Very basic, bed up against wall on one side due to size of room, Building works opposite not mentioned. Generally dated. disappointed with towels. Pool wasnt included. Didnt feel comfortable like Hotel

The guests are responsible for throwing the rubbish, and the shower room drainage is stuck up, internet so slow. Plus, the TV channel is annoying to get a local channel/ Netflix. aircon cold is not enough and so noisy.

Had a guest after 10pm security turned my guest away said no guests after 10,pm! Embarrassed for my guest and myself security staff were laughing,No policy on booking .com about no guests after 10 pm!Do yourself a favour book somewhere else where there is no over Zealous security!Also room no soap or body wash or shampoo and just a thin blanket for top cover of bed

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Ho alloggiato qui con i miei genitori prima di ripartire per l’Italia perché la posizione è comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto di Manila. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia dalla cura e pulizia dell’appartamentino, che dal servizio clienti. L’ingresso all’alloggio presenta una bellissima hall sempre sorvegliata da delle guardie. È presente il condizionatore nella stanza, ci sono persino la lavatrice e il sistema di riscaldamento per la doccia!! Peccato per la vista sul balcone che ridava sui cantieri, ma per il resto tutto al top!

we book 2 rooms of the same type but they didn't inform us that the room type is only 1. I still have to pay for the price of 2 plus I have no choice but to book another room so that my family can have more space

One staff keeps verifying my stay even if I showed my unit key already and complained that "marami kasing pumupunta dun mam" I don't know what he even mean if it's my unit since I only have 2 other guests with me.

Although no freebies were provided, such as hygiene kits, water, or coffee, no complaints whatsoever because many convenience stores are located near the property. The thing I like the most about this property is how responsive the owner is. He goes above and beyond to help you.

The bed frame was bad. Very noisy and made loud cracking sounds when you would roll over. Headboard had storage but its door made loud sounds if there was any motion on the bed. Really needs a new bedframe and newer mattress would be a huge improvement. Oh, and you have to pay extra if you want to use the swimming pools! That should be included. It was the main reason I stayed there and I missed out because I wouldn't pay the extra. Seemed wrong to me.

As far as i know & we all know that all condo even hotels that the time of check out is supposed to be 12noon but the room i booked (kingstaycation) is until 11am only… which is inconvenient for our part as a customer. & the parking is over pricey.

Canapeaua trebuie schimbata. Nu poti sa dormi pe ea iti rupi spatele dormi pe lemn iti intra in spate.Patul este ok dar micut.Subt gandaci trebuie facuta deratizare ceva posibil sa vina de la vecini apartamentul era curat!Trebuie sa platesti extra pentru piscina blocului.

the beds were smaller than expected, there were extra mattresses but too thin. it's good that instead of 4 people staying, only 3 pushed thru but if we were 4 adults, it would be a bit too tight. the place would be perfect probably for 2 adults and 2 kids

La salle de bain pour régler la robinet c'est compliqué avoir l'eau chaude et froid. Nous sommes 3 il y avait que 2 serviettes et 1 papier toilette pour 2nuit. Autrement, Bj est très gentil.

The bed and pillows were stinky, room is dusty, kichen cabinets with fungus worst is...the 2 extra matress have both stain of blood in it..it's so disgusting!!
