The apartment is clean.

Only problem is the door lock is connected to the db. Each time you leave the apartment, the electricity will be cut off. So the person in the apartment have to lock the door from inside. This was not mentioned upon check in

The prompt response by staff for aircon remote situation. Easy and clear instructions for check in. The unit was cleaned and also well maintained.

1-2 towels were abit stained.

Being in city centre, it was convenient to move about. Comfy for the family with facilities they can enjoy.

2 rooms with 3 double beds & 1 single bed. Place was clean & necessary appliances provided.

Unit a bit small especially the living hall & dining area. No filtered water dispenser provided. Staff respond was very slow. Didn't get our WiFi password until very late & password given was also wrong. Need to call up their customer service to get the correct WiFi password. Many things were not upkeep. Burnt 3pin plug for hairdrier so cannot use. Some wall power socket was also not working.

Clean apartment, Comfort bed and great location

The ease of checking in to the unit. The instructions were very clear. The one thing i love best was its connected to the Paradigm mall. The unit was perfect for us 7 adults and 1 toddler.

House keeping - didn't do on second day of our stay and didn't give extra toilet paper roll. Master bedroom toilet smelly without after cleaning.

This is my 2nd time staying at Paradigm Residence, hosted by RR JBCity. Unit is clean with functioning equipment. Location is wonderful with the mall attaching to the residence block. Checking in is easy and convenient esp. for my 2nd stay. Deposit refund is also prompt.

Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Apartment was clean, queries and requests were always responded promptly by the staff via Whatsapp.

We love the apartment and most of the appliances are ideal. My wife loves the rooms and beds and the fans and air con were all working well.

There isn't any pillows or cushions in the living room sofa. The water heater have to be maxed out to feel the heat from the water. Don't need to display plates and utensils on the dining table as we had to do double chores to clear them for our takeaway meals or Grabfood.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking and reheating of food

The toilet attached to the bedroom had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. Likely caused by rotting leaves submerged in the air con compressor ledge next to the toilet. Need to sweep up the leaves in future to avoid this.

Instructions not clear on “need to collect key before driving in to carpark” Was stuck at the carpark gantry and caused a traffic jam, had to reverse out. Thankfully there was a guard to guide traffic. Same likewise, returning keys was a hassle. Needed to exit carpark before key return.

Instructions on parking and the ease of collecting and returning keys can be better.

Apartment is clean, location to mall is convenient, lower floor which makes it faster to reach ground floor.

Need to find switches to WiFi and tv which makes us confused.

there's only 1 access card despite 3 rooms. we're just 2 ppl so its a minor inconvenience. but i can imagine the coordination problem becoming exponentially worse as you have more ppl in your group.

My sister in law and I book 2 separate rooms in same property. She managed to secure her room at about 50% cheaper. Felt cheated and will not use Booking.com in future

The location, easily access to shopping mall. Parking area is spacious. Surrounding is very quiet at night for good sleep. Good WiFi connectivity within the unit.

1. Still under cleaning by 3pm, check in delayed 2. Digital lock is difficult to access. Having problems to key in pw. 3. Broken vinyl flooring at master Room, exposure to safety hazard. 4. Basic toiletries like toothbrush+paste not provided. 5. Shower towel is not clean. 6. Toilet paper is not enough for 7pax stay for 1 night. 7. Pillow is too soft, too light for sleeping. 8. Parking lot is too far from lift location.

Essy access to shopping mall.

Mattress too springy or cheap feel. Pillow too flat for both units When door is locked with people isleeping inside, it doesn't allow others to enter with s spare card key. Need to be opened from inside the house!! What a strange security feature?

The only issue is that we (7 of us) have to move together when coming to go out of the house example to shopping mall. Other than that everything is good.

Wouldn’t book it again, so hard to find something that we liked. Not worth the hassle, there are many more units like these and without telling about all the troublesome RM 200 security fee transferred to a Malaysia account, the super complicated instructions of how to get keys/parking card and finding the unit, I rather go to a hotel room next time in JB. Requested twice to send instructions to their “special” WhatsApp group but they insist on keeping their schedule, so they do just 1 day before arrival and it’s your problem then to try to figure out how to transfer RM 200 from Singapore account (or wherever you’re from if you’re not from MY). So clearly catered towards Malaysians, then please state so or don’t make it such a pain to non Malaysians.

Location of this specific unit was on level 10 above the Paradigm Mall, you have the wonderful view of the mall roof directly underneath you (or maybe it’s the parking, no idea). So if you want a better view, you need to get a higher level unit. Picking up the key and parking card was a chore. Whilst they provide you with detailed instructions, it’s way too many steps and the path from the parking slot (good luck finding it) to the elevator and then the unit is a bit of a maze. Rooms are very sparse, just for sleeping over. Air condition in our room (the one with two beds) was blowing too much no matter how we set it up. So had to sleep upside down.

Very clean. Rooms were a good size. There were 2 toilets, so it's good for large families.

The curtains were very thin and the sunlight could shine through. The water to shower was abit cold, thought already tuned to maximum.
