For the budget there were some unexpected quality of items such as plastic dustbins/ cheap brands consumables in the washrooms and quality & upkeep of all living room sofa

It was comfortable and had everything you needed to be self catering. Location was good and easy to get to the places you wanted to visit

Book a 3 bedroom unit which can sleep 8. Well keep and clean, comfortable. Bedsheet,, comforter, pillow case, towel clean and white with no stain. Master room bathtub with twin tower view. Toiletries provided included toothbrush and tooth paste. In house slipper provided as well where a lot sirbnb condo do not provide. Kitchen utensils is complete. Nearby have a lot eatery stall - mamak, chinese bbq, and convenient store, walkable distance from lobby 3 mins. Check in and check out is completely fast and easy. As I stay on PH eve, the price is almost double compared to normal weekend. Swimming pool quite big and clean but no view, all tall building blocking but on the rooftop 37 floor, can view twin tower perfectly. Do hope the management continue to maintain well the unit.

Clean, well stocked kitchen and comfortable stay! Staff were helpful and it was well located for Petronas towers but a bit far out from other areas but very easy to get a grab so not an issue.

The location is very convenient and the overall setup of the unit was decent. Check-in was smooth and the space was generally comfortable for a short stay.

The main issue for me was cleanliness. There was an unpleasant odor in the unit, the carpet did not appear clean, and one of the racks seemed unstable and close to breaking. While I understand that expectations may vary, cleanliness is very important to me and this did not meet my expectations. I also felt that the price was slightly high considering these issues.

Amazing location and easy walking distance to the towers and metro. Large apartment with brilliant shower, comfy bed and so nice to have laundry in-unit! Host was always prompt with information and great check in. Great house keeping and great luggage storage options.

Super spacious and modern apartment in the heart of KLCC. Very well equipped and great to have a pool too. We loved our stay here as it was a perfect base for exploring KL as first timers. Great check in and check out process and Alma was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

Only minor comments but the pool was actually a bit cold for us and the AC kept turning off in the middle of the night. The sink in the bathroom leaked a bit.

Очень просторные и стильные апартаменты, было всё необходимое. Заселение прошло быстро, уборку предлагали каждый день. Стоит фильтр для питьевой воды, очень удобно!

Самый странный кран в ванной, невозможно помыть руки, чтобы не было лужи вокруг. Очень холодная вода в бассейне, купаться некомфортно. Персонал недоброжелателен, охрана смотрит на вас с раздражением, будто вы пришли к ним домой, нам даже не разрешили пройтись около бассейна вечером и прогнали, хотя мы не собирались плавать.

Surprisingly spacious, high ceiling and clean. Walking distance to the twin tower, staff are very responsive and helpful. I requested one extra blanket, they just delivered to me immediately without any charges, excellent service felt like a 5 star hotel, room cleaning service is also complementary!

Spacious nice apartment but could do with a clean on the floors and skirting boards. Easy walking distance to public transport.

We couldn't get an extra key, one is not enough. The towels are thread bare and stained and I like to have a separate pool towel. Hand towels are also needed.

Уютные аппарты с натуральным паркетом, в самом туристическом квартале КЛ, красивый ЖК, все необходимые для туриста удобства - кухня(если вдруг вы предпочитаете домашнюю пищу в путешествиях), стиралка, гладилка, санузел с ванной и душевой, всегда приветливый персонал самого жк, чистый бассейн, что еще нужно туристу )) Мы остались довольны )

地點位置很棒，空間是真的十分的寬闊，以兩人的空間來說非常好運用與享受，而且內附洗衣間、洗衣機，走路十分鐘就能到國油雙子星塔，有點類似高級公寓的感覺，管理森嚴，以房型來說價格很便宜。

原來不是飯店，類似民宿出租，管理森嚴但也因此領取鑰匙等流程繁瑣與等待，沒有專門飯店管理，是需要透過whatsapp聯繫，房間稍有歲月痕跡感，軟裝（床鋪、毛巾等）稍舊，可感覺到已經過度使用沒有更新蠻可惜的。

Mussten 20 min vorm Haus warten bis wir Schlüssel bekamen. Nicht ordentlich gereinigt: Haare in der Bettwäsche, staubige Möbel, viele Flecken auf Handtücher.

The location is good. Rehan restaurant next door is very good food. Pool area was nice and apartment was spacious. Bathroom was good with an excellent shower.

We didn’t like having to race down 20 floors when the fire alarm went off!( it was a drill but we hadn’t been warned) Some rubbish under the couch which I noticed when my ring rolled under there. Not been cleaned for some time. Also a hand towel and tea towel for kitchen is needed. The hot/ cold drinks machine was without water and we couldn’t work out how to sort it. So no tea/ coffee for us.

The apartment was spacious, giving us enough room to feel comfortable. The first room we were given had a nice view. Staff communicated politely.

Overall maintenance was poor. Towels were worn and should have been replaced. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there was visible mold around the tap. The kitchen was very basic, poorly equipped, smelled terrible, and even had a dirty, used sponge left there. During our stay, we found many cockroaches in the apartment. Late at night we had to change rooms because of the cockroaches. The first new room we entered already had another huge cockroach before we even unpacked, so we had to move again. The final room had no cockroaches, but it was worse than what we had originally booked: no view, swollen bathroom furniture, and again a clogged sink. The next day, after losing a night’s sleep and canceling our plans, we tried to cook. As soon as we used the stove and oven together, both stopped working, and the fridge also turned off. We had to wait for the oven to be replaced, which meant losing even more of our time stuck in the apartment. Communication with staff was only through WhatsApp. At checkout, the deposit inspection felt excessive, as if they were looking for excuses to keep it. The photos online are misleading: in reality the rooms are more run-down and not well maintained. We even canceled another booking we had with the same management company because of this experience.

Het was lekker ruim en er is veel opbergruimte. Het was niet mega schoon en het rook ook niet of er echt schoon was gemaakt. De schoonmaak wordt gedaan door 1 man. En volgens mij worden alleen de bedden verschoond.

Vooral het personeel. Echt verschrikkelijk. Zo heb ik het niet eerder meegemaakt. Een onbeschofte gast die ook geen Engels sprak. Ook zitten er zeer onvriendelijke beveiligers. Dus dat verpeste ook gelijk de sfeer. Erg jammer want het complex is verder mooi

Struttura con potenziale, ma che non rispecchia le condizioni in foro. È trascurata e desolata: non c'è una reception per fare il check-in (ci hanno fermato delle guardie all'ingresso, anche piuttosto ostili), gli ambienti sono spogli, non curati (avevamo 3 divani diversi in salotto, alcuni con macchie e fori, uno attaccato all'altro, il senso?), e la piscina ha grandi chiazze di muffa sulle piastrelle. Se lo so desidera, è prevista la pulizia giornaliera dell'appartamento, ma non vengono rispettati gli orari (abbiamo richiesto solo il cambio degli asciugamani, che è stato fatto soltanto prima di cena, dopo aver sollecitato il personale). Il personale è indisponente e poco chiaro: ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero reso il deposito cauzionale entro 3 settimane - un tempo stranamente lungo - che al momento del check-out sono diventate ben 3-5 mesi. Speriamo non sia una truffa!

Everything is old and full of mold. The whole apartment (specially the bathroom) stinks because of this.

Très grand appartement mais qui manque de meubles (pas de table de chevet ou de lampe). La salle de bain est superbe avec sa grande douche italienne et sa baignoire. Grand lit confortable. Canapé moyen. Grande table à manger. Lave-linge et fer à repasser fonctionnels. Grand frigo. Petit balcon sympathique. Beaucoup de placards. Jolie piscine et salle de sport au 6e.

Le checkout avait 20min de retard. Impossible de couper la clim dans la chambre mais un mode sommeil existe. TV non configurée. Pas de coffre.

Nicht ein freundliches Wort.Und zum Schluß wollte der Manager noch unbedingt was finden um die Kaution zu behalten. Gefunden hat er dann ein schmutziges Bettlaken mit einem Fleck darauf, was er ,wirklich wahr,dann mit einer Zahnbürste reinigen.Und falls der Fleck nicht raus geht ,keine Kaution zurück. Mein Sohn hatte Probleme mit dem Magen. EIN brauner Fleck. Ich sagte ihm mehrmals woher der kommt.Interressierte ihn und Zahnbürste nicht .Aus Scheiße Geld machen.Widerlich !

Excellent location, just a short distance from the Petronas Towers. The property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. I was particularly impressed by the host’s professionalism and attention to detail. They even arranged an airport transfer at a very reasonable rate. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had an amazing time here! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were great, but what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly responsive and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and super close to the Petronas Towers. There was noise from upstairs unit, heaving foot steps and movement of what sounded like furniture from 8pm till 11pm. I messaged the host, who to their credit tried to help, even to make a complain with the guards. This was the only downside to a almost perfect place.

Just had a lovely stay at this homestay last night! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. We felt really comfortable and safe throughout the night. The host was kind and helpful too. Definitely a great spot for a short getaway or a relaxing night. Would recommend to others! 🌟

Excellent location, close to the Petronas Towers and other key locations, such as the Pavilion Mall. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I am not a great fan of living in high rise buildings. So even on the 23rd floor, going onto the balcony was challenging.

This host very helpfull and very friendly. The hospitality also at the good high tier services. Will repeat again here

Now think about it, you pay 60 euros for an empty apartment including tax per night, your phone is about to run out of charge, but you tell the landlord that you need a socket converter for the country you are in, he wants 10 ringgit (2euro) rental fee for the material that should be the main one, it is sold for 6 ringgit outside, 7 hours have passed since you entered the apartment, do you want paid cleaning immediately, do not miss this opportunity with limited staff, the nearest market around is a fake 7 eleven, it is necessary to walk 1 km to eat, the infinity pool is on the roof, on the sixth floor of the 37-storey building..all fake..never again
