Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The unit is accessible and the host is flexible. Its a home away from home but could have been renovated and modernised.
I booked 3 bedroom but only 2 bedroom has AC. When we arrive there was water leakage on the bidet and the toilet floor is wet. This has been resolved sameday by the host. We have to pay for swimming pools and not available for guests during weekends (only for residents). Only one set of key for the main is available for the unit.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024We stayed for a week and it felt like home. We had a comfortable stay. Joshua, the owner is super helpful. Very responsive to my questions. The area is accessible to everything. We will definitely stay again if given a chance. Thank you.
Just a minor one, the bathroom door lock got jammed. Might need a replacement.

Meget slidt og virkede ikke så rent. Meget små rum. Sengene ikke særlig komfortable. 2 personer skulle ligge på en plastik madras på stuegulvet (måske havde vi ikke læst beskrivelsen godt nok?)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2024The property is spacious and had good facilities. The kitchen and living room were well equipped. The property was clean and the host was very helpful and communicative. It is close to shops which is useful. It is also a good distance from the city centre.
There was not enough space to sleep 6 people as advertised and booked. There was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed good for 1 person. In total, it is only enough for 4 people. There were no extra mattresses for the floor and we did not have enough blankets, pillows, and towels. We had to pay for parking and also the use of the pool.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2023Great location, also close to the airport, which was an added bonus, the apartment was clean and tidy had Air Con in the lounge & bedroom, netflix was available & wifi. Great facilities would recommend and use again if I'm ever going to Manila again.
Ensuite sink took forever to drain, and the towels supplied were a bit small
