Platino Aparment @ Paradigm Mall

Second time booking

None so far

location and hygiene perfect.

so far nothing, just the lift not enough. not enough bathroom hehe.. but so many toiletries can be use. tq

The place was clean and smell good. The staff was responsive and good. Will book again if plan to go places in skudai, tampoi or kulai.

So far no except bidet must change please. The rest perfect

Location was excellent beside the mall - there is something magical about being able to reach your room sofa to binge on Netflix immediately after collecting your boost juice from the stall in 4 minutes flat. Sauna in the condo was pretty decent, although the pool toilet wasn't working when I was there, shower was still working. Room was nicely decorated, toilet and shower not luxurious, but everything working as it should, so no complaints from me. Tap water had filtration sytem installed. I didn't use kitchen to cook anything, but seemed fully equipped. Big fridge (but small freezer compartment). TV had free Netflix account.

1. I have sensitive nose, so was a bit upset to come to a musty room when I first arrived. Most of the furniture was made with upholstery, so it wasn't the best conditions for dust mite growth, and the cushions and sofa were a bit scratchy and made my skin itchy initially. However, after the first night, the air got better, and to my surprise there were no issues with allergy despite the abundance of cotton upholstery. Recommend owner throw away the musty bedroom cupboard and change to open air type clothes hanging. 2. TV could be more modern and bigger. 3. Gym in condo 24h and funtional but quite bad, maximum 10kg weights. they have a lot of space but little and aging equipment. 4. Low floor so not the best view.

Very good location and aircon

Toilet flushing button slightly faulty, can't press too hard

Place was clean. Really a stone throw from the mall. Staff was really attentive to service recovery. Check in instructions were clear except for the bit where we had to take Lift A2 instead of Lift A1.

The batteries for the Aircon remote was completely drained and the shower head was broken. Prior to checkout the staff assured that it would be fixed for the next tenant with a photo of the new showerhead and batteries.

Very nice place

Minor upkeep of d toilet fitments

clean, comfortable and cozy + nice location. host was helpful and responsive too

nothing to dislike

One of my favourite apartment. The host was kind and friendly. Clean house and has everything we need. Just few steps to Paradigm Mall.

Cosy feeling of home when stepped into the house…

No wash machine

This is my second time here. House was clean and had everything we need for short stay. Just a few steps to Paradigm mall. Easy check in and check out.

Nothing.

1. Instruction to retrieve key was clear. 2. Good location as its literally beside the Paradigm mall. 3. Apartment was clean and feel cozy to us with the simple decoration around the house.

1. Maybe can change to a thicker curtain in the bedroom, as the bed was next to the window.

Great location Easy to check in and out

NA

Just 5mins walk to Paradigm mall. Easy check in and check out. The house is clean and complete like our own home but it would be better if got microwave. Host was nice and friendly.

Nothing

Everything was perfect, highly remembered.

Nothing

Just a stone throw away from paradigm mall. Clean and neatly organised with full kitchen equipment. Apartment set up, good for family with young children too as children books and toys were available as well. It was a comfortable stay.

Not a big deal but mentioning here just for improvement purpose: Only 1 bath towel was provided though we have 2 of us and only little toilet paper left at holder but managed to find extra bath towel in their utility cupboard and packs of tissue paper to replace the shortage of toilet paper. So we survived without calling for assistance. I’m sure if we had called, it would be fixed.

It’s a cosy and clean apartment, from the painting on the wall & some small decorations here and there, i could tell the owner had put in a lot of efforts to make the guests feel at home! We reached quite late, the host checked in on us to see whether we had run into some problems, really appreciated:) Instructions for checkin was very clear. The sofa was really nice, a great spot to chill and play switch:) Will definitely come back again if we’re going to paradigm mall for climbing 😊

Nothing much

Clean, neat, comfortable, nice little decorations that made our days, there are books, ball and game board to kill time.
