.
I didn't like the long wait time for the lift. I didn't like the breakfast set-up. I didn't like the odor in the floor and room. I didn't like the cleanliness of the shower and the room floor. The stagnant toilet flush and sink.

Horrible menu at buffet, only one non veg available at dinner. Stayed for 5 days, only one chicken curry was served at dinner. No other option is available. The food tasted horrible, roti/ paratha was rubbish. The toilet floor was like a bowl, water accumulation every time , basic amenities not available.. One word is just "waste".
