The venue is strategically located and spacious, with a nice view. Easy process to check in and to check out. The host is helpful and accommodating.

The bedding set or the mattress in the 2nd bedroom has some bad smell (not sure from where - 'kepam'). Towels are old & bedsheets ripped at some parts. Better to change it to a new one.

The facility, the location. Specious, clean and complete with the necessity for a good whole week stay. The view of the sarawak river is unobstructed. There's a huge refrigerator and microwave as well as a washing machine. Underground parking is always available. The mattresses are comfortable too. This facility is now my favourite accommodation after merdeka palace. A 7E outlet on the ground floor is another plus.

The fabulous location and the size of the unit. The strong water pressure make it a pleasure when taking shower. The balcony also was very nice with clear view of the river

11. The problem between the owner and the management of the apartment. Th management has prohibited the owner from renting the unit to others . Problem when checking in when the security of the building didn't allow us to collect the set of keys from the mailbox, eventhough the password was given to me. Resulting in late check in. The card for parking entrnce was not working. Really troublesome when you have to ask the security person to do it for you everytime we wanted to enter and exit from the parking basement 2. The quality of the towels given. Some of them look very old and worn out. Felt really bad

Strategic location, walking distance to Kuching waterfront and nearby eatery places.

Only to improve on changing some of the pillows in the Master Bedroom, a bit harden. To change to softer pillows.

The location is excellent, right by the river, with a balcony view of the water. It’s within walking distance to Chinatown and several famous cafe for dining.

The facilities and decor are old and worn; for example, the toilet is extremely loud when flushed, the hot water kettle’s lid is cracked, and the electric fan has an electrical leakage issue.

La ubicación junto al río, la amplitud de los apartamentos, cerca del downtown.

La localisation et sur le fleuve et la rive en face est magnifique, les personnes sont assez vite intervenue et répondait rapidement à mes messages.

C’est indiqué niveau 4 étoiles, ça ne vaut même pas 1. Je ne comprends pas non plus les reviews (à part si c’est lié à sa demande de mettre 10 à la fin du séjour). Tout est vieillot, quand on allume l’eau chaude de la salle de bain, ça allume le robinet de la cuisine, pas moyen d’avoir un bain chaud (seulement possible avec la douche), il n’y a même pas une tasse ou un verre par personne, les lits ne sont pas confortables et ce n’était pas propre.

Very excellent place to stay.

The property is located in the heart of the city. It is walking distance to smaller mall, shops, eatery and also the iconic Waterfront. It is comfortable and suitable for a small group of people, has balcony facing the riverview, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Some of electrical appliance may need some update.

Breakfast in Chinatown is bad experience. Strongly no recommended to have breakfast there

Just a few minutes walking distance have a lot of restaurant. Chinese, Malay and Fast food all arround that area. Very good Location, 7/11 is right at the next to this apartment. The receiptionist are very friendly and helpful. Nice balcony view. Can see sunrise with peaceful riverside.

can't find any. if really wanna be so picky, is we didn't find any swiming pool sign in the lift of apartment. I guest that is at the hotel side.

Location is at the waterfront and walking distance from the market. 7/11 shop was located at the building. All basic amenities were provided. Host was friendly.

Was hoping for better bedsheets and did not understand the system of cleaning services. Registration of the property for short stays was questionable.

Facility complete, the room is big enough for 1 family, good scenery, definitely will come book it for next journey

It is located in the city area. Quite a nice place due to the riverside view.

Smell of dampness once entrance. Quite old furniture(couch). Lots of tiny larvae on bedrooms.

All of it especially the view.

1. Location. The view from the balcony is SUPERB, especially at night. 2. Comfortable size apartment for 6 pax (adult). The sofa can turn into a small bed (+1 pax adult). 3. Tidy & clean living, dining, rooms, pantry, and toilets. 4. The mattress & pillow are comfy. Blankets and towels are provided. 5. AC works very well. 6. Hot water works very well with good water pressure. 7. The pantry is provided with a fridge, microwave, heat cooker and kettle. 8. A washing machine is provided. 9. Easy to check in and check out. The WhatsApp guide from the owner is helpful. 10. The Seven Eleven Store at Level 1 was convenient. 11. Attractions and nearby restaurants are within walking distance. 12. I heard there is a swimming pool at Level 16, but we didn't go.

1. The small room has no AC remote, so we cannot use the room AC. Other AC remotes are unable to switch on the small room AC. Luckily in-house has a standing fan, so we bring it into our room. 2. Balcony is considered clean but sometimes bird shit happens. Please use the provided sandals to go out to the balcony. 3. No Kiblat pointer on the ceiling. So we use our Kiblat Apps.

Nice & comfort places

Great view across the river. Plenty of space. Quiet. Well equipped. Short walk from grocery stores and restaurants. Very clear instructions on how to access the keys.

The only things I didn't like were (a) the bathroom towels which, though very soft, didn't absorb water and (b) the combination lock on the key locker had very tiny numbers that I found difficult to read.

Great view. Good instructions for how to find the apartment and get into the apartment. Great location.

Couch was horribly uncomfortable. Water heater was confusing. No fitted sheet on one of the beds so the sheet just became a jumbled mess under you at night. Air conditioner, blows directly on your face while sleeping. No extra garbage bags were available.

This place i called it home and stayed here was the best and perfect for a family and it's a strategic place. My kids really like it. Nice and home sweet home.

The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. 5. Washing machine and drying area. The dryers machine is located at level 16. 6. Roof top swimming pool for kids and adults. 7. Strategic location. Just walking distance around the tourist attractions. 8. Big and spacious wardrobe.

1. Water heater from the bathroom 2 need to maintain. There is loud sound coming out when we turn on the water heater. 2. The sofa in the living room but old and worn out. Need to change. 3. The towels provided are not water absorbents. 4. Tv not working.

i like everything about it. The distance to the waterfront, the view, the facilities, very convinient and suitable to our family need. It very close proximity to famous topspot, kek lapis mama su, MacDonald, seven eleven and the instruction given by the host is very clear upon arrival. The apartment is very accurate with what is advertised. we really LOVED it and worthed.
