Superbe emplacement, avec une vue magnifique sur le Sarawak et le parlement . A noter, présence d'un grillage sur le balcon, mais que l'on oublie très vite tellement la vue est belle Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Présence d'une piscine en rooftop permettant de se rafraîchir.

Récupération des clés compliquée ( il fallait jouer au chat et à la souris avec les gardiens de la résidence).

The property was in a great location

The bathrooms were old , run down and mould was growing everywhere in the tiling . The balcony was caged in which made sitting outside feel like you’re in prison . The property is not short stay friendly, with notices everywhere that it NOT . The pool was also dirt and green . The photos on the Booking App are nothing of what the apartment actually is. It is deceptive and fraudulent.

Location was good

Air con in masterbedroom is not working well Shower is Leaking in the common bathroom. Causing wet floor, slippery and dangerous. Sink is clogged.

I loved everything about this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, the facilities were excellent, and the host was friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as expected, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Sangat sesuai untuk family besar. Tempat parking disediakan, ada balkoni dengan pemandangan yang menarik. Kelengkapan cukup, peti ais, heater, iron, dapur electric (kalau nk masak la), microwave. Lif pun ada, tempat pembuangan sampah sama level. Tv screen 40'(sound tv pecah masa ini),wifi cukup lengkap. Cadangan : boleh lah sediakan mineral water 2/3 botol saiz kecil. Secara keseluruhan memang tip top dan pilihan yang terbaik.

The tv not a smart tv, so if want to watch tv, depend on ur luck😅.. internet so fast but unable to connect to netflix or utube.. the parking if can, 2 car can enter private park..

The room is comfortable and spacious, suitable for families.

The balcony is spacious but looks like bird droppings that need to be cleaned.

Everything was nice. Easy check in. Host very responsive & gave clear instructions. Of course, the location is perfect.

Fencing on the balcony spoilt the view Mold in bathroom needs updating Pool area no beds to relax & no view due to a wall

The air conditioner needs to be serviced, especially in the living room where the air conditioner's airflow is not cool enough and may be clogged.

Comfortable homestay and walking distance to interesting places in Kuching

The view from the apartment is great. Convenience store is the same building. Closed to other areas in Kuching.

big house and the reclining sofas, also washing machine for our convinience. the apartment is near to 7eleven and pitstop for river taxi to cross the beautiful sarawak river.

light at the front bathroom maybe need to change or add some more the bathroom a bit dull/ dimmed

The unit was tastefully decorated. The master bedroom had 2 twin beds with 2 roll away beds. The second bedroom was nice with one large queen bed. No window though. The unit was quite spacious & fits a family of 6 perfectly. The convenience of having a washer machine & laundry drying rack was perfect for those staying more than a few nights. The view was breathtaking once you get over the fact that you had to view it between metal bars 😁 The best view between the two units we rented for our stay. Had to move to another as this unit was unavailable for extension. Amy was a sweetheart & so very responsive. Totally forgot to take pictures 😁

The unit was near perfect except for a few tiny additions which might make it perfect. Having floor mats in the bathroom to absorb water after stepping out of the shower/bath would have been ideal. As the floor can get a bit slippery when wet. More tableware like plates, cups & utensils for 6 person. As the one provided was more for 4 pax. Also microwaveable ones would be much better. Filter for the. kitchen tap water as we noticed it was slightly yellowish. We used bottled water instead. We had an option of boiling water using the kettle or a hot water dispenser. Used the dispenser as the kettle looked a bit iffy due to some residue burned to the bottom of the kettle.
