Reviewed Jan 20, 2026الشقة كبيرة ومساحتها واسعة تكفي بالراحة ٨ أشخاص.. أشبه تكون دور كامل مو شقة.. الصور بالضبط نفس الواقع..نظيفة ومرتبة وأثاثها نظيف وجديد وغير متهالك.. الغرف نفسها مساحتها كبيرة ومكتملة الاثاث دواليب وتسريحات .. ٤ غرف ب٤ حمامات ..وحمام صغير برا بغرفة غسالة الملابس..مطبخ داخلي صغير وخارجي متكامل ..صالة شرحة وبلكونة حلوة مطلة على النيل.. موقعها ايضًا جيد مشاوير التاكسي ١٧-٢٠ دقيقة بسعر ممتاز توصلك للزمالك واللي حولها فما فيه اي اشكالية.. العمارة آمنة فيها بواب ومايطلع بالمصعد الا سكان العمارة ..وأهم من هذا كله تعامل المشرفين عليها..فعلاً حريصين على رضاك دون مقابل.. عبدالرحمن شخص لطيف ومحترم وخدوم ومايقصر بشي وتجاوب سريع الله يجزاه خير.. استقبلنا برحابة صدر ..مكتوب بالموقع ياخذون ٥٠ دولار تأمين لكن ماأخذ مننا.. انبسطنا كثير في الإقامة فيها والله وكننا مرتاحين جدًا من جميع النواحي.. سعة وراحة ونظافة وخدمة! أكيد لو رجعنا مصر برجع أسكن فيها.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026L’appartement est grand et les chambres sont très calmes car elle se trouvent à l’intérieur de l’immeuble (une n’a pas de fenêtre). Les lits sont assez confortables. Les gardiens en bas de l’immeuble étaient serviables.
L’emplacement, malgré une belle vue sur le Nil, est situé sur un axe très fréquenté par les voitures et motos qui utilisent leurs klaxons sans cesse. Autant dire que l’on ne peut pas rester très longtemps sur la terrasse. La cuisine est équipée d’un très grand nombre d’armoires et tiroirs mais il n’y a pas grand-chose dedans. En étant 7 dans l’appartement, il n’y avait qu’une seule cuillère à café… L’eau des salles de bains était tiède.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025The best thing about this property is the view from the apartment - it is just amazing! It’s lovely to sit and watch the Nile boats sail past. The apartment itself is huge, with four good sized bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a/c throughout. Beds are comfortable, bedding and towels are clean. Despite the busy road outside the bedrooms themselves are very quiet.
The apartment building and the local area is not as modernised as the apartment itself and other tourist areas in Cairo. We couldn’t find any restaurants close by for example but used Talabat app for food delivery or took Ubers to downtown. There were a few little things broken in the apartment when we arrived (hairdryer, ironing board) and the kitchen needed more cups, glasses and plates etc. as well as tea towels. We had a problem with wifi but Abdulrahman was able to sort this very quickly.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Very beautiful and spacious apartment with stunning view of the Nile where you can watch the sunset on the nice balcony. Very responsive host and Mohamed downstairs is very helpful and kind. Many bedrooms all with their own bathroom.
Would be nice to have hand towels and a bath mat in addition to the normal towels. Also a sponge and dish soup, but they did provide this once requested.

The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special thanks to Islam, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. His hospitality and responsiveness made everything smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with amazing views and top-notch service, Prime Select Nile View is highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back!
