Mukava nukkua ja löytyy perustarpeet.

Yöllä oveen koputettiin kolme kertaa. Soitin kerran hätäkeskukseen, koska se häiriköinti ei tuntunut loppuvan.

Kiva huoneisto, mahtava parveke, hyvä sänky. Myös keittiö oli hyvin kalustettu.

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Ihan keskustan tuntumassa, rautatieaseman vieressä. Junien ja liikenteen äänet eivät häirinneet. Asunto oli rauhallisessa talossa, ei ollut mitään häiriöitä. Oli hieno istuskella parvekkeella ja kuleksia Oulun kaduilla aurinkoisina syyspäivinä. Sattui olemaan koko viikko auringonpaistetta.

Kun avaimen jättää lokeroon, niin lähdettäessä autokatokseen ei pääse kuin ulkokautta, näinkö on?

Helppo kirjautuminen ja lyhyt matka rautatieasemalta.

Henkilökunta törkeää ja tutkivat roskapusseja majoittumisen jälkeen. Siivooja oli vielä paikalla siivoamassa vaikka kello oli jo yli ajan sisäänkirjautumisesta. Lattiat aivan märät. En jatkossa enää asioi kyseisessä paikassa ikinä.

The place was easy to find, clean and cosy.

I like that it is near to the center and railway station. It is clean and tidy. Everything you need is here.

Location is perfect. New building. Facilities are new and in good condition. Instructions are clear. Easy to communicate with owner.

If you are super sensitive about noises at night, be sure to communicate with the owner before booking. The ventilation and fridge might release unpleasant noises at night. As it is one room apartment, no where you can hide it. The other thing is about the trash removal, as "kind clients" we would love to help removing trash when leaving the apartment. However, the trash bin location need the key to open (which i didn't even find the location), making it not logical to do. The owner allowed us to leave the trash in the room after communication, but i am still not very comfortable with this 'rule'.

Great flat within easy walking distance from the Oulu Rail Station. Entrance was through the garage for the first visit, after that you can use the keys from the pick-up box. Easy for a one-night stay. Very easy walking distance as well to central Oulu, which had plenty of places to eat. Check out was easy as well, just left rubbish in basement before heading out.

Nothing, to be honest.

The location is the best. We used to get train early in the morning so we could moved in the morning easy

Well euipted appartment with everything that is needed and grrat view, good location as well near the train and central bus station and 600m from city center, also theres a big super market down.

Very complicated to go to appartement, no codes of building outdoor, very very difficalt was to found way in -true the building to go to appartement, (via garage etc...) Or you must wait somebody how open for you frontdoor of the building etc... if the want to rent this appartement in future the must found easy solution how to go in to the building - the code of frontdoor etc... . Appartement his self is nice and looks new bath access to the building is very complicated . Not reccomend if you are late arriving time ...

Elevator was broken.. the apartment was on 10th floor..

Great location, all basic needs for an overnight accomodation were met.

Room was quite hot, I guess the central heating was full on. Was not able to adjust the room temperature lower despite there was a dial for it.

Clean and easy access.

Signs everywhere felt like it was cluttered and tacky. The tip the cleaners part also was ridiculous.

Very clean apartment,2 min walk from the train station. Easy check in and check out. And very responsive host. Thank you!

Location near to Metro station and town.

The location was perfect and so the view. Loved the 10th floor, new apartment and kitchen with some coffee. Clear instructions how to found the house and keys, many thanks for the earlier check in time 🥰 I’ll def come back as I travel often to Oulu.

The laundry were in the washing machine and there was a little bit of smell in the bathroom when I came. But totally understandable as I came earlier than I first told so that was ok.

Easy to check in and perfect location. The grocery shop is right next door.

I like the location which is considered central and next to train station

There is no wifi facilities which was quite troublesome for an international traveller like me.

towels were left to dryer and dishwasher was full, luckyly clean ones.

Everything is perfect! Great location and good, flexible for our needed host. We had early check-in and parking for small additional cost.
