Receptionist tak friendly & tak senyum langsung, cakap melayu/english pun susah kita nak faham (Bangladesh).. terpaksa pusing 2x nak cari parking & tak ajar cara guna kad untuk masuk parking, terkial kial jadinya.. kat swimming pool, Pak Guard Nepal pilih bulu, dengan customers cina semua ok walaupun attire swimming pool cina tu salah- Chinese tu siap pakai baju cotton sleveless & seluar cotton boleh masuk kolam, another chinese guy pakai swimming attire sleveless boleh pulak. pakai bikini 2 pcs ok (hampir "telanjang" dibenarkan untuk jamu mata pak guard). tapi bila lelaki melayu pakai sleveless tak boleh, siap arah² paksa suruh buka, padahal material yang kami pakai tu betul untuk swimming attire masuk kolam, dh byk hotel kot pergi sebelum ni, tak pernah camni. Pergi 4-5stars hotels pun takde over camni, spoiled mood bawak anak² bercuti bila dimalukan depan customers lain..

The house is not well equipped old bathroom flooring not clean as expected. No mirror in the house. 2nd room no fan only air conditioner. Not worth the price.

I recently stayed here for 3D2N and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. First, the location was quite confusing to find. When I asked the security staff for directions, the instructions given were unclear and, on several occasions, seemed to be incorrect. This made it quite difficult and frustrating to locate the property. Secondly, I was disappointed that there was no complimentary parking provided. I had to pay almost RM60 for parking throughout my 3D2N stay, which I feel should have been clearly communicated beforehand. The cleanliness of the room was also not up to expectations. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the cabinet, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Another major issue was the room temperature. There was no fan available, and the air-conditioning was not strong enough. Even after setting it to 16°C, the room was still quite hot at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The only highlight of the stay was the swimming pool. The pool area is very spacious and definitely the best feature of the property. Overall, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of directions, parking information, room cleanliness, and air-conditioning. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and improve the guest experience.

The ad said it is near to klcc but actually it is tok far. The toilet bowl and shower area was slippery due to toilet moss?

Bad sheet cover very dirty and no have shampoo and toothpaste Colgate,staff say come 9am to 1am but why your staff come 10am very bad from your service, bathroom very smelly how was you handle the room,fridge all there very dusty but your price very not value for that

I couldn’t unlock the door to enter through the front door. The staff also told me that there was no spare key and that there was only one key available. I had my belongings inside the room and couldn’t even retrieve the things I needed for my children. I was unable to enter from 3:30 PM until 7:20 PM. When I requested a refund, they refused to refund me. I immediately left the place because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I lost one night’s accommodation, and I didn’t even sleep there. I tried calling them, but they did not answer my calls. They only replied to me through WhatsApp and said that they could not provide a refund. I will no longer make any bookings through Booking.com because this experience has caused me so much inconvenience. I will also make a report to the relevant authorities regarding this matter, as I believe I was treated unfairly and the situation caused unnecessary inconvenience to the customer.

If want to stay here, need to bring cockroach killer. A lot of cockroach there. Please clean your room before ask people to stay.

Can see TRX & Merdeka 118 from the window. The lamp kept blinking but they change immediately after i complaint. so considered okay.

There were 3 flying cockroaches in my room. the shower heater does not work properly (does not heat properly).

I stayed here around 10 days for my work matter and let say for someone who is a frequent airbnb customer all around kuala lumpur, this room genuinely fulfilled all my comfort list. my whole 10 days of stays here, i almost have nothing to complain about and ill make sure to book the same airbnb in the future if i had to be in kl again.

i thought maybe owner can consider putting extra lock on the door for safety purposes. take this as an idea for improvement from a solo female traveller like me,

Bathroom not clean.. Very dirty. The floor to slippery. Toilet bowl also not clean.

The location very good.. is just that once i open up the door... i saw alot of big n small cockroaches. They did send me the spray .. the more i spray the more came out.. is was scary experience..

The stay was very disappointing, sheets were not fresh, it was smelling and had stains on it. House smelt of old ceiling and seepage water in the washroom. No toiletries were supplied except 1 shower gel. No utensils were provided to warm food despite having oven and induction stove. I won’t book this again at all, not worth the price.

The location was very convenient and made it easy to access all the places I wanted to visit in Kuala Lumpur.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not very cool, which made our stay a little uncomfortable. There was also some difficulty when my friends tried to collect the key on my behalf, as I had a baby in the car and could not leave to collect it myself. The lobby was a little difficult to access, and communication with the staff could be improved. Overall, I hope the management can improve the facilities and customer service for a better experience.

The location was well located near to travelling distance to centre of Kuala Lumpur. Many eateries beside the place. Quiet at night.

The key collection was troublesome with lack of information. Can improvise it with photos to show where is the reception. Very confusing for first timer.

La piscine est magnifique, la laverie pratique même s’il n’y a pas de machines pour faire de la monnaie, possible de payer par carte mais avec un qr code il me semble. Les aires de jeux.

Les cafards et la malhonnêteté de la société qui savait qu’il y avait des cafards là bas. Là ce ne sont pas les grands cafards que vous voyez une fois de temps en temps passer dans la cuisine. Non, plusieurs petits cafards qui sortent du syphon de la salle de bain. Ils marchent sur la serviette de bain sur votre trousse de toilette. Ils montent sur le lit, une horreur. J’ai dormi à 4h30 du mat à surveiller qu’ils ne montent pas sur ma fille. Ils se cachent sous les meubles de la cuisine et sous le lit de la première chambre. Appartement 5, étage 63. De plus le ménage est mal fait : sol mal nettoyé et salle de bain pleine de calcaire, toilettes salles, vitres des fenêtres très sales avec la trace des fronts de tous les locataires précédents 🚩🚩🚩🚩ma question c’est comment un gèrant peut être aussi bête : avoir des appartements dans une résidence magnifiques avec plusieurs cafés et restaurants au pieds. Avoir une salle de bain entièrement carrelée, avec syphon et tuyau près des toilettes : et malgré cela !!!!! Aucun nettoyage professionnel approfondi et une femme de ménage sui ne sait pas nettoyer (ma fille de 11 ans aurait fait mieux). On peut facilement tout savonner et rincer au tuyau 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴 ils ont changé notre appart le 3 eme jour, pas de cafard mais même niveau de saleté.

Pour info j’y est séjourné plusieur fois . Dans différentes chambres. La salle de baby foot / badminton inaccessible malgré une centaine de message , sinon il vous propose le créneau de 7 heures du matin ou rien . Le matériel c’est vous qui devez l'avoir. J’ai eu une chambre au 9 em étage avec Punaise de lit avec vidéo. + Cafard ( c'était ma dernière reservation) Dans les autres je n’ai pas eu ce problème.

Floor 8 was so lively, got pool, a lot of trees,gym and the most important there's a laundrymart even a little expensive for the dryer.

Too many cockroaches, Netflix can't sign in suggesting to change TV to android TV. Lastly, something smelly under the kitchen.

I like the area

It’s dusty and dirty , the fan was full of dust that once we turned it on it started falling over us . In the morning before our check out the electricity went off . Even tho it’s not their fault , we couldn’t shower, charge our phones or use hair electronics. There should be some kind of accountability on their part .

Staying room comfortable,quiet,relax enjoy facility provided by property. The view is nice can look around the KL area. Easily looking for food restaurant at the shoplot at G floor,if you driving car arrive to KL also nearby which you want going.

The TV remote control can’t use,room aircond need to service not so cold,pls take some time to do cleaning cooking kitchen-knife fork,oven keep freshly fullyhouse but overall is good.

Property at Gua Musang Kelantan is better than this property. The rubbish storage is beside the residence lift are not good. Bad smells. Access pass only for entering the gate not for going out.

I was told that I will be given the checkin guide at 2.30 - I've reached the property at 3.30 and was not able to get hold of the customer service delayed and waited for 30 min before able check-in - they have quite few numbers to be contacted.

The experience was quite disappointing. I was looking forward to using the swimming pool, but I was not informed during the booking that jerseys were not allowed. The guard was also quite rude, the TV was not working, and the WiFi was very slow. I hope the management can improve these issues.

After a long travel day we could not find the entrance to the accomodation. After making contact with the property we were told to send pictures of our passports standing outside at night. We were finally let in to the property and the man checking us in was so unfriendly and no apology for the very long wait. The room was shocking there were marks on the walls the bed sheets had stains all over them the wardrobe door was broken and standing in the wardrobe. And as for the bathroom the smell off the drain would knock you out and everywhere in the bathroom was not one bit clean.

Lots of cockroaches. Bedroom aircon was out of order, they try to fix but beyond repair. The management took 2 days to change us to another unit. Affected our trip plan for the first 2 days. New unit still found cockroaches at washroom and kitchen area. Can’t have a peaceful mind staying in the unit.

Hi,we never ever stay worst homestay like this ,really give urs such bad experiences ever 😒😒The first room they give worst no clean ,smelly and got cockroach .Then we request to change another room ,they give us the second one also the worst. cockroach 🪳 running everywhere toilet very smelly and no clean.cabinet all got cockroch really really very bad experiences. We pay RM426, but it's totally not worth it at all and makes our stay vacation with very bad memories.Very disappointed 😑

Cheap for two nights, the ac was cold and the water heater was working well

The door doesn’t seem secure, the door lock was not rigid. For the beds I found a bed bug. Would advise others to check before sleeping in

Management request for RM100 deposit but we checked out 9am hence after 1 week didn’t get any refund however from their form, it will takes 5-7days.

The living room is dirty, the light bulbs in the room are as dark as in a bar, and the dishes in the kitchen have not been cleaned. The TV is also broken, and the wifi can't be connected at all.
