Lovely Newly Renovated Home

The location was close to the supermarket & Cafe to get breakfast, easy to navigate and get around. We were there to attend a wedding and the location of our accommodation was close to the church and the reception venue. I travelled there with my mum, Aunt and my son. Both my mum's love the accommodation and it exceeded their expectations, was really quite neighborhood and we loved our stay. With having to book short of a week, the price was too good to be true. We loved everything.

The seperate area was a nice and quiet space beds very comfy and location was handy to motorway, supermarket, takeaways and other shopping laundromat, bakery and chemist very convenient.

Need more kitchen utensils standard ones like whisk, egg flipper and decent knife block set lots of random ones not needed as mostly the same if that makes sense very small things otherwise had everything else.

Location was great for us to the University where our daughter had a sports tournament.

There were a lot of Daddy long legs that our family went on a bit of a mission to kill every spider we could find. I think we counted 18. Appeared that it had possibly been cleaned long before our arrival. I would just recommend that the owners just giving it a quick check over before guests come to stay. Other than that, it was quiet, parking was great, private and reasonably quiet.

A signpost on the fence to point to the unit would be helpful. Fortunately we arrived in daylight

Quaint traditional bach feel, plenty of room. Two bathrooms!! Kind accommodating host.

Property was kept clean and we enjoyed the stay.

Nothing much , all was good. Wishe the driveway to property is bit more wider to fit in car drive better to the property.

Finding socks from precious people and lots of rubbish under couch which hadn't been vacuumed underneath it for along time,

Good space for families and two separate spaces/lounge. Very clean space and had everything that we needed.

Spacious home for a family

I read the reviews on this place before booking, but the house wasn't up to standard on cleanliness, cobwebs & hair everywhere, even in the kitchen utensil drawers.. apart from the towels and bed linen, it didn't feel like it had been cleaned between guests, especially the bathrooms. There is also no clothes dryer, so it would have been nice to have a few more pegs to hang washing out.

Two bathrooms and one had a shower in the bath. A handrail to help step in or out would be handy .

Comfortable bed, quiet, lovely mandarins although a bit messy on the driveway

There a coffee but no coffee grounds. Serious plumbing problem in the separate suite shower due to drainage issue causing build up of water in shower base. Toilet and basin were gurgling. Had to use main shower on 3rd morning as problem increased.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Surprisingly spacious. It was like two units. Two lounges with TV was a real treat. The host allowed flexibility for an early check-in and check-out, which was also very generous and helpful. Communication was also very pleasnat. Short-cut pathways to shops were also handy.

Nothing much. The host is always keen to improve on any issues :)

Comfy beds. Quiet area. Reasonably close to town.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for drying clothes and no clothes drier so we weren’t able to wash and dry towels. Maybe more towels when people are staying longer than a couple of nights 😊

The house was lovely really happy with our stay .

The house was absolutely lovely. Well appointed and stocked there was everything that we needed. The kids had their own wing of the house with lounge room, kitchen and ensuite. The room was super clean with Netflix and Internet access. Very quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and snuggly.

Nothing really. The GPS in the car didn't know how to get there , and it is a little out of the way. But perfectly fine if you have a car.

Suited our needs perfectly. Was great to have two living spaces and two bathrooms.

Water pressure in one of the showers was very weak.

Place was beautiful, modern with everything we needed. Clean, tidy and a nice layout. Great location. 2 bathrooms ideal for our group of friends. Enjoyed the range of games!

Not a major however could do with a more easily accessible power point or power board in at least one bedroom as the only power point was behind the headboard. First world problems and all!

There were spider webs in the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. Since its the summer time we felt really hot in the bedrooms since there were no fans or ac there.

Was clean and comfortable had everything I needed and I really enjoyed my stay.

Newly decorated with stylish modern taste. Thankful for wifi. Lots of room for our party of six. The host has thought of everything you may need. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a quaint home with enough space for all of my family.

We had a hard time trying to run the shower (with the bathtub), ie, the water always ran cold after a while, however solved it by having a bath. Also please a good can opener would have been a god send.

It was perfect for our siblings visit to Hamilton. Ideally located close to family. Very spacious, well appointed and decor lovely. Close to shops
