Thank you to the host of the apartment Mohammed who was extremely helpful and friendly. In the end of our stay he even brought for us some delicious local homemade sweets. Apartment is spacious, with a wonderful ocean view and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very comfy bed in a master bedroom. There is also a 24/7 security guard on the entrance, very helpful as well. The beach is literally 5 minutes walk. We loved our stay, thank you for your hospitality, Mohammed!

Nous y étions en famille. La disponibilité et l’accueil chaleureux de l’hôte avec un thé et des gâteaux. Le confort et l’ambiance cosy de l’appartement et sa localisation. À proximité de la plage à pied et des spots touristiques en taxi (10min). Tout s’est super bien passé. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

I can say with certainty that Mohamed is the kindest host I have experienced in 10+ years on booking. We loved the Morrocan people but Mohamed really went above and beyond. It was really easy to get there and find everything due to his detailed instructions. The apartment had really spacious bedrooms. It's a quick walk to the beach so we loved the location. Peaceful area so great for people who want to enjoy their vacation without chaos. We loved the view of the sunset from the living room. Kids appreciated having Netflix. The restaurant Vanisca he recommended had delicious food - walking distance from apartament (plus many other good restaurants).

Just a note for those cooking- there are several small markets in walking distance of the apartament (one even open 24/7 with good croissants!) But the larger hipermarket Marjane is about 2km away. We found that the food in smaller supermarkets was sufficient:).

Host met us on arrival and offered moroccan tea and cookies, yum! He not only supported any apt questions during our stay, but was a local travel agent on taxis, car rentals, and the neighborhood. Much, much better than a hotel we stayed at, close by, for three nights where it all looked pretty but little things just didnt work.

We walked from a hotel to the property and google maps had us walk two blocks from property. Booking cost was a bit high compared to other Moroccan accommodations. But after a canceled trip to the Western Sahara Desert, it was a welcome relief.

Clean! Great location! Everything worked. They made us tea on arrival. We would stay there again

Great location, 5 mins from the water. Close to nice restaurants and in a very quiet, residential area.

Very clean, well maintained, modern decor. Excellent location. Alcohol shop and beach both within walking distance. Simo was a really welcoming and helpful host who went out of his way to assist us when someone from our group had a medical emergency. Any time I had a question for him about the property or general queries about the location etc he was super fast to respond and gave super helpful advice. This block also had a very good security team who were on duty 24/7

Not Simo’s fault but the water for the building had been completely shut off for several hours due to a pool maintenance issue one day during our stay, all pipes were affected meaning we could not use the shower, washing machine or either of the sinks. Neither of the pools were heated. A full length mirror would have been good to have. There was a group of 4 of us women and there was only one bathroom so if you have more than 2-3 people sharing, you should bear that in mind

Very helpful and friendly host. Spacious, loved the see view from the balcony. Tok 5 minutes to walk to the beach 👍👍👍

Only disappointment was that the pool was not clean enough to use, until out departure day.

L’appartement est très joli, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. Il se trouve dans le quartier Founty, un quartier chic et calme, à deux pas de la plage d’Agadir, avec de nombreux restaurants, magasins et commodités à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Un grand merci à l’hôte Simo pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour profiter pleinement de la belle ville d’Agadir !

I didn’t like that simo can deal with everything in a record time! He didn’t leave any room for complaints haha totally worth the value 👍👍🙏🏻

It’s helpful if Wi-Fi codes are shared, maybe a file of local information as well.

I have travelled and stayed in many places, and I can 100% say that this place is the best. Forget about all inclusive because the host Mohamed goes above and beyond to make you feel special, if you need anything from extra utilities or ideas of where to venture out, he will not only reply immediately, he will assist with bookings. I can't speak anymore highly of him and the wonderful apartment he provides. 10 out of 10 doesn't do it justice. It's better than that. Thank you so much Mohamed for everything you did for me on my 2nd stay there, and for sure I will be back very soon :)

Nothing could have been better.

Lovely property right by the beach and close to shops. Apartment was clean and spacious, was very comfortable to stay there. Owner and cleaner were very kind and helpful. Great balcony view of the sea. Overall, a great place, highly recommend!!

Very good host and clean modern apartment

perfect location, fantastic host. mohamed was on hand at arrival & throughout our stay. really comfortable beds. every facility is in the apartment. a taxi was organised by mohamed for our return journey. felt really safe with 2 security guys. not needed really. lovely swimming pool

couldnt work out how to use the tv. my fault really, i should have asked, no big deal. lounge furniture not really appropriate for older folk, just a tad too low. standard couch & armchairs would be better however that would not put me off from booking again

The property was clean, safe, and modern. The apartment smells amazing! Very nice and friendly security guard- and the unit itself was clean, well kept, and modern. Loved the beds-very comfortable! The location was an easy 3 block walk to the beach/boardwalk. We really enjoyed the piano bar that was on the beach. Great live music and phenomenal food. When we first arrived to the property we were greeted with tea and cookies! This was such an unexpected but nice surprise. The host was incredibly responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out on our first day and they were so quick to help up back in. Additionally, they also arranged taxis to take us to the airport.

The location still has a lot of construction surrounding it. So you have to walk through dirt/gravel sometimes or take a longer route to avoid this. However, it seems like construction in the surrounding areas is pretty active so it is only temporary.
