L'appartamento è enorme e con una bellissima vista sul fiume a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Ha due bagni,una cucina abbastanza fornita ed è molto grande.La piscina sul tetto sebbene nn abbia vista sulla città è gradevole.Toreneremo senza dubbi

La biancheria dei letti e gli asciugamani lascia un po' a desiderare,così come la tenda del bagno più grande,andrebbe tutto benissimo se fosse un po' più economico ma per Kuching il prezzo nn è bassissimo.Il letto della stanza più piccola è abbastanza scomodo

Location is good and close to everything required

Property is old requires a makeover. Water from one bathroom goes somehow under the floor of one sleeping room. So wet smelling... After 2nd day water of pool went green and was unusable.

Location are superb!

The apartment has great potential and is in a nice location, but unfortunately it is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The hygiene standards were disappointing. Both bathrooms had water leaks, and they had not been cleaned thoroughly, with visible mould throughout, including on the shower curtain. The flooring in the master bedroom has been damaged by water and has swollen. You can even hear water beneath the floor when walking towards the bathroom. Simply placing towels over the affected area does not resolve the underlying issue. The bed linen did not appear to be changed regularly and had an unpleasant odour. The bedrooms, particularly the master bedroom, smelled musty, and there was mould growing on the walls, which is a serious health concern. Communication and organisation also need improvement. The internet did not work for the first couple of days because the host only sent the check-in instructions on the second day of our stay, making the arrival process unnecessarily stressful and disorganised. Overall, it is a real shame because this is a lovely apartment with plenty of potential, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness significantly affected our stay.

立地が最高で、街のライトアップが窓から見えるのが良かったです。 街の中心部にあるので、買い物やご飯に困ることはなく、朝と夕方にはウォーターフロントで散歩が楽しめます。

施設が古いので、トイレの水漏れで床下が常に濡れているのは気になりました。 生活に支障が出るレベルではないです。

Lokasi sangat strategik. Betul2 depan Sungai Sarawak. Jalan kaki dekat je ke Kuching Waterfront.Bawah apartment ada jeti naik bot. Apartment sangat lengkap. Ada mesin basuh. Tempat sidai pakaian di balcony. Memang sangat2 puas hati. Apartment dekat dengan tugu kucing. Ada private parking kat basement. Recommanded untuk semua

Host lambat message cara nak check in. Sepatutnya check in 3pm tapi host message 3.22pm. Lambat!

Location, view and nice rooms. Easy check in. Host was very helpful when I wanted to lengthen my stay.

A little noisy from over the river, but usually finished by 9/10 pm. Couldn’t access swimming pool. Lots of rules and regulations which is fine, but could have been balanced with helpful information about Kuching. Bath and floor very slippery.

The apartment was spacious and had absolutely stunning view from the balcony. The apartment's location couldn't be any better. Inside the apartment there was everything we needed, one of the two rooms didn't have window(s). The swimming pool on the rooftop was empty, so we felt like if it was private.

The bed in one of the two rooms wasn't perfectly clean, but there was a spare sheet in the wardrobe, so it wasn't a big issue.

Common toilet leakage near toilet bowl area (SMS host), no dustbin provided.no handsoap for basin. In shower area, no rack to put shampoo, body foam. - common toilet, no floor mat outside shower room. Also dining chair cushion has bugs. Beaten by it twice. Floor in common room dirty not well vacuumed. Spring Mattress is pretty worn out. Can't sleep well.

Location is very accessible to key attractions in the city. It overlooks the river which is nice.

The property's certainly dated. Some wardrobe fixtures need repairing. The water closet in the common toilet is leaking, some light switches don't work, the TV couldn't receive free to air programme even. The air con needs servicing and washing machine really needs a clean. The bathroom tiles were slippery and dangerous for my elderly parents. Could have included some anti slip bathroom mats and support. The pillows, duvets and sheets should be replaced as well.

Very strategic location with plenty of halal food options nearby. It’s also close to shops selling souvenirs and offers a nice view of the river. We enjoyed a morning run along the river, followed by breakfast at the nearby shops, which was a fantastic experience. The place has good facilities as well. It’s near Top Spot Seafood, which offers a variety of delicious seafood. The lobster is amazing.. Be sure to check out shop no 25!

The place needs renovation as it is a bit outdated. The toilet floor becomes slippery when wet, and there is no handle at the bathtub to ensure safety. The water bidet has been replaced with a yellow hose, which uses a lot of water. Additionally, one of the toilet bowls (the one near the entrance) needs repair, as it requires flushing 2 to 3 times to clean properly, which also wastes water.

Good location, the size of the apartment.

Check in process was unclear - the staff in the building would not give us the key and implied that the property owner had not followed the correct process, I could not immediately contact the owner to rectify the problem. The bathrooms were in poor condition, and the water was cold in the shower. Pool is closed until end of January 2025.

The location on the river is terrific with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I loved having a washing machine.

The kitchen was well-equipped, though extra trash bags and a few things like salt and pepper would have been nice. Bring matches/ a lighter to use the gas stove.

- there were parties til the morning opposite side of the river - better shades to keep the light away in the sleeping room - all in all quite old apartment. A renovation would be nice. - the TV didn't work as there was no access to Netflix. Would have been nice to have.

Every thing about this hotel. The location is superb beginning with its position on the waterfront. From our room we can watch boats plying on the river, the dainty village houses, the state parliament (which is well lighted at night!) and the iconic Mount Santubong. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and very clean. The airconditioning works very well, so is the wifi.

Some facilities did not function well. Eg; the shower lights couldn’t be turned on. Couldn’t use the ironing board because the legs were already broken yet they tied it with a string. We struggled to use it & ended up ironing out clothes on the bed instead 😌 balcony was dirty. Mirror lights in the room also not functioning.

This is our 3rd time staying here for Regatta Sarawak which last year we also managed to grab your wonderful place to experienced Sarawak riverview with its special occasion. Such great hospitality!! Clean place.. The facilities are great too. Maybe to add on new furniture to replace some old items such as the sofa.. Adding more bar chairs to complement the island.. and i also noticed the coffee table is missing one chair.. The rest - Awesome!! Just positive feedback for future improvement. I hope to repeat staying here again next year. Tq so much!!
