Comfort, quality, great location

We provided our own breakfast and meals.

Nothing could have been any better, everything was perfect for us.

We enjoyed the comfortable living room and the relaxing showers. It was nice that a grocery store was nearby.

We have a larger car and it was difficult to move it in and out of the garage.

The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The property was clean and well-maintained, with great amenities throughout. I liked how cleaning supplies were provided as often these are locked away. We especially appreciated that it was fully fenced, which made it feel safe and secure. Communication was also excellent and very easy.

Location was handy to where I needed to be.

Nothing

Very spacious and comfortable with everything that you need. It was really well set up for self catering if that is what you want. Bedrooms were comfortable with spacious separate bathrooms. Comfortable living room and an extra large kitchen. Good private outdoor space. Location was excellent for us. Close to the bike track and Hamilton gardens. Excellent supermarket a couple of minutes walk away.

Quality accommodation, well looked after, very clean and tidy with a private back yard deck area to sit, a garage for the car, very quiet and comfortable, a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the owners for sharing their accommodation with us, we would definitely like to stay again when we are in the area.

Comfortable, warm, clean and relaxing.

Everything

The location was great, near the University and easy to find. The internal parking was really appreciated. Shower was brilliant. Cement

Lovely spacious unit, everything you need in a place.

Amazing 😊 everything was clean, awesome contact with host. Loved our stay, comfortable stay recommend this Airbnb to all. 5min walk to new world was A++ East to get back onto motorway 😁 Overall experience we loved it.

Was nothing to not like 👌🏽

I loved how spacious it was. Two bedrooms, two large bathrooms, living area, and all for a pretty good price. I am so impressed.

Nothing.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, modern and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again

Convenient location. Compact, secure and comfortable residence. We enjoyed our stay🤗

What a wonderful experience staying in this accommodation. It was a home away from home absolutely perfect. Everything is pristine. We will find another reason to come to Hamilton just to stay here. Central to everything so we able to visits friends In Ohaupo and visit Hamilton gardens. We'll done to the owners

Lovely unit. Spacious and comfortable. Well set up.

Cleaning could be a little better especially in the kitchen.

I loved the spacious layout and the outdoor space. Kitchen was beyond well equipped if you wanted to cook while there. New World down the road. Quick Uber trip to the centre of town. Great stay.

The location of the property was perfect for our stay which included visiting The Hamilton Gardens which were very close by and playing golf at Tieke. It is very easy to get on and off the main motorway which runs to the east of Hamilton City. The house was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen, good sized bathrooms, large double door fridge and a private outdoor seating/eating patio. We were able to park one car in the garage which was great and the other one could fit parked in front of the garage. Also, super close proximity to a supermarket and other nearby shops including fast food.

The only issue we had was with the beds. We booked as two couples (ie 4 adults). The master bed was fine but the twin beds in the second bedroom consisted of a trundler bed, with the pull out from the trundler bed made up as another single. This would be a fine for a child but was a little small for an adult. We let the owner know who apologized. We suggested they make this clear in the description of the beds.

modern, well set out layout, excellent decor

So clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location too. And the host was very responsive and friendly.

We liked everything about it!

Excellent communication with owner house was emaculant

Would recommend single bedroom a topper as the bed was too hard

Perfect location and felt safe as I was on my own.

We had a brilliant stay. Super comfortable apartment with one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen. Location was great for exploring Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and well maintained property. Highly recommend.

Nothing.

Easy access, quiet place to stay, and great facilities.

Master bedroom bed topper wasn't great for a hot sleeper, and it was a bit uncomfortable for me. 2nd bedroom king single was firm, which is ok for some people, but do like a bit of give in the mattress.

Stunning little property with everything you need very private and comfortable

Lovely little home with everything needed for a very comfortable home away from home stay. Well equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Good location with New World a couple of hundreds down the street.

This a great place to stay. It's new and beautifully fitted out. It has a lovey sunny garden courtyard, and the beds were comfortable. The showers were good, and it was spotless.

Nothing

Clean, spacious, comfortable nice location, good facilities.

Locked out of property , had to wait for owner to come let us in.

Modern, super clean, warm, comfy bed - best sleep we've had for a while - handy location, great communications. Very handy to supermarket, takeaways, other shops, and the main road into Hamilton. Tip: Don't touch the bottom lock on the inside of the door ... you might just lock yourself out like I did, hahaha.

It's not that I "didn't like" something, it's more the fact that the power points were a bit difficult to get to behind the headboard of the bed... for our medical machines - but next time, we'd just take a multi powerpoint plug and extension cord. No biggy in that regard.

Great location. Supermarket at end of the street. A quick drive to Hamilton Gardens. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Well equiped kitchen. Laundry facilities with everything provided.

Would have liked to have received check in information at least 48 hours before arrival and not 24 hours.

Great location in Hillcrest, nice quiet neighbourhood. Very handy to supermarket. Property was extremely well equipped and presentation couldn't be faulted.

The only fault... toilet seat in main bathroom wasn't stable, needs tightening

Everything, well presented warm and clean

I was travelling to drop my wife off for surgery. It would have been great if there were hand rails in the shower and by the toilets. We had travelled with a raised seat for the toilet but there was nothing for her to hold on to in the shower. Other than this property was hard to fault. She loved it too.

Outstanding accommodation in all respects. We have stayed in numerous places in NZ and overseas and this property could not be faulted. Facilities, cleanliness, comfort, beds were all excellent.

I can't imagine what anyone could dislike about this property.

I loved everything about the home, great location, very private, new world up the road and very comfortable.

No dis likes. Absolutely loved my weekend ❤

Clean and modern 2 bedroom house, comfortable beds, good shower, would definitely recommend.

Parking was a little tight, but it was nice to have a garage.

This property is very clean and comfortable, well furnished, and the house looks very new. This is the best property I have ever stayed in！ It's easy to get around, very close to Hamilton Gardens, and there is a lot of food nearby; if you need makeup, the room and bathroom have large mirrors, which is very convenient! Very recommended!!

The charging plug in the large room is behind the bed, making it inconvenient to charge the device.

Very clean, warm and comfortable. Spacious and amenities outstanding.

The heat pump kept the place warm. It was very clean and cozy. We had very comfortable sleeps in the beds with quality cotton bedding.

Perfect location. Nice and tidy house. More than expected.

Excellent facilities like home away from home. Clean, modern and inviting. Spacious and comfortable.

Leaving.. 😂

Very handy location near supermarket, gas station, food places, near motorways and close to town.

For us the location was perfect and handy with a Supermarket a minute walk away. Everything you need. Warm, tidy and very comfortable. Happy to recommend and come back again.

Very quiet ..spacious..delightful outside area...comfortable beds..great driving in and being able to unpack from the garage straight into the lounge..it was all so delightfully easy and relaxing.. loved it..

Have nil complaints.
