Reviewed Oct 7, 2025The location was perfect. The unit was as described. We were pleasantly to see that tea, coffee and sugar was provided. We had some issues connecting to wifi but the ladies from Utopia helped us speedily. The views from the unit were awesome. Would have loved to stay longer.
There were quite a few steps going down to the unit so people with mobility issues take note.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024It's a few meters away from the beach. Our kids could play on the beach until 10 pm the security is always patrolling the area. It was the first time in a long time that I felt safe and didn't have to look over my shoulder.
The place is clean and the staff was friendly. All the shopping areas are just a walk away..

We stayed at this property a year ago, and while it remains a nice place, we did notice some areas that require attention. General maintenance seems to be lacking in some parts. For example, the security doors, especially the sliding door in the second room, were very difficult to open. Additionally, the window handles were challenging to lock or unlock. The kitchen drawers are showing signs of damage, and the drying rack for clothes is nearing the end of its life. We also noticed rust on the kitchen stools and bedside lamps. Though it wasn’t a problem during our stay, the fridge has condensation around the LED panel, which may turn into a bigger issue over time. Lastly, the winter blanket in the room with the single bed had some old food or residue stuck to it and definitely needs to be cleaned. Overall, we are not complaining, as this is still a pleasant property, but we would like to bring these concerns to the attention of the owner or management for future guests.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024Location was perfect. Unit was comfortable+spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped, washing machine was much appreciated with a toddler guest. Few minor issues that need attention.
The lounge could do with a lamp so the overhead lights are not on all the time making it very bright at night.

The cleaning stuff that came in every morning were friendly & assisted with everything we needed. I could honestly write a whole book about how great this place & location is.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2023Breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean with the most stunning sunrise from the comfort if the bed or better yet from the balcony. The house is spacious and spotless and spacious with end suites in two of the three bedrooms. Self catering requirements sufficiently met. Sun umbrella for chilling at the sea and lots more. We absolutely Loved and enjoyed our stay.
