Я пыталась перенести дату заезда всеми способами коммуникации и через e-mail, и через WhatsApp указаны ВКонтакте и по номеру телефона, к сожалению я так и не ответили по поводу возможности переноса даты я вынуждена была больная заселяться в забронированную панее дату Кроме того я сняла люкс с видом на океан но прямого вида там не было океан был сбоку прямой вид был на бассейн где ходил куча людей чтобы было очень неожиданно и не очень удобно

Hotel located in Canggu, near many great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom equipped with amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping done twice a day. Overall service is commendable and attentive.

Property located beside Atlas and Finn’s beach clubs. Either love it or hate it, the music is audible till late at night. There are only 5 sun beds beside the pool. Unless you have a pool access room, it’s not too convenient. The rest of the sun beds are located on an open deck facing the sea. Breakfast variety is limited and buffet food storage can be improved. Salads, cold cuts and cheese not stored properly.

The rooms were big and beautiful the view was amazing, staff was nice and location was good.

Did not like the pool, sunbeds were cheap and if you want to tan this is not the place. Bathroom lightning was very bad, as girls, we could not see anything while getting ready.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Service beim Frühstück - Bestellungen dauerten lange oder gingen gar vergessen.

My room with the pool access, size of the room

If I’m paying so much so I should get more water bottles if i ask, second if i can get a latte (in breakfast) so just putting vanilla in it shouldn’t be charged it’s very pity. And last, asking or telling your guest directly that we need to check your room before check out is little offensive now, not me but all my friends felt the same. The mini bar had nothing in it so what do you need to check? I can be wrong but the way we were told was not so nice

We had a lovely stay here in Canggu! The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, making it so easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was always kept beautifully clean, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and provided great service throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Il y avait énormément de fourmis, et nous avons aperçu des cafards. Nous avons même retrouvé deux excréments de cafards. Sur le coussin et l’autre par terre près du lit.

Le style balinais de l'hotel et des chambre le confirt du lit, la gentillesse du personnel, la situation face à l'ocean,la restauration le midi et le soir (le barramundi est excellent). Les cocktails du bar sont tres bons.

Le coté animé du quartier (à cote atlas boite de nuit et club de plage) qui heureusement arretent le son à minuit.Ne pas prendre les chambres sur le batiment lateral avec vue partielle sur mer (meme si la vue est sympa) les chambres vue ocean doivent etre moins bruyantes. Le petit dejeuner est correct assez diversifié (80%de plats salés, la partie sucrée est sans plus) mais pas aussi raffiné que les plats servis le midi ou le soir à la carte.

The hotel was very luxurious, clean modern and very comfortable the location perfect next to a beach the gym next door gives you free membership wish we stayed here longer was so beautiful the staff were lovely and the coffees so superb!

We had a pram and had to carry it up and down stairs to go to the pool or the break area. So it’s not ideal for wheelchair access or prams. Also at breakfast the main lady staff keep asking us so many questions about how many people are staying with us we had a big group of people who booked multiple rooms it was like she was investigating us, keep watching us was very uncomfortable at times. She delivered our food to our room and she walked in looking around the room asking how many children I had I was so confused and annoyed she keep staring at us like she didn’t like us.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, les installations sont de qualité et le personnel est vraiment très agréable et attentionné.

Sehr schöner Pool und super Frühstück. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der einen direkt einmal durch Canggu bringt. Sehr guter Service.

Die Musik des Nachbarclubs ist bis 12:00 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Leider hört man diese auch noch im Zimmer sehr deutlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, fast etwas zu aufdringlich freundlich.

Personal sehr sehr zuvorkommend.

Frühstück auswahl eher klein. Kleiner Pool und der Strand ist auch nicht so schön.

Very good hotel, 5 stars quality. I stayed as a family of 4 in a family suite. The room was on 5th floor with nice view. I really appreciated the Coffee machine and every day water supply. Kids enjoyed their big beds. The bathroom downstairs was amazing. Bath salt and cosmetics in the room smell so nice! Breakfast was very tasty. Staff super friendly. Relaxing atmosphere!! Perfect for our 4 days exploration of this part of Island.

The only small flaws that we saw: small amount of chairs by the pool, and noise from the nearby beach clubs that we could hear from the upper level of the room and noisy AC that was hard to set on something else than super cold. The beach is better than in Kuta but still trash around... but thats not for the hotel to manage. The sorrounding area is good for parties and surfing. Nice restaurants. Definitely a turistic area, with little true Balinese vibe places and higher prices compared to other towns so not for everyone!

Staff was super friendly Breakfast was very tasty and staff were encouraging you to try everything. We had a family room which was very spacious.

The room could do with some extra closet space or shelves in the closets. It is very close to Atlas club so you might hear some music but to be expected in any Bali beach locations

Property was great. Good location, beachfront, clean.

At breakfast orders were either wrong or forgotten. Was frustrating. One meal at lunch (we ordered 4 dishes) was inedible. So so bad.

The staff made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

So much rubbish on the beach this needs to be cleaned up. Staff seemed inexperienced with accounts and didnt like the system in place where you had to load pre paid money onto card in order to charge back to the room. This feels like a lack of trust.

Absolutely loved this hotel and its facilities! The staff is so helpful, kind and welcoming. I got ill on one occasion and they checked on me personally and brought me ginger tea for my stomach, so very thoughtful. I enjoyed the spa very much both for my facial and massage. The breakfast is absolutely superb, and I loved trying the new local dishes, I would have liked a change in the fresh fruit selection, but the 4 options that were there on a daily were delicious. The pool is phenomenal and super clean. The hotel room is spacious clean and have comfortable beds, they even upgraded me to a family room!

I didn’t like the fact that I could hear the music from the beach club atlas in my room, but luckily it often finished between 11pm - 1am. It’s not your fault but I wasn’t expecting the base in my room.

Het ontbijt was geweldig. Veel keuze voor elk soort ontbijt en heel lekker.

Op vrijdagen is er een BBQ met een klein buffet. Dat kostte €23 per persoon. Belachelijk duur voor de weinige keuze bij die BBQ en zeker als je bedenkt dat je in de nabije omgeving ook geweldig kunt eten voor €5 per persoon. In de avond -en het wordt op Bali vroeg donker- zijn er vlakbij het hotel veel honden die je volgen en naar je blaffen en soms ook volgen.

The property is beautiful! Green, clean and luxurious! We loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms and the pool! It was really close to atlas and Finns which was a big plus so we could just walk over! The service is great, I had asked for room decor and coordinated to get a vegan cake and they delivered beautifully and were very accommodating with our requests as well!

The ac in the room was unfortunately leaking and it could be potentially dangerous if Simone misses out on see the puddle on the floor and slips! But the staff was very prompt to fix and sweet enough to apologize multiple times and leave us a basket of fruits as an apology as well!

A very good and quiet place in the heart of Canggu, with attentive staff and excellent service. We were even given a free room upgrade on arrival. The breakfast is very good, and the staff will try to accommodate any request - for example, arranging a shuttle to the airport. They also stored our suitcases while we flew to another island for a few days. The rooms are very nice, incredibly large, and have a good view. One caveat: the nearby beach isn't particularly nice; it's more of a surf-and-sunset spot.

Fantastic sea view, great location, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The main downside was the loud music coming from nearby venues, Finns and Atlas.The noise continued late into the night and was loud enough to wake me up while sleeping. If you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep early, this may not be the right place for you.

Everything is great, warm welcome from the staffs from entering the hotel n all the way to my room. Room is exactly the same as the pic, everything is well maintained, I love the bathroom, bath salt is provided. The hotel has a bridge connected to the beach which make easy to access all the restaurants in the area (it takes 30mins if u take a Grab, traffic in Bali is terrible!) But the bridge closes at 8pm and need to walk 15-20mins back to the hotel along the dark n narrow street

Breakfast is disappointing in term of variety n taste …and the gym room is under maintenance, when I look inside, can only see a treadmill n several dumbbells… hard to describe it as a gym room

The facitilites were poor, old and rundown. I haven't had a worse breakfast in Bali in the 20+ years travelling. The pool areas is just inadequate, with a total of 5 sunbeds available near the pool. There is a deck around a corner with more, but why?

Отличный отель в отличном месте. Персонал очень доброжелательный. УЛЫБЧИВЫЙ. Готовый помочь всегда. Выход из номера в бассейн - большое преимущество. Номерной фонд не совсем новый но номера в балийском стиле, очень уютные и чистые.

Super grote kamer (nr. 522) met bovenverdieping. Dus twee grote 2-persoonsbedden, twee badkamers met toilet en een met bad. Uitzicht op zee vanaf twee afzonderlijke balkons. Bedden zijn heel goed. Ontbijt is fenomenaal. En wat een geweldige staff. Iedereen is super vriendelijk (Fendy in de Ketumbar Bistro is helemaal een topper) en behulpzaam. We hebben het geweldig gehad.

Location to the beach was ideal. Staff were absolutely incredible, very kind, friendly and helpful. Far exceeded our expectations.

The bathroom is stunning.

Make sure you put mosquito repellent on and around because there were plenty.

This was my 2nd time staying at Swarga Suites and I still absolutely loved it. Everything was amazing - the room, the staff, the location and more!

The only reason I've given it 9/10 and not 10/10 was because she gym was under maintenance during my stay.

Can’t fault my experience at Sawga Suites. Great location, awesome staff, the best breakfast with amazing coffee and the pool had a very relaxing atmosphere. Was my first time at Swaga Suites and will definitely return.

Everything. Pool Access suite is incredible. Highly recommend. Deva who works at the front is one of the nicest boys I’ve ever met at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Service incredible nothing bad to say about the stay here.

Amazing staff and food . Breakfast was good . Cocktails great and views from room .very chilled hotel walking distance to bars , restaurants. Free shuttle bus took you around. I would recommend doing this when you arrive to get an idea of location. We just stayed on it until back at hotel .use the spa we all did and the lady was very good .

The beach was disappointing was expecting sun loungers and umbrellas. But used by the locals so was messy with rubbish. The sea great for surfers not to swim in as waves really strong. They had pool of water for little ones to use . As far as room was great the only things needed to improve them .little things like there was 3 adults only 2 cup and saucers. Two dressing gowns and these need to be waffle kind as towelling one to thick .again just suggesting as staff amazing any problems was sorted straight away .
