Historic apartment near the city by the water

Noisy building. Followed parking instructions of the owner, still two parkingtickets…

Очень скрипят двери,если много гостей- дискомфортно Духовка была грязная после предыдущих гостей Стульчак унитаза был сломан

Ac:n fungerade dåligt, väldigt varmt på sommaren. Frysen fungerade inte.

Fint läge, stor och ljus lägenhet i fin villa med utsikt mot Pampas Marina. Mycket trevlig värd.

Meget smukke omgivelser, mellem skov og vand. Yderst rummelig og velindrettet lejlighed. Uhyre hjælpsomme og venlige værter. Smagfuldt indrettet, fine senge. Meget rent overalt - virkelig en fornøjelse.

Der manglede et par ting i køkkenet - vandglas og bestik. Dyner og puder kunne have været af bedre kvalitet. Det er en gammel og charmerende lejlighed, hvilket gør, at dørene var svære at lukke, og at hoveddøren krævede lidt teknik, når man skulle låse op og i. Dårligt gående kan have svært ved at komme op til huset.

部屋が広く清潔で、必要なものが揃っている。オーナーの対応が良かった。 スウェーデンの歴史ある建物(150年前の建物と聞きました)で生活できる貴重な体験でした。ドアや窓の建て付けが悪かったり床が軋んだりしますが、それも含めて素晴らしいです。

トイレの水洗が一度流すと止まりにくい事があった。(これはオーナーに伝達済みなので改善されるでしょう) バスルームにシャンプーとボディソープがあるとなお良かった。

Very clean and tidy,excellent location, lovely view over the water, can hire kayaks just across the road, 5 minute walk to metro, everything is here that you need.

Bedrooms are joined by a door that doesn’t shut properly. Also front door was difficult to close and lock. Strange note through door on arrival regarding dispute with landlord urging us to call police. We just ignored it and no further issue.

This place was BEAUTIFUL. It was the first time my dad had travelled in years and he absolutely loved it, was able to go for a run along the water and the whole flat was clean and spacious enough for the 8 of us, 2 couples, 2 adults and 2 kids (cot was provided). We wanted somewhere to relax and have kitchen chats after hosting a funeral in Stockholm and this was exactly what we needed. It is so easy and quick to get to Stockholm and actually nicer to stay a little out of the city for some peace and quiet.

If the place had an extra toilet I would rate it 12 out of 10.

Nice and cosy apartment with beautiful views to the water. Quiet area out of the city center. Metro station 5 mins walking distance from the apartment. The host gave us exact information about everything we had to know regarding our stay. The whole area looked wonderful in the snow.

Nothing negative to say about the property. Only thing about the location: It was a bit difficult to get a bolt taxi to the location many times. Just use the SL application and the public transport.

Historic building in a really amazing location between waterfront and wood (doliage in october). Patrick the host is very friendly, and make us feel at hone.

For us all was perfect. Who choose a similar building cannot pretend the finishing of a modern new building.

The host should do something with a shower, because it floods all bathroom, the interior door is very creaky.

I can’t say because we didn’t stay there

First of all I didn’t get all the informations before we met, about keys and wifi and so on. When we met op there was some guy working on his car right in front of the house and when talking to him we found out there was some issues between the owner of the house and the man who was renting the house which was renting it further through Booking. It was rather uncomfortable start on our stay and we left and didn’t come back. We didn’t want to be in between these two guys arguments. And meeting up there with a broken car right in front of the house and some grumpy guy working on it made everything look uncomfy.

The host was wonderful, respectful and eager to accommodate requests. Location, view and lounge

The entrance is from the back and carrying the bags 6 was tiring. Close doors and windows There is only one bathroom for a family.

Location and surrounding is peaceful and nice scenery. Friendly host.

Bed cover not really clean especially the pull out beds and the sofa bed.

Beautiful historic home and wonderfully restored! Our group was very comfortable. We found the apartment to be an excellent location with it being in walking distance to the subway. The host was excellent. There was a minor maintenance issue at apartment during our stay but the host made sure the issue was resolved very quickly. Would absolutely recommend this apartment

Beautiful apartment set in a lovely area with good access to all amenities. Patrick was welcoming and showed us around the house which is well maintained and comfortable for our group of 6. A 30 second walk to the jetty where you have access to a lovely lake. Perfect trip!

Great apartment! There are a lot of beds, the television works with Chromecast, so you can stream anything. It was really nice!

Wonderful position, convenient for the city. Great view on the sea.

The house needs some work. Entrance door is difficult to open and close, an internal door is missing, some doors are not possibile to be closed. Some pan covers missing, some detergent missing and so on.

The location of the house is brilliant. You have lovely views of the water, on a nice quiet road so it’s very peaceful. There is a lovely walk around the water and a good selection of shops close by. Getting to Stockholm is super easy and straight forward. The station is a just a short walk and a few stops away. You really get the best of both worlds. The property itself is a beautiful traditional home on the outside, with a really lovely neutral interior. Again the best of Scandinavia design, old and new. We had a very comfortable stay and the host is brilliant, very warm, welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

It is a really nice location and the house is really beautiful. Access to the city is also easy. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

The balcony door doesn't close, that's why cold weather is coming in sometimes. there are not enough hangers for towels, when you stay with so many people it is hard to find a place to hang your wet towel. It was hard to find things in the house like hair dryer, was not so user friendly. Also there was not enough toilet paper, you can not put only two rolls for five people.

Beautiful clean apartment even our kids loved the place. Very warm.
