Excellent apartment! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The host was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!

从机场打车过来下错了地点， 房东大叔亲自下楼来接我们. 随后又亲自带领我们熟悉周边的超市和餐馆咖啡店. 附近有两家超市，家乐福和麦德龙，买东西非常方便.我们在这里度过了非常舒适的两天，感觉像家一样，晚上睡得很好，房间干净宽敞， 非常感谢房东大叔为我们所做的一切. PS, 房东大叔非常爱笑，和蔼可亲

I'm a regular guest at this property, and it continues to be my top choice for several reasons. The consistent cleanliness and attention to detail are always impressive. The space is generous, with fully functional air conditioning in every room, making it comfortable year-round. It's also conveniently located with easy access from main roads. Mr. Loay, the owner, is exceptionally kind, helpful, and communicates clearly and professionally. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Maadi area.

Sono molti i punti a favore di questo alloggio, innanzitutto la posizione, infatti si trova nel quartiere di Maadi che è molto sicuro e tranquillo ma al tempo stesso è pieno di ristoranti, locali e negozi, il tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. L'ampio appartamento ha anche un balcone dal quale è piacevole guardare lo scorrere del traffico dal sesto piano. Il proprietario è carinissimo e molto disponibile, è stato davvero molto piacevole conoscerlo e speriamo di avere altre occasioni d'incontro Se cercate una sistemazione al Cairo, questa è un'ottima opzione.

I loved everything in the apartment. This was my second stay, and once again, the cleanliness was on par with hotels. Mr. Loay’s thoughtful care made the experience even more special.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, it's a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a well equipped Kitchen, 2 decent bathrooms, and a big space with a living room and a dining room. All rooms are air conditioned, and there are small surprises like a Heater which was useful during these days, and a functioning easy to operate waching machine. The apartment is at the 6th floor, but there is an Elevator. The area is nice and safez with many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and various shops nearby. The host is the best we have met so far, very friendly and he personally assisted us with various issues including support with private driver. He ensured that the apartment was cleaned regularly upon our request, and that everything is available including towels, tissues and TPs, air fresheners, etc. It's highly recommend and we will definitely come again the next time we visit Maadi.

This is a spacious apartment with lots of natural light, a great kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out. It's also in a good location, next to lots of cafes and grocery stores. Sherif, the owner, is very responsive and makes sure everything is taken care of. All in all, a great stay.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished with an AC in every room. The host Loay was wonderful. He was a great communicator throughout my stay and very hospitable and accommodating. Will stay here again for sure.

It's a perfect blend of vibrant city life and serene residential comfort. Everything was great. The apartment is spacious and clean. Great location steps from main shopping street. Secure building. Lots of kitchen items if you see planning to cook. The owner was very helpful in all things! Helped get the internet working in rapid time, helpful communicating about check in, and extending another day. Would stay again!
