This is my favorite Airbnb among all the places I’ve stayed in the city—definitely great value for money. My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights and even wanted to extend, but unfortunately it was already booked. We really loved having two separate beds—it made our stay much more comfortable. The unit is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Plus, the view from the window is amazing, especially since it faces Ayala Avenue. Honestly, we enjoyed the room so much that we spent most of our time just staying in—it was that comfortable and relaxing.

The toilet counter and door jamb just needs a bit of clean-up since it's starting to get moldy.

Odd smell from bathroom and kitchen cupboard. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was there. Air circulation in bathroom not optimal Long wait for elevators

Het gebouw waar het appartement zich in bevindt is in orde. De lounge, zwembad en dakterras zijn heel aangenaam en proper.

Het appartement zelf was niet proper. Er was duidelijke schimmel in de badkamer en er hing een schimmelgeur. De lakens waren ook niet proper. Het inchecken verliep ook moeizaam aan de receptie doordat de eigenaar niet de juiste informatie had doorgegeven.

I can’t cook because it’s not working, the faucet handle at the bathroom was broken and the sink hole/drain doesn’t have cover.

Great host! Very helpful and kind. He let us checked in early. FANTASTIC apartment in a great location with all kinds of restaurants and amenities on-site including SM supermarket and a pharmacy too. The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen for dining in and there’s a proper coffee machine plus flip flops and slippers :) The security and concierge are fabulous. Gotta say we felt at home in One Residences

Found the bathroom a bit tight but I guess, they took advantage to provide more space for the 2 double beds.

The location is good , they have a small shopping mall with some restaurants and supermarkets.

When the first day we check in the apartment, the bed sheets and pillows wasn’t changed, I still saw the dirty spot on the pillows case , and the bed sheets had bad smell, the bath towel have yellow things on it , very disgusting, I can’t sleep on that night, and I call the owner to come and change everything on the next day.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. To start, there’s a cat café right across the building, which my daughter really enjoyed. The location is very convenient—there’s a grocery store right below the building, along with numerous restaurants, ATMs, and a laundry place. It's also located next to a fire station and close to hospitals and major malls in Makati, making it very accessible. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the beds are very comfortable. They even provided an extra mattress, and the space can comfortably accommodate up to six people. We all slept well. I didn’t see any cockroaches during our stay. Getting around was very easy since the place is in the heart of Makati, and it's close to both BGC and MOA. I especially loved the street view of Makati from our room, particularly at night. The pool place was excellent and Instagram-worthy. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again.

Reception staff is so strict. They did not allow my bridesmaids to go up for us to have a pictorial even for just 10mins.

The host sir James, is so helpful and very accommodating. The room is Exactly we need, since we are group of 4..unit is superb clean! Complete Kitchen & dining utensils..makes us to cook everyday, coffeemaker available. Fast wifi, comfortable bed, bathroom is fine. Lots of mirrors! No worries about food or groceries, Air mall is in the vicinity. Easy taxi/grab access. Friendly staff!

It’s near binondo, bgc, MOA, ayala. The facility is exceptional. It’s very safe, staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is surrounded by food shop, grocery shop, cafes. It’s also a high rise condo, where you can enjoy the city lights at night.

There is no exhaust fan in the CR.

We were very disappointed. The smell of the napthalene balls were too strong and there were also some cockroaches. We ended up booking another place because it's very uncomfortable to stay here. You could have made sure that the place is clean and no strong smell of napthalene balls before accepting reservations/bookings for a comfortable and safe stay of your guests.

The location is very accessible to malls, restaurants, etc. The room was perfect for our family vacation and had a comfortable stay.

Just a couple of things. The toilet smells & theres mini cockroaches in the kitchen area. & no toilet paper is provided. But overall, it's okay.

We stayed 5 nights on the 20th floor of this beautiful building "SMDC Air Residence Makati". Miss Maria Hazel was very available via Whatsapp. Our discussions made it possible to have an excellent stay in this apartment. We feel safe there, there are many security guards, who are friendly and smiling when we greet them. The room is as in the photos, and very well equipped. It is beautifully decorated, very elegant and cosy. There are 2 large beds with mirrors, the mattress is firm and comfortable, a large wardrobe, an iron, a very hot shower, the equipped kitchen, there is an extra mattress to put on the floor if necessary. The door works with a code. The air-co system is excellent, it is also possible to open the window. The room overlooks Abenida Ayala Street. We had a view on the sunrise, it’s magnificent. We celebrated the New Year, and were able to admire the fireworks from our room. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, and the TV screen is gigantic. We took the opportunity to watch Netflix & YouTube. On site, you will find numerous restaurants & supermarkets (7-Eleven & Save More) on the ground floor, a laundry service on G-1, a relaxation area with a pool table on the 7th floor & a swimming pool with plenty of games on the 8th floor. It’s ₱150 per person who wants to swim there. There are fast food restaurants nearby. We are 15 minutes walk from Ayala Mall Circuit & 25 minutes walk from Greenbelt, Glorietta & SM Makati shopping centers. Note: Our Grab Taxi had difficulty finding the lobby. So, we had to walk with our suitcases. The lobby is, in fact, between Yakal Street & Malugay Street behind Makati Fire Station.

Only downside was the sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. So, we bought an air freshener and also covered the hole of this sink with an extra sponge.

The location near to embassies, the huge pool, professional staff, shops literally around the corner, helpful owner.

If I had to nitpick, I didn't like the TV.
