In a very decent building, new and good location

It lacks some facilities

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and oddly enough three separate tables to eat at! Good sized kitchen. Large decked terrace off the main bedroom. The street is quiet and just a few minutes walk into town, shops and Grand Place. Ten min walk to central train station so easy to get out and about. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has steep, open tread stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or small kids.

It lacks a few basic essentials such as an iron (although I did get one when I asked the host), no complimentary tea, coffee etc. Only one hair dryer. No details about where to empty rubbish, quite important when staying for a week. No air con and only small fans that are useless. The bathrooms look great but the showers in both rooms are open (like a wet room) and don't drain well so had water all over the floor at one point. One final point and quite important is you're planning staying soon (aug-sept 26) the apartment is directly opposite a large building that is being completely renovated so lots of loud noises during the week day, if you keep the windows closed it's not too bad.

Location was fantastic-13 mins from Central Station and 4 mins walk to shopping area. Modern decor, comfortable beds, 2 ensuites and an extra toilet which was great. Lots of space to sit, even with sofa bed in use.

Slightly disappointed with the terrace. Very unsteady decking so didn't feel very safe. No outdoor seats on balcony or terrace -would have been nice in the evenings.

No handsoap in the upstairs bathrooms, toilet light in the bedroom with bath didn't work, no ironing facilities, no air-conditioning so apartment was very hot, some windows weren't properly in the frame so couldn't open them safely, no instructions on how to use the oven/hob, limited TV availability

Plenty of space, location couldn't be better.

We visited during a heatwave, so the upper rooms were unbearably hot. Totally beyond the control of the owner, obviously, so this doesn't change the scores we've given.

Pas d assesseur . Construction dans l’immeuble voisin. Lave vessaile hors d’usage. Escalier non standard pour l’accès aux 2 chambres.

Tertemizdi ,ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Evin merkeze konumu harika çok yakın ve sakindi. Çok memnun kaldık. Sadece en üst kal olması yorucuydu. Birde evin içindeki merdiven çok dik çocuklu aileler zorlanabilir onun dışında harikaydı

Mycket dålig standard i köket: saknar vassa knivar, tekoppar, propp till diskhon. Glödlampa saknas fortfarande efter ett års klagande av andra gäster, på en av toaletterna. Värden visste inte vilken kaffemaskin som finns i boendet. För stora kapslar för maskinen - medvetet från värden då andra gäster givit samma återkoppling. Diskmaskinen var trasig. Värden var långsam vid återkoppling.

El lavavajillas estropeado (ya había comentario anterior al respecto y la luz del WC de una de las habitaciones, fundida No entiendo que no haya una tostadora. Las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones están muy empinadas y los escalones son estrechos. Hay que bajar con mucho cuidado, más si vas cargado con las maletas

Niente. Solo da sapere che è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le camere sono al piano di sopra con una scaletta ripida

Un apartament foarte spațios, curat, cu multe facilități si la cateva minute de obiective turistice, cafenele, restaurante sau magazine. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte buna, iar modalitatea de checkin facila. Recomand cu toată încrederea, șederea fiind una mai mult decât placuta.

Nu am nimic de reproșat nici la adresa proprietarului nici la ceea ce oferă apartamentul.

Había cafetera y cápsulas de café q no se podía utilizar, era para otro tipo de cafetera.

Excellent location Great Communication with host Spacious apartment

Apartment is on the second floor, there is no lifts. Very difficult with children/babies. Carrying up pushchairs/luggage can be difficult. Steep stairs inside the apartment to the bedrooms upstairs, once again difficult with babies, carrying up and down.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Ventanas de la parte de arriba no cierran. Es un segundo piso y no hay ascensor. Poco utensilios de cocina, solo 3 vasos. El lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente. Poca iluminación en las habitaciones. Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.

Appartamento in zona centrale, su più livelli, arredato con cura, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort. L’host ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, prima dell’ora del check-in e dopo l’ora del check out, all’interno del palazzo assicurandosi, durante la nostra permanenza, che tutto andasse bene

2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment (no elevator) and one steep inside to reach the bedrooms. Two people had to share one key.

Appartamento molto bello, ampi spazi, pulito e arredato con gusto. Al piano di sopra 2 camere entrambe con bagno spazioso. Una delle camere ha una vetrata molto particolare che si affaccia sul terrazzo. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e vicino alla metro. Host molto disponibile con w.app.

The accommodation is clean and close to the CITY CENTER, with lots of shops and restaurants.

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. It was a short walk from the centre, approx 7 mins walk.

The Internet was very slow which needs to be updated for the money you pay. There is no iron so remember to bring a travel iron or iron your clothes beforehand.

El apartamento está genial. Súper amplio y todo muy nuevo y limpio. Esta muy céntrico , a pocos minutos de cualquier sitio que visitar en el centro. Camas muy cómodas . Dos baños completos y servicio en planta baja. La verdad q estuvimos super bien. Muchísimas gracias a Tibau, que nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia.

没有及时收到入门密码，据房东说应该由booking提供相关信息，洗碗机不好用，房间有蚊子，但房东提供了灭蚊噴雾

Very clean and comfirtable appartment. Host very responsive and helpful.

The location was great, and the property was spacious. So it should have been our perfect stop.

There were lots of light bulbs not working, including in the upstairs toilet which has no window so is pitch black. There were no smaller lamps to use instead. The dishwasher also did not work (I notice it has been removed from the listing since we booked). The property is up 2 flights of stairs which is fine, but the stairs inside the flat are very very steep, wooden with narrow treads and I could not carry the case up. This should have been included in the write up. I see that all of these things have been advised to the host in the last few weeks since we booked. We messaged the host the day before on WhatsApp as they requested but did not get a reply to that or any of our messages on booking.com. The messages were all unread.

Todo perfecto. Muy cerca de la estación central, supermercado y puntos de interés de la ciudad.

We loved the apartment and location. It's near everything and super clean. Great neighborhood. Quiet and management was responsive to our questions.

Unfortunately, it was a little hot, and they only had one fan. So we opened the windows, but without screens, a bunch of mosquitoes got in and bit us terribly. I'd recommend having bug repellent on hand for future guests. Otherwise, it was great.

Not told that washing machine was under repair until after we arrived and queried why there was not one as advertised. Also there was no toaster however, that could be a European thing.

Beds were very hard, no linens available, be aware up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Easy access by code (received through message). Very spacious apartment, quality products used. Host is very prompt. Very close to all main attractions. Easy parking nearby.

Plumbing needs a bit of maintenance (easy to fix). Hot water in the tank is not sufficient to have a bath, but it lasts long enough for showers.

Very large remodeled or new apartment with nice furnishings. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths! Close to shopping and restaurants and maybe 15 minutes walk to central station. Great for families or group of friends.

This apt. appeared new or remodeled but some small issues need to be addressed. Toilet water continues to run after flushing, shower head in 1 bathroom sprayed in different directions. Biggest issue was the staircase. The last step turns left (why?) and in dim light, one can trip over it thinking the last step is straight forward.

The aptmt is spacious, modern and comfortable - very minimalist. . It’s on a quiet square but close to shops and within walking distance of the historic centre. The towels, bed linen and shower products are gorgeous. The beds are big and comfy. The bath and shower are really good.

We didn’t mind having to walk up two flights of stairs but is something to be aware of when booking. We really disliked the interior stairs to the bedrooms which are steep with narrow steps. The toliets did not flush well; we advised the owner who said someone would come to fix them but nothing was done.

The property was exactly as it displayed in the photos. Easy check in, due to the clarity of the instructions with photos. Spotlessly clean and its location could not have been better. Tibau was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and should we return to Brussels we’ll definitely stay in this apartment again.

Apartment is very spacious in a beautiful quiet square. Spotlessly clean. Top quality linen and towels. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main sights, shopping and train station. Carrefour supermarket nearby.

No complaints. Everything was as described or better.

The place was so clean and middle of the city. U can find any kitchen stuff in the place. Tibau (home owner) was so kind and he has interest with everything. See u until next time!

The apartment is fantastic. It is large, newly renovated and located right in the center. Perfect location! There is almost everything you need. The host responded to my messages immediately.

There is no ventilation in the toilets and we lacked some hooks for large wet towels. There was no wine bottle opener..
