- مستوى نظافة الغرف سيئ بصراحه - خدمة تنظيف الغرف غريبه حيث اقمت 3 ليالي وعند تنظيف الغرف لم يتم تغيير غطاء السرير فقط تعديله - سرير الطفل لم يتم تغييره او ترتيبه طوال مدة الاقامه - الارضيه على ماهي عليه من الاوساخ طول مدة الاقامه 3 ليالي - عند تسجيل الخروج طلبت حمل الحقائب من الغرفه وللاسف ما حد تجاوب معي ونزلتهم بنفسي - الأفطار مافيه خيارات كثيره للعرب

First - The location of the hotel was brilliant. Close to city centre. A couple minutes drive to city centre. Second - Their cleaning service was efficient. You left for breakfast at the hotel or somewhere else the minute you back, the room was already clean Third - The staff were really helpful to accomodate your needs

I was not really sure but the room that they put me in, you can literally see cockroaches either small (quite a lot) and big ones as well.

Stayed twice at beginning and end of trip to Malaysia. I was travelling on to somewhere else and was able to leave a suitcase between my 2 stays, which was very helpful and saved me luggage storage fees. First room was a standard room and was a bit small . On second visit I was given an upgrade. Good sized space with separate sitting area and kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Lovely swimming pool - need to ask for towels at reception Good breakfast but a bit limited on western options.

A/c was a bit noisy - needs updating. Abit far out but easy and cheap to get a grab

There is little cockroach in the room The parking provided has too little space to park and move, uncomfortable for suv or mpv

開放感があり、清潔感もある。周りの治安も良さそう。セブンイレブンや多少の食事をとるところもあった。ホーカーやローカルな食事がとれるところが近いとなお良い。スタッフの対応は非常に良かった。 シャワーの水圧やお湯の出も満足でした。

シャワーの排水が悪く、いつもシャワールームの外に流れた。最寄り駅に少し距離があり、Grabを多く使ったが、時間に寄って渋滞が激しくホテルに帰るのに時間がかかった。

Présence d'au moins 6 cafards en l'espace de deux nuits seulement. Hotel à l'allure luxueuse mais absolument pas le cas au vu du petit dejeuner pas très varié et surtout des cafards dans les chambres. On a eu des serviettes sales avec des tâches dessus.

The rooms are spacious, and pretty big. Staff is helpful.

Very unmaintained, and generally old building. HVAC system is busting with dust. The rooms are generally dirty with stains everywhere and the smell of dust and mold. I also saw a baby Cockroach in the room, meaning the hotel is infested with cockroaches.

le petit déjeuner n'est pas fameux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les chambres et salles de bain ne sont jamais nettoyées, seuls les lits sont faits. Il fait très sombre dans les chambres.

Βρισκεται σε κεντρικο σημειο της πολης και τα δωματια ειναι ανετα και μεγαλα!

Good location. Easy to go to KLCC. Room & toilet clean. Worth your money

Location was okay as you could walk to malls and the twin towers

Check-in was very slow. Staff started to check us in and then other guests would ask questions and staff would then start to help them instead. Room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 6) there was one bed for 4 people. Our youngest was just small enough to sleep on a chair. Asked for an additional mattress and was told there would be a daily charge. Had to change rooms as cockroaches appeared from under the bed. Looked under the bed and it was filthy. Took an hour to be moved rooms, checked under the bed and again it was filthy. Gave up complaining. Had to buy cockroach spray as they were found daily in the room. Checked out a day early. This was just our experience

المراتب و اللحاف يحتاج إلى تجديد جداً قديمة

治安が良いところにあって、夜も安心なのは良かった。スタッフも感じがよく、きちんと対応していただいた。

Faceタオルが欲しかった。3日目になったら、歯ブラシが新しくならなかった。繁華街から離れているのでどこに行くにもちょっと遠いのが難点。ホテルで両替はしてもらえないので注意。

الافطار معظمه آسيوي لا يتناسب مع ضيوف دول الخليج الا بعض الوجبات القليلة بعده عن مركز المدينة .. البرجين تعامل الموظفة " عايشه" كان جاف

The room was spacious and great. The facilities were good. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist

It just a little further away from the main malls and shops than expected. We used Grab one o get about which worked fine.

Top floor room was too warm, lift without aircon too warm, i could not prepay my touch and go parking fees for my whole stay, which meant I had to go to reception every day and queue.

The size of the room was decent.

La piscina es estupenda y muy grande. Dispone de otra pequeña ideal para los que viajamos con niños. La habitación es espaciosa y las zonas comunes también.

A pesar de que estaba muy bien, la limpieza de la habitación debería ser mejor, ya que aunque no lo parezca estaba sucio

A good space for a family of 4. The overall room is clean including the toilet. Room AC is very good.

Some parts of the toilet need thorough cleaning especially the wall and the corners. The floor is laminated and needs upgrading, the TV in the room is not working. The blanket we received had so many stains and it's very obvious. There is always no reply from the desk or housekeeping, my daughter has to go down to reception to inform of check out time at 12.30pm. Disappointed.

Place of hotel very nice - quiet place - i appreciate hotel staff they’re fully cooperative with us regardless of their reception or housekeeping, all of them they’re very friendly and supportive staff

Air conditioner not cooling as much as we need. And i booked non-smoking room but sadly the smell of smoking is there. The breakfast style was not that great as mostly they’re repeating the food with little change in the menu.

le manque d’hygiène. pour un 4 étoiles, la plupart des chambres étaient infestées de cafards et de fourmis. par ailleurs, un grand manque de confort à la réception, alors que l’espace est énorme mais vide, uniquement 2 bancs pour lesquels il fallait se battre pour s’asseoir. C’est dommage pour un un si bel hôtel. Pour le dire autrement, la réception manque vraiment d’acceuil, hormis le personnel qui est plutôt sympa dans l’ensemble

The male staff member spoke in a reluctant/unwelcoming manner, and he did not even inform us which floor the room was on. The toilet was wet and full of hair from the previous customer. It felt disgusting to step on the toilet floor. During check-in, the floor was damp and smelly because the employee had just mopped it.

المكان جميل وهادي ممتاز جدا للعوائل انصح بالإقامة في هذا المكان

Easy access, clean environment, polite staff, efficient and good area. Get compensation for parking after complain the comforters.

Receive room 2003 with blood stain at both comforter. Leaking toilet and room chair is torn. Already inform staff to upgrade for next client.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and the staff were kind and attentive.

Just that room service for cleaning didn't come for 2 days but other than that it was all ok...
