Reviewed Apr 21, 2026It is very near Sunway Velocity Mall, so it is quite easy to get whatever you need, whether food or shopping. The check-in process is easy. The car park is actually quite close to the lift if you manage to find the correct area to park.
The bed is quite far from the TV, so you need to move to the sofa in front of the bed to watch comfortably, which was a bit different from what I expected. You may also need to look around a little to find the building.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Did not stay there due to not clear information in the booking and the information provided by the property executive did not telly with my confirmed booking information. The property executive required me to top up price and request a security of Rm 300, which to me is excessive. I called the tel nos provided during the booking did not pick up. All these factors made me suspicious of the genuineness of the booking. I therefore did not comply to the new request and they subsequently cancelled my booking and claimed money from my card. I have to booked a new hotel through Agoda for my guests. I am proceeding to make claims for damages.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025The property owner's operation executive (Ms Fatin) demanding an additional 50% for the stay. Since the booking fees should have been for the full amount, why is there an extra charge? This should be clearly stated on the receipt. And her service was really bad. When asking for the payment (50% fees) don't reply to messages even after check out, absolutely no basic manners. Please advise the property owner to be cautious when having another executive to handle the check in process.

Easy access to Sunway Velocity Mall, My Town and Ikea. Near MRT Cochrane. I love the hospitality of the staff; Abaz and his colleague. I will definitely stay here again.

very bad in cleaning part. its dusty at the flooring, toilet,etc. check in time is 3pm but waiting in unit until 6pm only can complete to check in waste my time to plan my another schedule. very disposable on this property management
