Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru On Top Paradigm Mall

Comfort .. just above the mall.. great stay..

Need to have 2 acess card..

Location was superb. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a missing pillow and he offered to bring it over late at night which I told him that I can do without it.

There is no way to leave the building during check out timing from 10.30 - 12. Our whole family had to walk down the stairs. It was really bad for us with young kids and luggages.

The host very helpful the cleaning staff was very peoffesional.

Nothing

The location was fantastic. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

The bath towels provided were really thin and there weren't enough provided for use after a swim at the pool. There was no dryer to dry the towels.

very peaceful and comfortable for big family stay..great n very enjoy in the mall only we can go just use lift

Good location. Nice host. Clean apartment.

NA

Host is very responsive and allowed late checkout upon request. Thank you so much! Definitely will book again!

Nothing! All is good ! Love it!

Nice rooms

Amazing! Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

I love the location, i.e. just on top of the Paradigm Mall. Food is therefore easy. The host is very helpful, providing detailed information about check-in and check-out. The host is very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times as well. It's value for money too. I will definitely come again.

Linked to Paradigm Mall

1. Toothbrushes & toothpastes were not provided. 2. Towels were not so absorbant. 3. Pillows were too soft.

The host has a prompt reply. Personally texted one Đạt advance before the stay.

Na

Convenient location. Place was clean. Host was very responsive

Nothing

It’s located on top of the paradigm mall so it’s convenient for me and my family to shop and hang out.

I realised this one of the room have no bed, just 2 bed mattress on the floor. I have elderly that cannot sleep on bed mattress like this.. As advertised there’s 4 beds.. But when we enter the apartment, the first bedroom has no bed but instead 2 bed mattress.. Texted the host and he said This is designed for youth generation and kids. The elderly can move to another room if they need. The elder pls sleep at master room or guest room 1.. We will understand the bedroom arrangement if the host reached out to us earlier after we make the booking.. We book the apartment about 1 mth in advance.. We would appreciate it if we were updated abt this room design in advance (mattress with no bed) so we can make proper sleeping arrangements with other family that had booked in the same residence.. Coz in the photos shows different design and I believe it’s not only designed for youth usage.. Host texted us to informed that we had to checked in at 4pm instead of 3pm coz cleaner still cleaning the apartments.. We had a baby, a 2 year old toddler and elderly with us.. Really disappointed..

Near to Paradigm

Forced to check out at 11 am

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is extremely convenient — there’s a shopping mall just downstairs, which makes it easy to grab food, do some shopping, or just relax without needing to travel far. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The house is reaaonably clean. The host is very responsive. Location was very convenient and direct access to the Paradigm mall.

Nil.

The cleanliness of the surrounding

We recently booked this accommodation on short notice and were delighted by the warm welcome from our host. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided. The location is truly exceptional, offering easy access to various amenities. The interior is tastefully designed, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail. We appreciated the meticulous care taken to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to our host for their exceptional hospitality.

Super good and very clean🥰 Will come back a again.

All good, no bad comments😘

Very clean and well maintained premises. Superb location connected to Paradigm Mall. Owners were such lovely people. They came over to assist when we had an issue, and also provided us with a new rice cooker to make porridge for my kids. 5 star service :)

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Sofa should be changed and washed Bedsheets not clean

The unit is conveniently located above the Paradigm mall

The bedsheets were pretty dirty. After feedback, the cleaner only changed the bedsheet in the master room on the 2nd day and then the bedsheets in other rooms on the 3rd day. The toilet was a bit smelly. The sofa in the living room wasn't a proper sofa and you can feel the frame sitting on it. My friend's family stayed 1 level above us and the unit was so much better, for the similar price. The unit host was responsive to my messages and friendly.

Host was friendly. Updated important details before check in date and was so kind to extend check out time upon request. Apartment was cosy and clean. Awesome swimming pool. Super plus point that the apartment was right on top of Paradigm shopping centre. 🥰

Wished there were mirrors in the bedrooms.

Everything went on smoothly. Owner was very responsive. Keys were easy to collect. Unit is above a mall. Safe and secure area with double security entry tap at entrance to lift and in the lift to get up to unit. There is a washer with hanging rack for quick washes.

Would be nice to have one or two bottles of water chilling in the fridge for those who check in very late and no time to stock up but its VERY MINOR inconvenience as there is a drinks & snacks ending machine at the lobby.

the cleanliness of the unit and locality

It will be better to be given two sets of keys.

Cleanliness, especially the kitchen and toilet.

Powerpoints not next to dining table so it’s harder to charge our phones or laptops. Same for the rooms. Powerpoints at not located at both the left and right of the beds. Will be great if more rooms can have 2 single beds.

Fair

Mattress not comfortable

Clean, spacious, comfortable easy access to the mall.

Limited toilet paper.

Nice and clean. Very relaxing

Nice to stay and clean environment.Recommended..

Location wise so strategic.

Location is great as it is located above a mall with cinemas, many f&b. Host is very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The apartment is simple yet all necessaries are there.

Perhaps can be cleaner. This is subject to individual standard.

location and accessible

bedsheet stains and cigarette smell in rooms. no mirror or table in rooms. very dusty in twin room and uncomfortable bed mattress on the floor. inconvenience for older person to sleep on floor.

It’s clean, new and beautiful! Just above the mall!

Nothing! Everything was perfect and just right!

Apartment is clean and comfy. Everything is working well. Apartment is just above the Paradigm Mall.

An additional security card to access the Residence will be good and more convenient.

The unit is located directly above Paradigm Mall, hence access to the shopping mall is really convenient and direction to the residence is also quite easy to find so you are unlikely to get lost in the mall either. Wifi is easy to connect in the unit, all appliances are working well and the facilities within the residence are available for use. For the price of the unit, it is quite worth it as it can easily accommodate a family of 6 or 3 couples sharing a unit (3 bed rooms).

1) The unit itself is not cleaned well; - came in and discover someone smoked in the toilet before my check in. - pillow cases are very dirty, does not look like it was changed - cushions are not checked (found bobby pin on 2 of the cushions - sofa is damaged 2) check in & check out arrangement is not ideal, you can only check in after 3pm and check out is 11am. For myself who booked only a night stay that’s effectively just 20hrs. 3) you are only provided 1 set of key, which is necessary even for access to lift in the residence, it is very limiting, difficult when different people wish to go out at different timing.

Generally all fine and good.

The towels smell a little off (probably not dried properly)

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, great location! Also clear instruction to check in/out. Will come back soon :)

Easy access

Early checkout

Spacious for family, accessibility to Paradigm Mall.

1. pleasant host and stay 2. convenient, connected to mall

parking lot very far from lift

Great location as is just above Paradigm Mall. But might abut away from center. Check in process is easy as guide was sent ahead or arrival House is clean and comfy. All is well prepared by host, just need to bring own clothes, tooth brush and tooth paste.

Maybe a guide to the mall as we need to ask the security to get into the mall from the Residences lift.

Easy access

the floor is not as clean.

Recommended by my bro. Apartment is clean n cosy. Hassle free check in n check out. Host is very friendly. Most important, the mall is just directly below the apartment. Highly recommended.

Directly above the all

The water heater seem faulty not hot

Check-in and check-out procedures is hassle free and very informative. Easily access to mall. House very clean. Nice view.

Nothing but just to recommend to have a proper bed and blanket for the 3rd room.

House is clean, direct link to mall is really convenient.

No proper blanket for the single bed, the blanket looks like the sort of blanket u get during a flight.

The unit is cosy n cooling even without Aircond on. The residence is above Paradigm mall and takes less than 5 min to get into the mall fr apartment. If you r looking for a place where you can get to do most of your shopping and meals this would be ideal.

Mattress in master bedroom was a bit hard for me but nevertheless everything else was perfect. Overall no major complaints as unit n amenities is still very new n well maintained.

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my queries. The unit was very new with part of the plastic still sticking to the aircon unit and the place was very quiet and the ground floor lift lobby was aircon-ed with a good ambience.

Nothing - everything is fine.

very clean and comfortable and also a friendly host

Very convenient location which is on top of paradigm mall. Place is clean and nice. Very beautiful apartment, kids enjoy and love this place. There is washing machine for a quick laundry.

Blanket in one of the room is too thin and small.

The room is located on top of the mall. Room is clean , spacious and cozy. Host is friendly and provide step by step checkin and checkout procedure.

Only 1 set of key/access card was provided. This is rather inconvenient when family is travelling in different groups. Blankets provided in single bed room is rather thin and small. Will be excellent if similar quality blankets are provided like the 2 queen size beds.

Very clean & cosy

Nil

Clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent. The host was fast in responding queries and help. Will return again. Recommended especially for family.

Good to have chinese channels on TV for chinese elderly and also to improve on the pillows, a bit too soft and to provide some extra pillows.

The apartment is very clean and well maintained! The accessibility to the mall is perfect! Will book again if we going to the shop at the mall again

Not enough time for us to explore the huge mall..

Everything's
