GREAT VIEW

I like the view of the room. It was a sea view and very calming to see the sunset and sunrise. Also the coffee provided by the owner is very delicious! My brother loves it very much. Overall everything was excellent! Might be staying here again as the price is very reasonable for the unit. Thank you for the good services from the staff. They are very generous and friendly 😁

Location is perfect for the ferry terminal. There are some great food places nearby - korean BBQ, Monster chicken and there are great facilities in the building - luggage storage/transport and massage places. Management team are very responsive and helpful. They did a great job with good communication throughout our stay. Overall good value for money.

Facilities in the room were a bit tired with what looked like flood damaged flooring and a blocked basin (management came and resolved as soon as they were notified :) )

The pool area is very muddy and everyone's feet is dirty...its kinda horrific to see muddy feets going inside the pool water

The apartment was lovely...clean, tidy, good location and an amazing view. MLH team were good (mostly) on communication and quick to reply. We would stay again and recommend.

If you are a non Malay you need to be aware and happy that: - despite booking on booking.com and saying confirmed you will be contacted soon after booking via WhatsApp (the favourite tool of Malaysians!) asking for payment in ringgit. This poses two issues I) whilst it is 100% liggit and safe, it neverthless feels odd and at first I worried it was a scam ii) it's not easy as a UK based person to pay in ringgit. Although after much back and forth it was in fact possible to pay in GBP If you have a car the parking is a faff...and in fact seems you can park outside for free...much easier. To use their parking you have to collect card from top floor, before you can park as you need card for entry....and as it turns out you need the card for exit....so you have to exit....park...go up to top floor to deposit card and then go back down. Our parking card was missing and it took about 2.5 hours to get it sorted and although the team were responsive they seemed unable to give a time for when the card would arrive. So it was a little frustrating. Nevertheless we had a great stay and would happily stay again. You just should be aware before booking.

優點： ①海景房 ②離傑斯頓碼頭很近，走路10分鐘內 ③樓下有便利商店及餐廳 ④樓下有自助洗衣店 ⑤有泳池，但沒什麼設施也無廁所

缺點： ①隔音差，可以聽到外面走廊的聲音，樓上也能聽見 ②插座很少，需要自備延長線 ③沒有提供洗髮乳 ④提供的吹風機應該不是當地的，因為需要其他國際插頭才能使用 ⑤床墊有幾張都有塌陷情況 ⑥馬桶蓋壞掉

Beautiful views, good facilities and close to interesting places in Kota Kinabalu

Incompetence of homestay operators. Lampu dapur burn, No plastic waste, slow reply chats or no reply at all and no responsibility towards tenants at all.

Free car parking, clean and tidy apartment. Good location near jetty for trips to island.

Kitchen utensils not that complete and missing lots of necessary items. No washing machine and having to go laundromat wasted our time. Apartment is a bit small. Shower room a bit dirty with mould on the wall. Air conditioning in master room was dripping water.

De locatie was super. Heel dicht bij de haven en het was heel prettig om een hele studio met keuken tot onze beschikking te hebben.

Het contact met de verhuurder was een beetje gek aan het begin. We moesten rechtstreeks betalen aan de verhuurder. Eerst via Alipay. Uiteindelijk was cash ook akkoord maar dit was een beetje vaag. Uiteindelijk was alles super goed geregeld hoor.

The location of this homestay is great, below of this condo having some food. The view for this unit is also nice.

The check in time for this property is not 3pm sharp is after 3pm. We are able to check in at around 3.20pm. WiFi cannot be used and after ask the management there is no feedback at all. There is also some cockroach roaming around the kitchen area make it very uncomfortable for our stay. Check in and check out process very troublesome as you need to stay at lobby and go up to level 32 mailbox to retrieve the key.

Nice view from apartment. Instruction given before and day of arrival. If you are driving, park your car at ground floor and take lift to lvl 32 to retrieve access card for carpark.

Mailbox at top level 32. 😂 Wish it was at ground floor.. easier to retreive the access cards. But the whole design is as such.

Easy to locate the building. Several convenience stores and a few restaurants are just downstairs. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant ambiance. Free parking is available.

There was an unpleasant smell along the corridor leading to our unit. Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times.

The location was perfect—close to restaurants and local attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and responsive. One of the highlights was the quiet atmosphere and sea view. It really added to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend MLH Designer Suites @ Jesselton Quay to travelers looking for a comfortable, home-like stay with hotel-level service. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Nice with 2 bedrooms, and plenty of space for 3 of us. Pool area was nice too.

Payment by bank transfer was a bit of a pain, as some banks won't allow a transfer from GBP TO MYR. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing, you could feel every spring

Love the quay view. Location is good. Lots of shops at ground floor. You can also see flight take off and landing everyday.

The pool not that clean. However it was of a decent size.
