We stayed for a full week and had an amazing experience! Novo Ampang was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, AC was cold, WiFi was fast, and everything worked perfectly. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful – very responsive, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Check-in was smooth and easy, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is perfect – very central, close to LRT, malls, food stalls, and convenience stores, easy to get around KL, but the unit itself was quiet and private. Perfect for both short and long stays. Great value for money and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL! Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Eventhough unit was small it was designed to be spacious. It was very clean, house is well equipped . Beds were comfy . Even had a view of the town from the shower . The staffs were super polite and helpful. The digital lock was an additional safety feature. Will definitely come back

Мне очень понравилось это проживание, и я искренне рекомендую его всем, кто останавливается в Куала-Лумпуре. Возможно, в городе можно подобрать и другой район, но если говорить именно об этом районе, то, на мой взгляд, это одно из лучших размещений. Здесь отличная управляющая компания, которая действительно обеспечивает хороший сервис и качество. Апартаменты чистые, хорошее постельное бельё, а коммуникация с управляющей компанией была быстрой, грамотной и приятной. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания в течение длительного времени, а не только нескольких ночей. Единственный минус — за окнами иногда бывает довольно шумно, поскольку рядом проходит главная дорога. Ночью особенно слышны мотоциклисты и автомобили с громкими выхлопами, что может мешать спать. Но если вы не слишком чувствительны к шуму или пользуетесь берушами, то это место точно для вас. Если бы не этот шум, я бы поставил 12 звёзд из 10 возможных. А так ставлю просто 10 из 10. Отличное место, отличные апартаменты и отличная управляющая компания!

The view was beautiful from the flat. Staff were nice and helpful. Aicon is brilliant- very nice cooling. Cafe Bean is very good, serve freshly made beautiful food and drinks.

Le personnel était réactif et a pu répondre à chacune de mes demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L’emplacement : un arrêt de bus situé près de l’hôtel et un mall qui n’est pas très loin. La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec un coin cuisine qui contenait tout ce qu’il fallait.

Le bruit de la route malgré les fenêtres fermées.

Le personnel à notre écoute et réactif. La sécurité du bâtiment. La piscine est incroyable.

L'infrastructure etait super (gym, piscine) les chambres etaient propres, bon emplacement et personnel sympa.

De kamer was heel schoon en mooi. Het uitzicht was prachtig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf.

Klein minpuntje is dat er geen geluidsisolatie is.

One of the best stays in KL. The building must be new, as the unit was spotless and a great value for money. Everything provided was what we needed to feel at home and also on holiday. Comfort was non-negotiable. Would 100% come back for the exact same unit

Prijs/kwaliteit is top, je hebt een gym met prachtig uitzicht. Mooi zwembad. En 10 min met de taxi in het centrum. Tevens heb je om de hoek een leuk pleintje met eettentjes en supermarkten en een winkelcentrum.

Het bed was voor mij aan de korte kant. Maar verder wel een lekker bed.

Läget var bra, poolen på taket var fin och personalen var trevlig.

Vi kunde inte sova eftersom rummet inte var ljudisolerat. På natten kändes det som om vi sov på gatan. Batteriet i dörrlåset tog slut, och vi blev utelåsta från vårt rum mitt i natten i en timme innan vi fick hjälp av säkerhetspersonalen, som till slut släppte in oss på rummet.

The overall experience was wonderful. The staff were responsive and the room was very clean. We liked the room design and the facilities were very good as well.

The only downside was that the AC in the gym was not working properly.

В отеле очень хороший бассейн с красивым видом. Всегда не много людей, очень комфортной отдыхать и плавать.

Очень не удобно оставаться в этом отеле больше чем на несколько дней. Очень узкая двухспальная кровать, с одной стороны нету прикроватной тумбы, непонятно куда складывать вещи. Но есть 6 подушек, непонятно зачем столько. Нету ни одного шкафа. Нету даже полотенца для рук, ног. Выдаётся все лишь одно полотенца на человека. Нету мыла. Крючок для полотенец расположен с противоположной стороны ванной комнаты, это очень неудобно. На крыше возле бассейна есть бар, бармен часто подходил и назывался чтобы мы что-то купили. Очень неудобно было пользоваться системой сканирования карты в лифте, так как не всегда понятно карта сработала или нет.

The bed was very comfy and the room was private and clean

I was slightly annoyed that there was no warning of renovation work in the building, i work at night and sleep in the day so i was woken up a number of times by very loud renovation work. The room also was described as having a seating area so i assumed that meant a sofa or somewhere comfortable to work, that was not the case there is a high chair in the kitchen, its not a suitable place to work for long hours.

Horrible, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit sur le lit nous avons fuit à 3h du matin et aucune personne n’est venu pour nous aider on a dû fuir la nuit seule avec nos valises et trouver un hôtel avec une réception pour nous accueillir (et très mal placé) et à ce jour nous avons toujours pas eu remboursement (nous sommes le 3 septembre et le logement a été pris le 23 juin)

Résidence neuve, propre, ultra sécurisée, bien entretenue, accès à la piscine et au sauna offert avec la chambre. On dispose de 6 acenceurs donc pas d'attente pour accéder aux appartements. Tout était parfait. Je conseille le restau Yahala juste en face qui est vraiment une pépite. Vous allez vous régaler avec une excellente nourriture très bien présentée et un personnel sérieux. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.

Légèrement excentrée mais le centre ville est très facilement accessible. Notamment en bus à moindre coût qui passe chaque 10min avec un arrêt au pied de la résidence. Il suffit de faire sa carte au 7 Eleven juste en face et de la recharger. Cela permet de mieux contempler la ville avec le bus à étage qui passe souvent.

Le fait que les chambres étaient minuscule les équipements rudimentaire et l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui etait vraiment loin de tout. Sur les photos de l'hôtel qui sont sur votre site (Booking) on peut voir des chambres spacieuse un emplacement au centre et des équipements complets, mais la réalité est tout autre une largeur de chambre de 2m environ (c'est beaucoup plus un couloir qu'une chambre) avec une salle de bain entre le coin couchage et le coin cuisine sans porte mais avec uniquement une baie vitrée sans intimité, le. Entre de la ville est a 5 km environ le métro le plus proche est a 2,5 km sans oublier les cafards partout dàs la chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment pas a la hauteur quand on voit l'offre qui existe a kuala lumpur. Pour finir je déconseille vraiment cet établissement.

The apartments were sheek and stylish. Very modern, well equipped, and clean. The late night pool, gym and poolside bar were lovely at the end of a long day. We were so disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. Security outside 24 hours made the property feel very safe and the downstairs cafe was a real treat. The staff were also brilliant is helping forward on some forgotten belongings. Excellent communication, incredibly helpful and the property even split the bill with me for the postage. Such good service. Can't recommened enough.

Location appears less central as it's quiet in the surrounding area. But actually very easily accessible by Grab.

I have stayed at this location 8 times every time is a great experience. I will stay another 8 times in a heartbeat.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt wirklich sehr schön und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, der schöne Pool, das gut ausgestattete Gym und das freundliche Personal. Auch die Security ist sehr präsent, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher fühlt.

Ein paar Punkte sollte man allerdings wissen: Unser Zimmer hatte ungefähr 35 m², was sich trotzdem relativ klein angefühlt hat. Vor allem rund um das Bett ist der Platz sehr begrenzt, sodass man nur recht eng auf die andere Seite kommt. Außerdem gab es leider nur zwei Handtücher – jeweils eines pro Person zum Duschen. Zusätzliche Handtücher für die Hände oder Ähnliches waren nicht vorhanden. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir waren im 17. Stock und konnten trotzdem deutlich den Lärm von der Straße hören. Auch Lärm aus dem Flur waren im Zimmer gut wahrnehmbar.

Everything was clean, quite modern, staff very friendly, only about 15-20 minutes away to pavilion shopping mall.

Chambre très grande, très confortable, bien équipée, propre. Piscine sur le rooftop agréable. Pour le petit déjeuner, un Coffee Bean et un Starbucks se trouvent en bas de l’immeuble, c’est très pratique.

- Un peu loin des centres d’intérêts de la ville, il faut prendre les transports en commun ou un taxi. - Je n’ai pas pu rentrer dans l’hôtel le premier jour, j’ai dû attendre qu’un client me fasse rentrer car le personnel de l’hôtel ne m’avait pas envoyé le code au préalable - le temps d’attente pour prendre l’ascenseur est un peu long

J’ai bien aimé le confort de l’établissement, c’était très confortable et les équipements dans la chambre étaient bien et moderne. Tout fonctionnait à part le AirPlay.

Premièrement, je n’ai pas aimé le fait que le service Landry était indisponible alors que il était écrit qui était disponible sur la page de l’hôtel. Du coup ça c’est un très mauvais point. De plus, l’hôtel vous harcèle si je peux dire de messages via WhatsApp pour tout une n’importe quoi. Je n’ai pas aimer aussi le manque de serviette de douche alors que je suis même parti demander aux personnel et ils m’en ont jamais ramené même si qu’ils disent exprès qu’ils vont en ramener une, mais en fait c’est juste des mensonges.

Alles. Der Pool, die Sauna, das Gym alles mit Aussicht. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt als Alleinreisende Frau. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Umgebung und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

J'ai trouvé des cafards dans la cuisine, isolation sonore zero, impossible de dormir

Super schönes Zimmer und eine klasse Anlage mit schönem Pool, kleinem Fitnessrau. Und Sauna. Überall war es sauber und das Personal freundlich. Auch unseren Kids (6 Jahre) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Gerade wegen des Pools.

Einziges Manko ist die Lage. Man braucht 10 - 20 Minuten zu den beliebten Spots, was an sich voll in Ordnung ist. Über Bolt oder Grab ist es auch bequem und nicht teuer. Da das Hotel aber an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt kann es gerade in der Rush Hour zu überschaubaren Verzögerung kommen. Das sollte man einfach mit einplanen.

Superbly comfortable apartment with more amenities than expected

Small issue with entry as security guard was unaware of late arrival despite hotel being notified but all good in the end

Too far from train station and there were no complimentary water bottles or tea bags etc and traffic noise was too much at night

Amazing value with exceptional facilities. The price was extremely affordable for a week and exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and modern and felt cosy. The facilities such as the gym and pool was very well equipped with fantastic views included with the already good price. The staff was very helpful and was always available whenever assistance was needed just via a WhatsApp message. Overall I am very happy with my stay and look to book again when I am in KL again and would definitely recommend it.

We did not have hot water in the last 2 days of the stay. I guess because there were some work done next to us? Also very noisy at night :( the place is great but placed next to a carwash where we figured they must organise some sort of car racings around 2 am

Nous avons passé un super séjour, chambre magnifique, propre avec une très belle vue, piscine magnifique, personnel à l’écoute. Nous avons eu la possibilité de pouvoir laisser nos bagages afin de pouvoir aller plus léger aux îles perenthian. De plus l’hôtel est à proximité de plusieurs restaurants très sympathique. Je recommande à 100%

There was a hair stuck in the bottom of the duvet, which felt really unpleasant but we couldn’t take it out without having to remove the whole duvet from the duvet cover. The bathroom wall had white stains all over.

The bedroom and Jag!

The room/apartment is fantastic. Really modern, perfectly clean, great facilities, decent wifi. Also the rooftop infinity pool + decent gym were absolute highlights. *note the rooftop bar was permanently closed when I visited in Jun-26. Staff were really helpful. The cafe and restaurant next door were great and also the mall nearby was great (and has a supermarket on the B1 floor)
