Ładny apartament, przydatna była pralka i suszarka. Basen ze świetnym widokiem.

Jedna karta na apartament. Mimo rezerwacji na pięć pół w pokojach było za mało pościeli, ale została doniesiona.

Location, facilities are complete, however can be better improved by getting new sofa bed and a dryer would be great.

The cleanliness

Basic needs like sponge to wash dishes, bath mats were not available. Cutleries also are very limited. Not convenient if we have pack foods brought in i.e. during hari raya

Номер у нас был просторный, комфортный, оборудован по последнему слову техники. Ещё нам понравился отличный видовой бассейн и наличие аж двух спортзалов. Из расположения хорошо только то, что ближайший вход в метро находится в этом же здании (правда идти к нему всё равно приходилось по улице), и на этом метро можно быстро доехать до центра города.

Не понравилось, что мы бронировали проживание с включенными завтраками, но нам их почему-то отменили незадолго до приезда. Потом пришлось ещё какое-то время потратить на переписку с поддержкой Букинга, чтобы получить возмещение. Ещё у нас были проблемы с поиском отеля и заселением. Дело в том, что отеля с таким названием (Datum Jelatek Sky Residence) нет на картах гугла, на этом месте там только торговый центр. В итоге такси, заказанное через Букинг, привезло нас сначала вообще куда-то не туда, а потом мы ещё долго ездили вокруг этого торгового центра в поисках нужного входа в отель. Ресепшена здесь тоже нету, только охранник на входе. Видимо предполагалось, что нам в ватсапе должны были прислать инструкции по заселению, но что-то пошло не так, и нам пришлось какое-то время ждать когда придёт специальный человек и выдаст нам ключ-карту. Отель и торговый центр на его первых этажах сами по себе довольно современные, но располагаются посреди каких-то убогих трущоб и развязок автомагистралей, так что единственным спасением было метро. Балкон у нас в номере тоже был крутой - с поворотом за угол, но вид с него был в основном на соседнюю башню отеля и стройку ещё одного небоскрёба поблизости. Из-за близости к автомагистралям и плохой звукоизоляции у раздвижных окон в спальне было довольно шумно ночью. В санузле, хоть всё было новое и современное, но при этом вентиляция была сделана по принципу приоткрытой форточки, что тоже не улучшало звукоизоляцию от уличного шума.

A cozy and comfortable atmosphere with an attractive view. Food and basic needs are available nearby. As a bonus, there’s a night market next door every Friday, if I’m not mistaken. Perfect for a family vacation. Right next to the LRT, making it easy to get anywhere.

Assenza completa di informazioni per raggiungere la struttura(sono 4 torri e senza informazioni aggiuntive è impossibile capire dove accedere). L’appartamento è pieno di avvertimenti riguardo a rotture/perdita/mancanze che verranno caricate in MYR. Peccato che molte cose nella lista manchino o non funzionanti. Non abbiamo capito se è per incapacità loro o tentativo di far cassa. Asciugamani luridi(sporco è riduttivo). Richiesta di cauzione poco chiara con link di dubbia provenienza (ci siamo rifiutati e abbiamo pagato in struttura ma accettano solo contanti, davvero poco flessibili). Le informazioni necessarie vi verranno fornite solo su specifica richiesta (come ad esempio l’accensione dell’acqua calda ma al vostro arrivo troverete 16 “confortevoli” gradi ). Imbarazzanti

My stay here was truly enjoyable! The atmosphere is pleasant, the room is very clean, and the staff, especially Haris, are friendly and provide excellent guidance. The location is quite convenient, with a shop nearby.

The location was excellent. With an LRT station next to the complex getting around was easy. The complex has great leisure facilities and new gym. The shopping centre has many dining and shopping options. Unfortunately the grocery had closed down, but with Grab deliveries, this was not an issue.

Instructions to locate the property entrance were poor, as was information regarding checking in. No toaster, one frying pan, no pot. Washing machine and oven/microwave are complicated to work and no instructions were given or available. Plumbing not the best, need to fix floor traps to eliminate smells in the bathroom

Nice cozy room setting with soft bedding. Amazing city view. You can see SPE & LRT from above.

Few good restaurants available around the premise. huge swimming pool. landscapes are nice easy access by car, train or bus

i have to fill up my details thru whatsapp my details already written in the booking process the refund for deposit take too long time. its should be refunded instantly as we pay the deposit online too parking for visitor too high

I don't like this property because the return booking is too long!!!! The first time booking a deposit takes time, I stayed in an expensive hotel and an even more expensive apartment, I returned the deposit in just 3.4 hours, not a Datum apartment!! take 7,14 days is crazy!! very bad

Location was perfect the only problem was the construction work but once enter the property.. all’s good. Perfectly perfect. Definitely worth the price.

There’s a foul smell in the bathroom i think that needs to be fixed. It’s probably coming from the drain hole. There was issue with short power circuit when i was using the oven, and the engineer had to come and i had to re-arrange my plan and i felt quite inconvenient.

Interior was clean and spacious for 2 person . all the equipment was completed. location was good for food hunter. the mall is near to the Suites. Overall was good stay. The Staff was too friendly
