Spacious, good location and facilities. It says it can accommodate 4 people, ok for a couple with two small children, but 4 adults, no way! I reported a broken tumble drier, light fitting and missing tea towels, and got a same day response, which was good. Drier could not be fixed immediately, though.

The tumble drier did not work and the aircon was functional but poor. The property is entirely managed by an AI bot! We asked it for an extra key and towels etc. so our daughter and husband could stay with us for 4 nights. These were not provided so just as well the couple had decided to stay in a nearby hotel. Check in is all automated via a key dispenser activated using a code they give you via a link on their client portal from 16:00 on arrival day. It did not work at that time, however. Luckily a lady was still in the office where the key safe is reprogrammed it for me. Why this was necessary I don’t know!

Many things! Including the sauna, washer/dryer, and sun porch.

It would have been nice to have written instructions for the sauna (including switches), the washer and dryer. We don’t have condensation dryers in the US, for example, so took a few minutes to figure out we needed to empty it. Also, the fridge was not on and the freezer door doesn’t close well. Exit instructions would be great too. We discovered that going to the bottom and then pushing a button on a door took us into the mall, which is nice, but we were unsure what to do when we got to that level. A resident helped us out. The toilet base is somewhat loose too.

Ruokailuvälineitä puuttui, minkäänlaista keittiörättiä ei ollut, joten pöytiä piti pyyhkiä talouspaperilla, mitä myöskään ei ollut. Myös käsipyyhkeet puuttuivat. Rätin ostin itse, muut asiat toimitettiin seuraavana päivänä.

Asunnon löytäminen oli haasteellista, mutta se saattoi johtua siitä että tein varauksen samana päivänä, joten en ehtinyt saada tarkkoja tietoja.

Sievä ja siisti asunto. Rauhallinen talo erinomaisella paikalla. Erityismaininta saunasta, jossa oli ihanat löylyt. Ratikkapysäkki ja metroasema vieressä ja rautatieasemalle vain 10 minuutin kävely. Lähellä Oodi, Kiasma, Ateneum, Ham. Kauppoja, kahviloita ja ravintoloita runsain mitoin ihan vieressä.

Avaimenhaussa tuli vähän ruuhkaa. Ilmeisesti automaatti ei antanutkaan avainta, jos ei ollut tehnyt erikseen pyydettyä omaa tiliä 2nd homesille. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta esim. sohva ja natiseva sänky vähän kulahtaneet. Kylpypyyhkeet oli, mutta käsipyyhkeitä ei. Astiat perus-Ikeaa ja aterimia tyyliin kolme lusikkaa, 8 veistä. Leikkuulautaa emme löytäneet. Kahvinkeitin kulahtanut ja sen tippalukko toimi ja ei toiminut.

Astianpesukoneen vedentulo hanan asennosta,kuten myös käytöstä voisi laittaa tietoa. Saunan päälle kytkentä namiskat voisi informoida paremmin kun en niitä tahtonut löytää hankalasta sijainnista johtuen.

Location, location, location. Comfort, cleanliness

Disappointed that a few basic inexpensive items were not provided, e.g. additional refuse sacks, kitchen towels, a small amount of tea, coffee and sugar. Directions to the apartment were not completely clear. Very easily confuse with Fredrikinkatu 63 A. Please take note of the fact that there are several entrances to the Metro station and the Kamppi Shopping Centre

Küche verschmutzt. Unterm Bett Kondome, Duty free Tüte, Handtuch und Staub gefunden :-( Bett durchgelegen, Sofa durchgesessen und verschmutzt/ beschädigt Saunaofen nicht für den kleinen Raum geeignet. Er muss im Knien nahe am Fussboden bedient werden. Ist für ältere Personen schwer durchführbar... Daher sehr unkomfortabel, hätte man einen anderen Ofen montieren sollen mit Bedienelementen an der Seite.

Not being able to contact management, and when able to contact very poor comunication. AC system not working, Only 2 pillows supplied, bed uncomfortable, Requested and was happy to pay early checkin, no response from management. Key pick up was not easy.

The weather was very hot and I was looking for an apartment with air conditioning. The ad said air conditioning was available, but it wasn't working and our family slept very badly because it was very hot in the apartment.

4pm check in was super late. Bought early checkin but it wasnt approved. Didnt know i need approval. I think they need to change 4pm checkin time. If i paid attention to 4pm i wouldnt book this place

Property needs a few simple repairs

The place was better than we expected. It's a whole flat really with everything you could want. It has a sauna (but we didn't use it) and a large balcony, but it was a little cold for that. We never realized that the building was on top of a multistory shopping complex which was great. Plus we had the choice of a number of large supermarkets with 100m of the place. Reasonably close to the train station as well.

Did have to find the breaker box because the circuit to the bedroom had tripped which meant there was no power there. Plus the TV was weird where it had no picture, but a reboot fixed that. We didn't find the manual explaining how things worked until the final night, that could be placed in a promonent position and not in the desk drawer.

Amazing location - right above the Kamppi Metro Station making it extremely accessible. The balcony and the in-house sauna was the highlight of the stay. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. The house was generally clean and comfortable. The property was just like in the pictures.

Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The check in process is cumbersome - need to pick up the keys from a different location and then get to the house. It was pouring cats and dogs that day and it was painful to move around with our bags. The keys didn't work very easily either in the apartment.

Very central location right above the bus station and shopping mall. The apartment was bright and spacious with a huge balcony as well as a sauna. The amenities were good.

Small details should be fixed to upgrade the apartment: - wash/get a new carpet in the foyer - fix the hanging cabinet door in bathroom - some drawer handles were broken and had been replaced with completely different handles - wash the oven trays and oven - fix electricity in bedroom Please hang the cute photo of old bus station that sits in the storage room.

Location was amazing- great access to train, downtown, port. Large Balcony and sauna a bonus.

Location was perfect!

Fridge was broken and nobody answered to me when I send message about this. Also we bought toilet paper because no one didn’t answer when I tried to call some more. The sheets were really old and in poor condition.

The following is a list of problems I encountered during my stay:- 1) No Soap or Shower Gel - Only shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; no shower gel or soap to take shower. 2) Only 1 toilet paper roll was provided when we had made the reservation for four days and three nights for two people. We had to go and buy our Toilet paper. 3) No bathmats, no hand towels, and no bath towels – No towels at all in whole apartment. We had to go to the supermarket and buy a towel. 4) The pillows and bed linens smelled, had wrinkles, and appeared to have been used. They were also not clean or fresh. Beneath the blanket was used, soiled cotton – WHICH WAS BIG HYGINE CONCERN. 5) The floor and cabinet in the living room were covered in dust. 6) The bedroom had only shades/Blinds instead of curtains, which are hardly worth anything. There is light and noise all day & night long, making it difficult to sleep. A calm evening turned into an extremely tense one. 7) Of the five electrical outlets in the bedroom, none were operational. 8) Unclean kitchen utensils 9) The biggest of all is that the sauna is broken and unclean. That was the apartment's standout feature, and it's amazing how much was spent for something that doesn't function. Above all, neither the personnel nor the team responded appropriately. The air-conditioner did not work and I had no reply to my email when I reported this. The key collection was at a different location and this was to hard after a day travelling.

It was a really good location and safe. There were alot of things to do around the accomodation.

The surroundings in the Center is perfect. Clean and cozy.

It was difficult to get the key out of the keybox. The Code was not correct because the staff did not activate it in time. Very difficult to contact staff from the organisation Center. We had to wait in the freezing nearly an hour to contact the staff to get the Code activated to get out the key from the Box. Because of that time loss we did loose our reservation for the restaurant that evening. Very difficult to contact the staff from the hosting Service company

Everything was great! Lactation, facilities, and communication with the host. I will be back here when I come to Helsinki again.

Professional deceivers and swindlers. Upon request, a day before, what instructions would there be for obtaining keys and access, they sent a message, wait, you will receive information. When I arrived at the ordered time, there was no information for 15-16 hours. Late in the evening, when things had already begun, a notification arrived - go to the office again and try. Let's go. Again it was impossible to get to the office.. To all messages, call, answer messages on the phone - complete silence. Scammers. It’s strange that Booking is involved in this matter. I had to book another hotel. It's surprising that booking is involved in this scam. Perhaps I chose a scam site?

All. They promised to send messages within 24 hours. They sent it an hour later than I arrived. The messages are sent so that I would not be able to use them.

The apartment and reception desk were located in different buildings, within 5 min. walk. The SMS with up-to-date information was sent 1 day before arrival. The apartment was clear and comfortable with the location in the city center. The sauna worked properly and was included in the reservation price.

Really nice space, close to a bus station. Incredibly nice appartment with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening!

In the begginning we were a bit confused looking for a right door, but if you attentively check all instructions you will find the appartment.

The entire apartment reeked heavily of parfume when we arrived Others have mentioned this too, the furniture were covered in stains No black out curtains so even in winter when it's dark at night the lights of the city were a bit disturbing The bedroom had a glass block wall facing the kitchen so we had to keep the lights dim after our child went to sleep

The sofa was and is dirty and needs steam cleaning. Lightbulb over dining table incorrect bulb which had blown. Heating to Balcony lacks instruction and is inadequate.. poor address details very poor compared to the last apartment rented. This apartment had no loving atmosphere no feeling to it. Very disappointing for Kamppi. Needs proper curtains in bedroom neon lights all night are sleep depriving.

Some things didn't work in the apartment

The location and the sauna! The apartment is close to everything in the center of Helsinki! We love to be there and it was so good to have our own sauna to enjoy!

A few things to improve! When you pick up the keys they make you sign a document with a deposit of 200 euros in case of any damage but they do not give you a report of the small damages that the apartment already has. There are no clear specifications on how to use the washer or dryer machine so you are afraid of causing some damage! I wrote messages asking various questions, they helped us but they took a long time to answer! We found the dishwasher full and it wasn't very clean. Despite these little things, we would love to stay there again because the new apartment is very nice and comfortable!
