We did not have the breakfast at the restaurant so we cannot comment. Walking distance to Aeon shopping mall and Velocity mall . The MRT station is near the Aeon mall. A lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Free and spacious car park. Very clean hotel.

I like everything but the eating hall when i came is renovate, so its a bit small but OK.

The elevator is quite unpredictable, sometimes its close fast, sometime slow, when i bring someone on wheelchair, its quite unpredictable.

Гостиница далековато от центра, но рядом с метро жёлтой и зелёной ветки. Рядом молл с фудеортом и большим гипермаркетом. Также рядом очень много кафе, которые работают до ночи. Номер очень большой, как и ванная комната. Есть стол со стулом, и отдельно столик и два кресла. Есть холодильник, чайник и вешалка для одежды в дополнение к плечикам. Также есть wi-fi. В номере достаточно розеток. Кровать очень удобная, спали шикарно. В ванной есть шампунь, гель, мыло. Уборка каждый день.

Это не сильно критично, но все же. Окна не открываются! Похоже, так почти везде, но это было сюрпризом. Пришлось спать с кондиционером, который достаточно шумит. Здесь хорошо, что он дует НЕ на кровать. Также при большой площади ванной там нет полочек в душе для шампуня/мыла, нет держателя туалетной бумаги. Есть бассейн, но он работает очень в неудобное время с 9 утра до 7 вечера, так что мы ни разу не попали. При всем этом в этой ценовой категории выбрать гостиницу лучше в Куала-Лумпур я не смогла.

We had an excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished with lovely wooden furniture. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the batik-design frames added a charming and unique touch to the décor. The swimming pool was very cute and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dip. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of choices. A special mention to the reception staff, especially Fred, Hafiz, and Mohamed, who were extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Ronnie from housekeeping also pleasantly greeted us and was very courteous. He ensured that our room was kept clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful and exceptional experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and welcoming place to stay!

冷气制冷时间较慢，但是制冷成功后温度稳定，大厅其实没有不好，只是希望有自动咖啡机和部分微波食物贩卖机如预制香肠或鸡米花还有热水机跟快熟杯面，虽然希望有预制的黑胡椒煎鸡扒堡但是汉堡保质期短还是需要照旅馆生意决定，房间里也没有微波炉，如果有会更好

Another wonderful stay at this great hotel. Very comfy room with large, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Great location, close to many restaurants, a mall, and fast public transport to all the city's attractions. Very friendly, helpful staff.

This is my third time staying here. Very clean, neat and tidy. Aircond cold, water pressure is good. I like the parking area because near the lobby and it's free.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also convenient to iron my clothes. My only suggestion is to add better lighting near the main mirror in the room, as the lack of light made it difficult for me to get ready and wear my scarf.

Car park is a bit far to the Hotel Lobby, Car park very dark at night, park under the tree, there were bird droppings all over the roof of my car.

Nous avons séjourné plus d’une semaine dans cet hôtel avec ma femme et notre bébé de 10 mois, et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et très confortables. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est toujours accueillant, disponible et professionnel. L’hôtel est idéalement situé et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Mohamed, à la réception, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son sens du service. Il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Le seul véritable point négatif concerne certains touristes chinois qui ont été particulièrement bruyants et ne respectaient pas les autres clients. Plus grave encore, plusieurs fumaient dans leur chambre malgré l’interdiction. À cause du système de ventilation, la fumée se propageait dans les chambres voisines, y compris la nôtre, pratiquement tout au long de notre séjour. Avec un bébé de 10 mois, cette situation était non seulement extrêmement désagréable, mais aussi préoccupante pour sa santé. Nous avons signalé ce problème à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel s’est montré compréhensif et manifestement gêné par la situation, en nous indiquant qu’il s’agissait d’un problème récurrent. Il nous a également expliqué que, malgré les remontées faites, la direction ne souhaitait pas mettre en place de mesures pour y remédier. C’est vraiment dommage, car il suffirait d’installer des détecteurs de fumée ou des détecteurs de cigarettes dans chaque chambre afin que le personnel soit immédiatement alerté lorsqu’une personne fume. Une telle mesure améliorerait considérablement le confort et la sécurité de l’ensemble des clients. Malgré ce point noir, notre expérience reste très positive et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour.

Отель очень приятный, чистый, полотенца и постельное белье белоснежные, персонал вежливый, уборка отличная. Район тихий, много кафе, рядом торговый центр , там много кафешек, голодными не останетесь) В следующий раз обязательно приедем сюда, кстати никаких залогов не было! В прошлом году имели печальный опыт проживания в аппартаментах, грязно, протекал кран, тараканы пробегали периодически…

L'emplacement, le personnel aux petits soins, le décor inhabituel, très orienté faune et flore avec un look malaisien un peu plus traditionnel bien que moderne. La propreté, les chambres vraiment spacieuses et confortables. Les ascenseurs rapides : ça change de la pénibilité d'attendre un ascenseur dans la canicule, car en Malaisie, souvent les espaces de circulation ne sont pas climatisés et les ascenseurs sont lents.

Very friendly staff.. easy check in process.. the room was ready for us when we walked in (extra card was ready in its slot, aircon on and lights). Certainly a 5 star service. There's a cafe attached to the hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and clean. Would certainly come back again.

We loved our stay at Hotel Maluri. Super-friendly staff, large and comfortable room, excellent value for money. Easy to get anywhere in the city by public transport or Grab.

The only thing we did not like were some very noisy neighbours- but that was not the hotel's fault.

Room is very basic

the room was spacious, clean, temperature was comfortable and the staffs were friendly as well. overall is quite a nice experience as this is my first book at this hotel.

the bathroom floor was quite slippery when the floor is wet, it feels like the soap wasn't being washed out completely during last cleaning service. the staffs' walkie talkie sound was kinda loud and i cant rest well around evening.

I've stayed here more than 4 times because of the location and easy access to many malls nearby

Location is OK but be careful if you want to explore the neighborhood (at night). There are many 'foreigners' around the area. I hope the cafe (Gajah Tiga) will improve their breakfast menu. The English breakfast set ordered was way below expectation. Service was very slow. Coffee/tea had gone cold by the time the food arrived (had to wait > 30 min for the food).

One of the best stay here at the heart of kl. the staff was superb… Especially at the f&b section.

Breakfast was good. Especially wanted to thank all staffs for welcoming our family back and making our this year family trip memorable. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned. Hope to be here again in September, InsyaAllah.
