Airco kan beter maar hij doet het wel. Slechte verlichting in de gang. Verder alles is prima.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen 8-nächtigen Aufenthalt in der Suite Majorelle in Marrakesch! Die Unterkunft war stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders die luxuriöse Terrasse und der private Parkplatz haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Lage war ideal, um Marrakesch zu entdecken, und gleichzeitig ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

The property was very clean and everything worked fine.

The iron and ironing board need some attention. A couple of bulbs in the kitchen area kept flickering continuously. This is not the fault of the host but there is a lot of building work going on in the surrounding area so very loud drilling sounds from early in the morning.

It was a nice size for 3 people. Plenty of living room and outdoor space, and with 3 bathrooms it was quite convenient. It was very interesting watching construction across the street.

I had troubles with directions and opening the door. My driver couldn’t figure out which door and had to call for me. The exterior door is locked and usually someone is inside to open if needed (so you can get in to your keys). I had to ask a neighbor to learn that in Morocco they sometimes turn keys backwards to what we’d be used to.

Lokalizacja z jednej strony dobra bo blisko ogrodu i muzeum YSL z drugiej strony z dwóch stron budynku remonty i ogromny hałas.

Great communication throughout.Property in a great location. Loved sitting out on the terrace. Many great restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money.

Bright, beautiful and clean apartment with big terrace and view on Majorelle garden. Quiet and nice residence with authentic doors. Comfortable beds, good bedding.

While the apparent was overall clean, the floor wasn’t washed for many days. It became obvious half an hour later. We found few leftovers from previous guests. Despite these two things and that I had to clean floor myself we loved apartment and will definitely come back again.

We loved the building, fixtures and fittings, everything was high quality, worked well and there were no issues. It was spacious and quiet with everything you could need.

The location was a 20 minute walk from the main sights we wanted to see, this was not a problem us but might be if you are expecting to be in the middle of the Medina.

Appartement très confortable, spacieux, lumineux, joli style épuré, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous y avons dormi dans le calme total (nous y étions en novembre). La literie est très confortable, impeccable. 2 salles d'eau, 2 wc et un coin toilette spacieux avec lavabo. 2 sèches cheveux (c'est rare !). Une cuisine très bien équipée avec produits de base à disposition (sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile, café, thé etc.). Nous n'avons pas cuisiné vu les nombreuses et passionnantes expériences culinaires en extérieur. Les échanges cordiaux, réactifs, et à tout moment si besoin, avec Khalid le propriétaire, son déplacement en fin de séjour pour nous saluer, une personne très attentionnée. La facilité d'accès avec boîte à clé à l'arrivée. Présence d'un aimable gardien nuit et jour dans l'immeuble. La situation à 5 minutes à pied du Parc Majorelle, du musée Yves Saint-Laurent et du quartier moderne de Gueliz. Les commerces de proximité accessibles à pied.

Quelques pannes de l'ascenseur (l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage) à connaître par exemple pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Immeuble en face en fin de construction qui cependant ne nous a pas dérangés pendant notre séjour (nous sommes restés une semaine).

Nagy, tágas lakás mélygarázzsal.

Az egyik szoba ajtaját nem lehet becsukni, mert a kilincs nyelve be volt tömködve zsebkendővel, szóval egy székkel kellett mindig kitámasztani belülről.

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und modern und praktisch ausgerüstet. Sicherer Parkplatz in der Tiefgerage, allerdings geht dort sehr schnell das Licht aus.

Das Wohnviertel ist gerade im Entstehen, daher sind rundherum einige Baustellen, leider auch vor dem Balkon (Aug 2025). Das Sofa hatte Flecken und manche Türen konnte man nicht richtig schließen.

ماء الحمام ضعيف جدا ويوجد إصلاحات مقابل الشقه مما يسبب بإزعاج شديد مرافق البناء قديمه والأصنصير لايعمل دائما ووقت دخول الشقه والخروج غير ملائم نهائيا حيث انك لاتستطيع الدخول في الوقت اللذي تريده حيث أني قدمة وقت الدخول للساعه الواحده ولم احصل علي المفتاح الي بعد ساعتين او اكثر

L'appartement est propre, complet et bien équipé.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour cet appartement ! Tout était parfait. Très propre, joliment décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux et vraiment bien situé. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, avec tout à proximité. Et le parking privé, c’est vraiment un gros plus ! L’appartement correspondait exactement aux photos et à la description. Si location ce représente nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

There was no kettle and was told to boil saucepan for wster. air con in living area wasn’t working but was fixed straight away, iron did not work and had to wait for it to be repaired ( a replacement would have been better) and when it was fixed and we went to use it the iron nearly caught fire, reply from host about this was not very good very matter of fact. There could have been more information about local area, I.e where the taxi rank was, local shops etc.

The flat was big and had a beautiful terrace for us to relax and have a nice view. The hosts were great and very quick to respond to queries

Location was good, walking distance to carrefour, McDonalds and other luxury brand shops. Nice quiet neighbourhood. A little difficult to find at first but once we found it, it was easy explain to taxi drivers where it was. Apartment was very clean and amenities were excellent.

Could've been easier to locate at first, maybe a little more description as to where exactly it was as tourist don't really know area and addresses much.

The location is excellent if you plan on visiting Majorelle gardens. The terasse is big and very pleasing, but that's about it!

The property description is deceiving. It is by no means "Luxe"! We own lodgings posted on Booking, all with 9 plus ratings, many more amenities, and do not dare to call it LUXE. The check in/out is done by an agency, that was not timely on info and had the nerve to write us after the check out: So I'm going to leave a 10/10 rating on your profile on the Booking.com platform and invite you to do the same (10/10) to help us ;-) Thanks again and see you next time! Our answer is that we decline your "invitation" since it would be a false statement and we do not condone with your "ethics". I don't care about my personal rating. You are a few light years from a 10 and instead of bribing guests you should spend some time and energy on improving the property so it merits a better score. Our 5 is most generous at this stage! It's a very basically furnished apartment that lacks a personalized touch. Sofa is one of the most uncomfortable ones we had to sit on. None of the doors, including the front one, closes properly. Both showers work very defficiently. No hot water on the kitchen faucet or dishwasher liquid, but we were instructed to leave the dishes washed. There were only two towels, so you have to be very frugal with bathing. Right across the street there is a noisy construction site that even worked on sunday, so, no sleep after 8 AM for another year or two. After coming from 4 different locations that were truly remarkable in a positive sense, yours was... to be polite... Under par! As to seeing you next time... sorry... won't happen for sure!

The flat was in a good location for the majorelle gardens ,which was mainly while we choose to stay here. It had all well equipped kitchen ,so you could easily cook. The flat was clean and tidy. There was parking underneath the building and 24hr concierge.

Whilst the flat is well appointed, it is quite a walk to the Medina. We didn't get a taxi but I think you could easily find one. There is a hospital under construction which we had a bit of noise from during the day, but we guess that is to be expected in this expanding city
