Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location was excellent, the property was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how kind and understanding the staff were. My check-out time was supposed to be 11:00 AM, but I had overlooked it. When they came to remind me, I politely asked if I could check out at 1:00 PM, and they kindly agreed. They handled the situation in such a friendly and welcoming way, which I really appreciated.
Everything was generally good. I just wish the room had a little more space, but overall I had a pleasant stay.

Er waren twee liften waarvan ze elke keer vol zaten. Wij hebben 30 minuten gewacht tot wij vanaf de 17e verdieping eindelijk een keer naar beneden konden, waardoor wij bijna onze trein miste. Verder is er 2x heel hard een alarm afgegaan waardoor wij wakker zijn geworden om 07:00 in de ochtend en niet wisten wat er gebeurde, want het was Koreaans. Dit alarm ging dan echt 10 minuten lang en hard af. Dit vonden wij echt slecht.

Lifts were really slow and waiting time for it was very long . We arrived very early from Mumbai after travelling almost 24 hrs with connection flights was disappointed because we couldn’t get the room earlier, although we agreed to pay for extra hours. Booking.com wasn’t helpful here nor the owner. That was disappointing

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Great location on top of subway lines going north/south and east/west through central seoul. Pretty much every tourist landmark requires no more than a single transfer on the subway. Full kitchen facilities for such great value within central seoul, great for people like myself with dietary restrictions limiting my options of eating out.
Lifts are a minor inconvenience, but just plan in mind it can take an extra couple of mins to get up/down. Peeling paint down the side of the beds, but wasnt visible and didnt impact us at all.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Location is perfect with access directly from subway. The room was spacious for 4 people lots of storage and hanging space and room for luggage. Windows can open which is nice, the AC was great during the heatwave. The washer/dryer combo was a blessing. Clothes airer and steam were available on request. Daily towel change and rubbish collection was a nice bonus especially as there is no towel hanging in the room. The level we were on had a small balcony option in common area. Luggage storage was great.
The elevators! Whilst other reviews have mentioned it and the hotel has warnings about the peak hour it was horrendous! tried to take an elevator down at 830am after 40mins waiting we didnt have luggage so ended up using stairs for 19 floors,it was a weekend. if you have plans or checking out with luggage be prepared to factor in an hour for the elevators. Towel hanging, there is none! We had to resort to daily towle changes because of this.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Localização conveniente caso você tenha muitos planos em Myeongdong ou uso do metrô/ônibus para várias partes da cidade. O quarto tem tamanho adequado para 2 pessoas, não é possível deixar as malas abertas todo o tempo, mas tem bastante espaço para guardar os pertences. A cama é espaçosa, mas senti falta de um cobertor mais fino devido ao calor. Utensílios de cozinha suficientes para refeições simples no quarto. Maquina de lavar e secar muito conveniente para estadias mais longas e tranquilidade de não ter que ficar esperando a roupa lavar fora do quarto.
O café da manhã é triste, poucas opções e as que tem não são apetitosas, preferimos comer fora. Mas tem arroz, ovo mexido, banana, café de cafeteira. Os elevadores são um problema real, mesmo tendo 3 opções devido ao alto número de hóspedes alguns horários se tornam muito difíceis, principalmente entre as 9h-12h. Como ficamos no 5º andar ainda dava para descer de escada, mas cansativo, qualquer andar mais alto e vai ter que esperar para descer. Senti falta de panfletos com explicações dentro do quarto. Tive que descobrir sozinha como usar a maquina de lavar sozinha buscando na internet, e não consegui entender direito o ar condicionado. Falta de orientação sobre manejo do lixo, principalmente do banheiro caso você opte por não receber a limpeza diária. Luz fraca no banheiro e falta de espelho para o corpo todo. Falta de tomada na cama de solteiro que fica na parte da sacada. Apesar de ser conectado a estação de metrô, ela é bem grande, então para algumas conexões acabamos preferindo ir a pé por ser mais fácil (por exemplo myeongdong e euljiro)

Pour le prix , la chambre trop petite, il n’y a pas un grand miroir pour pouvoir se voir complètement. Et lorsque vous voulez aller au toilette il faut appuyer sur le bouton qui allume toute les lumières, pas pratique si la 2ieme personne est entrain de dormir. Il y’a toujours à n’importe quel heure beaucoup de temps d’attente pour prendre l’ascenseur

Reviewed May 5, 2026明洞、江南、東大門などいろいろな場所に行きやすく、部屋も洗濯機、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫もあって家庭用の大きいもの）、電子レンジ、ポットなど全て揃っていて快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水圧も日本と同じで、すぐに温水になりました。忠武路駅5番出口からホテルのB1階に直結しているのも最高でした。

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026ทำเลดีมาก มีทางเชื่อมจากสถานีรถไฟ chungmuro เลย / สามารถเดินไป-กลับจากเมียงดงได้ / หมู่บ้านโบราณก็อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้าม แค่ข้ามถนนไป ก็สามารถเข้าชมได้ สะดวกมาก ๆ ตรงชั้นใต้ดิน จะมีร้านกาแฟ และร้านอาหารให้เลือกทานได้หลายเมนู ในช่วง business hour / ชั้น B1 จะมีที่รับฝากกระเป๋า และติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ทั้งครัว เครื่องซักผ้า และน้ำยาซักผ้าพร้อมสรรพ / สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างได้ วิวด้านนอกจะเป็นวิวถนน ทำให้ไม่อึดอัดค่ะ

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό για τρία άτομα. Όσες φορές ζητήσαμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο , το δωμάτιο δεν καθαριζοταν καλά.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Appartement très bien placé. Au pied d'une station de métro des lignes 3 et 4. Un Starbucks et un GS25 en bas de l'immeuble. Appartement propre et calme. Vue dégagée sur la Namsan tower. Check-in et check-off sans contact : très bien et pratique.
Appartement réservé pour 3 personnes mais équipements présents seulement pour 2 personnes (chaises, couverts). Les différentes demandes au personnel n'ont pas toujours été prises en compte (demande d'une chaise supplémentaire refusée). Quelques ratés concernant le nettoyage de la chambre (oubli de passer, seulement 2 serviettes de bain alors que nous sommes 3, et papiers toilette pas systématiquement fournis).

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026駅から直結の利便性(明洞にも歩ける範囲)とチェックインチェックアウトせずに、そのままホテルの部屋に入れるところ、内装も綺麗でした。
1515に宿泊したのですが、シャワーのお湯が本当に出なかったです。(水は普通に出るのですが、お湯にすると、神社の手を洗う所の水量…)これがホテル全体の仕様なのかフロントがないためその場で見てもらう等できずに我慢しました。あとはキッチン下のシンクの臭いが下水臭だったので開けないように気をつけました。

入住十天洗衣機像是軸心壞了一樣左右晃動力道之大會一直與櫥櫃撞擊無法使用，電熱水瓶裡面還發霉也不敢用，淋浴間排水堵塞洗澡頭還沒洗好就淹水了，靠窗的床墊也軟到會左右晃動無法睡個好覺。

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026The view to the city centre is fascinating, even from the bed directly! The bed, pillows and matrasses were the most comfortable ones ever experienced! The room is extremely modern and practical, just as Seoul and Korea itself. The location is king! It is just in the middle of the night life, where the streets are full with local (!) people.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026space is bigger than others. Lift abit slow.
But need to clean all the garbage by our self. No staff all self check in, like Airbnb. Sound proof from the window is not so good. Toilet too small can add some hook at the toilet. The bed is too hard after sleep 1 day back pain.
