The location. Quick walk to the park and the mall. There are also plenty of cafes ans restaurants nearby. The owner is also really nice and easy to contact.

The booking was cancelled by the owner on the very same day of the check in. That was in January 2025. We are in March and my booking has not been reimbursed yet. It is unacceptable, they charged me and then they don’t let me in, telling me on the same day. And they don’t give me my money back. This is a scam, I don’t know how else to call it. I keep writing to them and they don’t answer. Simply put it: thieves. Stay away from this property.

Don't book this place! The host is a horrible communicator, gives a much worse room than advertised (also it smelled bad and it's just a very unpleasant place to stay at), let's you wander how to check in, does not reply to a message or phone call, just appears out of nothing at your door, let's the cleaning lady come in without prior notice while still being in bed, plus the room itself was very smelly. After day 1 of 4, I communicated I wanted the advertised room or my money back as I felt scammed. No reply. My advice: do NOT book this place, nor from this host!!!

walking distance from One Ayala easy access to the malls park in front 711 just a few steps when you go out the bldg plus factor I bank with BDO one is located just right next to the bldg main entrance pool & sauna available for guests

unlike a regular hotel if you need toiletries/ towels you have to contact host but overall location was ideals for the purpose of my stay

Had a great stay at this apartment. Very easy check-in and good communication with the host. Condo staff very friendly. The condo building has pool, gym, sauna which is great. Superb location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself is spacious and has everything you need with a lovely view from the balcony over the city. Will definitely stay at this apartment again on my next work trip. Thank you.

It was exactly as described, a cosy place with a view. On the 25th floor, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, smelt great and well appointed.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable 😐, but that is the only thing I could fault.

Check in online and at the location was absolute excellent as to convenience and hospitality! The room is really cozy, with an eye for detail. I love the Legaspi Park and I had a great look at it after request. The property is hygienic. I will definitely request this appartement next time!

I like how big the room is and the location, I like that there's a park right in front of the hotel where people jog and chill. The pool was pretty cute too.

My boyfriend had to kill a cockroach 🪳 there were mosquitos and flies in the room too.

It is next to the Legaspi Park, the malls are very close. The Host is very friendly and is always available. We was there only for a week and we will come back for sure, it is perfect for couples

The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Greenbelt, the shops cafes and restaurants plus cinemas. The KL Towers has some good facilities such as saunas and a good-sized pool. (The water is clean but cold) so cozy place guests can avail themselves. Just outside of the front to the right is an ATM, and to the left a lovely cafe and dining facility. The apartment has an awesome ceramic 4 burner cooktop which we made full use of while there. The included washing machine in the bathroom worked well and we could dry our clothes in the balcony area. Wi-Fi was included, as was the ability to stream movies to the TV for evening watching.

The Pool could have been warmer. Other than that, everything worked very well.

cannot work the tv in apartment 25M , didn’t care much for an overnight stay but I would have called for guidance to operate if I was staying longer

The location was first rate with Greenbelt and its various restaurants and coffee shops just a 5-minute walk away. The KL towers Swimming pool and Sauna were also available and a real plus.

A larger frying pan, and a couple of kitchen knives would have been perfect.

The location was accessible to most places we wanted to go.

Clogged shower drain and leaking bidet but were all repaired immediately upon our calling their attention. Towels were changed only on the second day. Fresh towels is our primary concern. It was quite confusing as the reception was unaware of our booking and gave us the impression that we were at the wrong place when we mentioned Cozy Place @ KL Tower. I had to call this number +63 919 463 9014 to inform them that we are already at the lobby of KL Tower and the receptionist is not aware of our booking. Then, the “owner” of the units told us that they left the room door unlocked and the keys can be found inside the room. When we got to the room, the door was locked and so we knocked as we could somehow hear some voices inside thinking it was the caretaker waiting for us. This was at 11:30 pm. A foreigner opened the door and when I asked him if this room was taken, he answered “Yes, we are staying here.” So, I called the “lady owner” in the same number and told her that someone is occupying the room and she apologised and said our room is the one across theirs.

The location is perfect. Everything is there. Very clean and they were very helpful when I needed help. I will surely come back everytime I am in Manila.

cozy and very clean. i love the ambiance and esp the balcony were you can see the buildings and city view at night. the unit is also complete with appliances and very convenient to stay. would definitely stay there again. the owner is really nice and very attentive.
