l hotel era bello grande, pulito e luminoso, piscina bellissima ci ritorneremo

Appartamento con strutture non perfette con qualche segno di usura ma pienamente efficienti ed anche ben arredata. Struttura pulita assolutamente sorpreso visto il prezzo. Ben due impianti di aria condizionata e TV 55 pollici. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Fatto il check in di notte. Assolutamente soddisfatto.

The property is an apartment in a loving residence so it’s not a hotel, however the property maintenance Ahmed is very helpful and the residence are very welcoming. The pool is AMAZING and gets sun all day it’s really big and well maintained. All electricals worked in our apartment we had no issues in our apartment at all The restaurant is all Italian but the food is so fresh. Local shops just outside very safe and friendly would stay again

The check in is abit hit and miss, the boy on reception speaks little English but ask for Ahmed he is very good at English and will help with all problems you may have. It’s a lovely building however it’s still under construction but was not a problem for us

i arrived at night i could still check in

they didnt change bed sheet, at 3 oclock while i was sleeping 2 Egyptian men broken into my room without my permition saying i have to check out one day earlier, my room was locked with key, i felt super unsafe as sigle female traveller.......😡😡😡😡😡😡they have no idea about managment and use the brain

Ho appena concluso il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento e non potrei esserne più soddisfatto. L'alloggio è spazioso, pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in totale comfort. La posizione è ottima, ideale per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e godersi il mare di Sharm. Un ringraziamento speciale va all' host Me Adam, sempre disponibile, gentile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Fin dal primo contatto si è dimostrata estremamente accogliente e professionale, fornendo consigli utili e assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto durante il soggiorno. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un luogo confortevole, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Se tornerò a Sharm, sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta. Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità! Affidatevi ad Adam è presente per tutto e tutti i contrattempi. Posizione strategica

المكان فاق توقعاتي مساحة الشقة كبيرة جدا السرير مريح الفرش نظيف وحديث الشقة مزودة بكافة الأجهزة تلفزيون شاشة كبيرة ثلاجة بوتاجاز غسالة وكلها جديدة. يوجد حمام سباحة كبير وفي غاية النظافة استمتعت بالمكان لهذا مددت اقامتي ، استغربت بشدة التقيمات السلبية . قيمة رائعة للمال استاذ / ادهم المالك في غاية التهذيب والتعاون كذلك العاملين في قمة التعاون وأخص بالشكر يوسف في الاستقبال والأستاذ محمد في خدمة الغرف والشيف عمرو في المطعم ان شاءالله ساعود اليه قريبا.

The best customer service, arrived at 1:00 am and found the front desk very easy and got my apartment key.

me encantó este lugar, llevo más de 3 meses viajando y este lugar realmente me siento como una princesa, todos atentos, si necesitas algo, la comida incluida es otro mundo muy rica, si te quieres sentir como princesa, reina o rey económicamente este es el lugar, superó 100% mis expectativas, llegué antes de mi check in y me entregaron el apartamento sin problemas, sin cobro adicional, el chico que trabaja en la noche es un amor también, un chico bueno y muy educado 😍 atento a qué me sintiera bienvenida del minuto 1... en el restaurant también muy buena atención y excelente comida, el gerente en la mañana para darme la bienvenida me llevo una botella de agua y jarrón de hielo, más una pizza realmente me han tratado como reina, mi reserva solo era por 1 noche pero le sume 6 y aún viendo si le sumo más días por qué realmente te sientes en casa, un lugar tranquilo y relajado ❤️🙏🫂 esta mágico todo la atención el país todo!!

no entiendo por qué tienen un 6.4 si es para ponerles un 20, los comentarios malos que hay están errados, en este viaje llevo 7 países y este lugar es otro mundo ❤️ es real lo del internet pero no es el hotel es Egipto, la mejor opción es comprar un chip y olvidarse de eso... cada cosa que necesito ellos me lo solucionan de una o otra manera de verdad que no logro entender la puntuación que tienen les doy un 1.000 de puntuación

Это сказка!!!!!! Аппарты супер!!!! Обстановка лакшери)))) тихо, спокойно, только свои, никого постороннего!!! Место заманивает, от туда не выйти)))) бассейн и тишина и мы!!!! То, что нужно для отдыха!!!! Мы продлили, не смогли уехать))) вернёмся ли обратно? Однозначно!!! Да!!!!

There is no owner or manager. You will be alone with all your problems in this place. AC doesn’t WORK, bathroom in poor condition. Is very small apartment, with noisy neighbors. Never and ever again, i won’t stay there. Horrible experience. Be careful

Tout le reste, particulièrement l’entretient de la chambre, moustique écrasés sur les murs, éviers horrible, la poussière, les taches ( sur les draps), les cheveux et la moisissure.

A very high-quality hotel. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone — we had a wonderful stay.

Прекрасные современные апартаменты, в новом комплексе. Тихое , ухоженное место. В комплексе имеется Итальянский ресторан с шеф поводом итальянцем. Хорошее расположение.

I didn’t like anything I did. I got a very small room, they were still busy in the renovation.

There were no lights when I get in first days. No curtains everyone can see me inside. They are busy renovation every day they knock at the door to come in and renovate something or they call me to ask me where I am because they need to renovate something. I felt absolutely I’m spending my vacation to make renovation to his priority. No respect for people at all. Every time come group of people and they wanna get in to fix something and they made my clean clothes dusty, and dirty from working on the wall without taking care of it.

El apartamento es grande y el aire acondicionado funciona bien

Faltan mosquiteras y entran muchos mosquitos, se fue el agua dos días en una semana, las sábanas podían ser un poco más grandes y sin manchas. Mejoraría si tuviera wifi.

The people were friendly and the apartment was fantastic. Would highly recommend anyone coming to stay here.

Everything, the staff are terrible , we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come to the reception which had no AC and it was hot like hell and extremely dirty and actually still under construction , had a big problem checking in , my friend is 17 years old and he is considered as a child on Booking , but they said he was an adult which is wrong and said we had to pay an extra 10 $ , In the end we had the police over to solve the problem and get us in .

the check in process was a bit slow while any other things was so good

The apartment is very nice, it feels like a home from the first time you enter. It's everything there, from couch to table, to a lot of closets, washingmashine, oven etc. The kitchen could have better supplies but other than that I was very happy to stay there. The residence complex is still kind of new, so some things still need to be finished, but it is very quiet place - perfect to rest and stay at home or at the pool. The pool is perfect if you like to swim some laps. The outdoor terrace was great too. The neighbors were nice and always around for a chat.

The location was a bit difficult to reach, taxi drivers mostly didn't know this residence. There are some stores in 15 minutes walking distance, but not to buy fresh fruit and vegetable. Its more expensive to buy in this area as there less local people live. I went to the market next to Delta Sharm to get my groceries. There were many mosquitos in the apartment the first night of my stay.

This apartment is amazing. Comfortable and all new with all facilities you could need. One point is for the cleanliness which was perfect. I would 100% recommend it.
