The location is amazing right on the beach, walking distance to the restaurants.

One small thing is that you need to take the sunbeds out every day, but it is totally worth it. The beachfront is out of this world.

I loved everything! The location, the house and how beautiful it was decorated, the best beach in Seychelles, the sunrise and sunset. The very delish restaurants neat the hotel.

That I did not stay longer. I hope to come back as soon as possible.

Fantastic location

The property is right in the beach 10-15 steps from the water. It is absolutely vacation all about it. The atmosphere is amazing. Location is perfect. Catherine is extremely nice and full of info about the island. We got excellent tips where to go, hike and what we should know. She gave us a great welcome and the staff is wonderful.

I liked it all. It is not extra luxurious but that is part of the magic. One needs to surrender to the vacation ambience.

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum!!! Nicht nur die Lage sondern auch die Herzlichkeit, mit welcher man hier empfangen wird, macht es zu einem wahren Paradies!

La posizione della casa è stupenda… direttamente sulla bella spiaggia di Beau Vallon dove ti puoi godere il mare e dei bellissimi tramonti. La casa è davvero molto accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Possibilità di far preparare direttamente nella cucina della propria casa la colazione a base di frutta esotica e pancake davvero squisiti e gustarla nella bellissima terrazza sulla spiaggia. È stata una chicca che ha reso la vacanza davvero speciale. Molto gentile e disponibile Catherine la proprietaria per consigliarci luoghi da vedere sull’isola, riservarci ristoranti nella zona davvero ottimi e aiutarci per il trasporto all’aeroporto. Nella vicinanza ci sono ristoranti, take-away, bancarelle e negozietti. Consiglio sicuramente Clef des Îles!!

La vue, les petits dejeuners et l accueil de Catherine nous ont permis de passer un séjour exceptionnel sur la plage de Beau Vallon.

The BEST location, beach on the doorstep, literally, and see a few metres away. Met many people on the beach and local bar, all wished they had stayed here!

Appartamento duplex con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di beau vallon. Ci è piaciuto tutto, l’appartamento, la spiaggia, i tramonti. Ti svegli e ti butti in mare. Pazzesco, posto spettacolare. Super consigliato. Catherine è stata molto gentile ad aiutarci con tutto ciò che necessitavamo (raccomandazioni di ristoranti, atm, parcheggio, cosa da visitare sull’isola). Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la frutta fornita per colazione e la pulizia giornaliera dell’appartamento.

L’appartamento e annessa spiaggia di beau vallon ci ha dato un esperienza così bella e ci sentivamo così bene che abbiamo passato più tempo a goderci l’appartamento piuttosto che visitare l’isola :)

Es ist die perfekte Unterkunft wenn man das Meer liebt. Ja man hört das Meer rauschen aber das ist ja klar wenn man sooo nahe am Wasser wohnt. Wir empfanden es absolut nicht störend sondern beruhigend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jeden Morgen wird man mit frischen Obst und Saft versorgt

Die Lage ist einzigartig, direkt am Strand. Sowohl im Schlafzimmer im 1.Stock als auch in Küche/ Esszimmer im EG blickt man auf das ruhige Wasser. Strand ist sandig, zum Schwimmen super, flach abfallend. 6l Wasser pro Tag und Pamelosaft sowie etwas Obst dind inklusive. Wir haben fie 3 Tage als Ausklang sehr genossen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Laufnähe.

Unglaubliche Lage wirklich IM Sand des schönen Strandes, nah aber doch hinreichend Abstand zum Hauptstrand. Man kann also zwischen Ruhe und liebenswertem Trubel wählen!

Everything! A sublime location right on the sand. Catherine is a wonderful host.

It can get a bit lively over weekends with loud music from the surrounding restaurants late into the night. But it didn't really bother us, was part of the island vibe.

Everything was great, house is directly on the beach amazing views every day. We got fresh fruits and juice each morning that was very nice. Mrs. Catherine was very nice, everything was clean. Definitley would recommend to everyone! Close to beach markets, amazing place to stay for a relaxing holiday!

Très belle guest house face à la mer. Tout était parfait : le bungalow est confortable et bien aménagé, la plage Beau Vallon très sympa juste en face, et le ménage est fait tous les jours ! Nous avons un très beau souvenir de nos 4 nuits là-bas.

Attention, le bar Shark Beach met la musique un peu fort certains soirs. Après, rien de dramatique car ça ferme à 23h donc on dort très bien au son des vagues.

Die direkte Strandlage und das offene Erdgeschoss schaffen eine wunderbare Verbindung zum Meer, während die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock den nötigen Komfort bieten. ​Besonders hervorzuheben ist die private Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, das frisch in der eigenen Küche zubereitet wird. Die Mischung aus geschmackvoller Einrichtung, herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und der praktischen Nähe zu lokalen Restaurants und Takeaways macht die Unterkunft zu einer erstklassigen Wahl für einen authentischen Aufenthalt auf den Seychellen.

La maison sur la plage... Incroyable C'est beau !! Et quelle gentillesse de la part de Marquise. Que de délicates attentions envers des clients. Nous avons même eu droit à des jus de fruits frais et des fruits chaque matin (même sans prendre le petit déjeuner). Bref, parfait !!! Incroyable même

Lage, Lage, Lage… 🤩 Natürlich ist Beau Vallon der touristischste Strand von Mahé, aber auch einer der wenigen, an dem man ohne Badeschuhe feinsandig in den indischen Ozean laufen kann. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Takeaways und der urige Store von Mike für Selbstversorger und alles, was man braucht. Catherine ist charmant, hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps! Morgens gab es immer eine Obstschale und frischen Juice, auch ohne Frühstücksbuchung. Entgegen der Angaben in Booking sind Bettwäsche, Hand- und Strandtücher mit drin, die Housekeeper spülen sogar das Geschirr und räumen alles wieder auf. Diekter Beachzugang, auf der Veranda sind Liegestühle und Strandtücher. Der Ausblick vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers im Obergeschoss ist grandios, wir haben allabendlich beobachtet, wie die Krebs sich wieder raustrauen und ihren Strand zurück erobern. Fazit: wir kommen wieder!

Het uitzicht en de ligging aan het strand. Het verse fruit, limejuice en het water wat elke dag gebracht werd. Zeer vriendelijke hosts Catherine en Stefane.

De verlichting binnen. Het feit dat voor een appartement van max. 4 personen er slechts 2 strandbedden per duplex beschikbaar waren. Dat de ligbedden elke dag naar binnen moesten worden gebracht tegen eventuele diefstal, vanwege het onhandige gewicht met het trapje, het zand wat daardoor binnen in huis kwam en dat het niet gezellig staat als er ligbedden in huis staan. Het zou beter zijn als er buiten een voorzining zou komen waar de ligbedden met een ketting./slot veilig aan vast gemaakt zouden kunnen woren tijdens de nacht. Er is overigens in de nacht ook een eigen veiligheidsbewaker bij het gebouw. P.s. the optional scores above doesn't work, we can not give any scores (below for the bach the same!).

Man muss hier gewohnt haben, um zu verstehen wie wunderschön und besonders es hier ist! Beste Lage direkt am Strand mit den Füßen im Sand. Wunderbare Einrichtung, ein leckeres Frühstück wurde uns jeden Morgen direkt auf der Veranda zubereitet. Bars und take aways ringsherum.

Beach front 2 floors rooms with super confortable beds. You can sleep hearing the ocean. Super sweet host Catherine, very helpful in everything you might need. She also provided us a local phone sim to facilitate communication with local tour operators. The place is very well located, in the north west very closed to a promenade area with restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, several car rental and supermarkets (one very closed 2-3 minutes walk), tour operators. The location allowed us to save some money on taxi as no extra costs for the tours we had; pickup was easy/included. For fishing lovers it a perfect spot for you. You can just go fishing from your door👌 You can buy fresh fruits and fish a few meters from the place. We couldn't ask for more in this vacation ❤️

Die Lage im Ort und direkt am Strand ist perfekt.

Wetterbedingt war das Meer sehr laut in allen Zimmern zu hören. Samstagnacht war auch sehr laute Musik bis in den frühen Morgen zu hören.

This place is amazing, located on the beachfront with access to beautiful beach. Lots of cafes, takeaways, shops, water activities nearby. Huge thanks to Catherine and Marquise for welcoming us and help us getting around, we felt like visiting a good friend and huge thanks to the team for taking care of us daily. The place is well equipped with everything you might need. And the views are breathtaking, I can’t count how many times we said ‘wow’ during our stay. The wi-fi works great, I had a video call without any issues. It’s an amazing place and we’re looking forward to visit again.

The location is outstanding! Right on the beach with your own steps down into the sand. Light and contemporary interior with everything you need including your own sun loungers. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the area.

Everything was amazing apart from some loud noise night time by cars driving by on the road at the back of the house playing super loud music.

Der Ausblick aus der Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft – genau deshalb hatten wir uns auch für die Buchung entschieden. Den ganzen Tag über das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören, war einfach wunderbar und hat sehr zur Erholung beigetragen. Besonders schön war auch, dass es jeden Morgen frisches Obst und Saft gab – beides sehr lecker und ein toller Start in den Tag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zudem bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Catherine war eine super nette und äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wofür wir wirklich sehr dankbar waren.

Leider steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Unterkunft in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig – es wurde lediglich mit einem Besen gekehrt, aber weder der Boden noch Oberflächen wie der Tisch wurden gewischt. Dadurch hatten wir auch mit vielen Ameisen in der Wohnung zu kämpfen. Die Lage direkt an einem stark frequentierten Strand hat Vor- und Nachteile: Einerseits ist man mitten im Geschehen, andererseits hat man kaum Privatsphäre, da sich ständig fremde Menschen direkt vor der Terrasse aufhalten. Zudem befindet sich eine Tauchstation nebenan, sodass sich zweimal täglich größere Ausflugsgruppen unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft sammeln. Am Wochenende war der Strand sehr überlaufen, unter der Woche hat sich der Andrang jedoch gut verteilt. Insgesamt hängt der Eindruck wohl stark von den persönlichen Vorlieben ab: Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, sollte eher eine abgelegenere Unterkunft wählen. Wer das lebhafte Strandleben und viele Begegnungen mag, wird hier sicher zufriedener sein.

Unfassbar tolle Lokation. Man wohnt wirklich auf dem Strand und man ist in 20 Meter im Wasser. Morgens aufstehen mit dem Blick auf den Ozean und jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Tür. Ich habennoch nie so schön gewohnt

Emplacement grandiose avec accès à une plage magnifique! La décoration de l’appartement est très soigné. Les fruits pour le petit déjeuner et l’eau plate à disposition sont agréables !

L’appartement est très mal isolé, il n’y a pas de fenêtre au salon mais un simple volet qui laisse complètement passer toutes les nuisances nocturnes des restaurants, bars et de la route. La zone étant festive, ces nuisances sonores durent jusqu’à minuit. Nous avons malheureusement franchement mal dormi durant notre séjour ce qui gâche l’expérience.

De plek! Het hotel is gelegen op het mooie strand van Beau Vallon. Wij hadden gekozen voor het ontbijt en iedere ochtend werd het ontbijt bereid in onze eigen keuken. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. We vonden het jammer om na 3 dagen te moeten vertrekken! Dit plekje is voor ons our happy place!

What a gem of a property! The location is perfect and the place is charming. Great location, on the beach and near markets and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful. Felt secure and has everything you need.

Thankfully air conditioning in the bedrooms otherwise the house gets toasty during the day.

Location was superb, staff were excellent they left fruit and lime juice every morning and there was a phone charged and with credit if you wanted to book a taxi or restaurant. Catherine was so helpful giving us restaurant recommendations and places to go. The apartment is right on the beach and you could not ask for better location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need would definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing: the location - directly on the best part of Beau Vallon beach - is probably one of the best you can find on whole Mahé island. The hosts are amazing and always available to help. The services in the area are super: supermarket, local shop, food options, kiosks to organize excursions, pharmacy, ATM, car rental... you really have everything you need!

Having the beach as our front garden, it is only steps to the sea from your own terrace. Catherine is a super host and made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartments are incredibly spacious and very well furnished/equipped, from coffee/tea to oil and vinegar. We enjoyed the fresh fruit platter and juice that was provided each morning, a lovely touch.

This property has a fabulous location, as you can walk straight out onto Beau Vallon beach, which is great for swimming and snorkelling. It is spacious and very well appointed. We were treated to fresh fruit and a refreshing fruit drink every day. The property is well placed to access a couple of local walks and snorkelling boat trips. There are places to eat nearby, but the kitchen facilities were great and we cooked and ate in every night and enjoyed the wonderful sunsets. The owner is very helpful and made us feel really welcome. I would really recommend this property.

I would like to especially note the unique location - right on the beach near the water. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. And I would like to thank Katherine for her professional approach and care every day. I liked everything!

This is without a doubt the best place to stay in Beau Vallon, right on the beach and a few steps away from good restaurants and dive centre. The apartment designed and decor is relaxed yet refined and honours the location. Charming hosts who brought pastry treats on my birthday!

we have had the most amazing stay here. It is like your very own Beach House on the sand. it is located on the nicest part of Beau Vallon Beach. absolutely loved, looking out of the wide open space at the sea. Catherine was the perfect host. She was so helpful and gave us lots of advice of places we could go. We took a taxi to Bel Ombré and then the nature Trail over to Anse Major and then got the water taxi back, which dropped us right outside of the accommodation. also did the boat trip over to Sainte Anne marine park. lots of places to eat within a short stroll from the accommodation, and we also did takeout pizza from next door and sat and watched the sunset on the Sun chairs. if you have the opportunity to stay here, then jump at it. You will not be disappointed. It is true paradise.

If your thinking of staying in Beau Vallon this is the place to be. Catherine & Marquise are exceptional hosts on hand to book anything you want to do and where to visit, shops & restaurants are a few steps away. The beach is beautiful , The property is even better than the photos and the view was fabulous. Our room was cleaned to an excellent level everyday by dedicated staff who bought us fresh fruit every morning. It was wonderful stay for my wife's surprise birthday present. If you wish to hire a car we would recommend Africar across the road, good value , honest people.

When you open the door of the living room it was only 2 steps to enter the beach and 20 steps to get into the ocean. The room service is excellent with an eye for details by bringing each morning fresh fruits en fresh drinks. I was there for work, so Internet was essential and didn't let me down for one bit. The owner Catherine carries a high level of hospitality and was very supportive with accomodating me regarding my late departure. Definitely a must see, but book way in advance, because this little pearl at the beach is in high demand. I will be back for sure. Thanks for an excellent stay which made work much more enjoyable at such a beautiful location.
