L'accueil et les attentions de Paolo et de Nicole étaient parfaits et très chaleureux. Ils ont à cœur de rendre votre séjour agréable et de le faciliter.

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable, porté par une équipe aux petits soins et une propreté irréprochable. La vue depuis l’établissement est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai atout. Personnel à l'écoute et très disponible d'une gentillesse remarquable.

​l'expérience (bonne dans l'ensemble) est ternie par un rapport qualité/prix décevant: Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était particulièrement limité en choix/peu varié, Salle de bain: pas de shampoing. Serviettes un peu vieilles mais propres...ce qui ne justifie pas le tarif élevé demandé pour la prestation globale.. l'expérience aurait pu être excellente.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Roscia. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und vor unserer Ankunft wurden auch ein paar Renovierungen vorgenommen. Beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und auch das angebotene Abendessen war gut. Außerdem sind der Besitzer Paolo und sein Team herzliche Gastgeber, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe zum Strand Beau Vallon und etlichen Restaurants ist auch super.

Ein Schirm am Pool wäre wünschenswert gewesen - ansonsten aber alles top.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Roscia. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the large terrace was absolutely amazing with a beautiful atmosphere. Everything was very well maintained and felt relaxing and cozy. There was also a wardrobe room, which was extremely convenient with a lot of luggage and helped keep the room organized instead of having bags everywhere. The staff and hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding during our stay and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also very good and convenient for exploring Mahé. Thank you, Nicole and Paolo! :)

The only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the limited hot water, which was a bit difficult after long days spent in the sand, salty water, and heat. However, we understand that technical issues can happen on islands and it did not ruin our stay in any way.

Non posso giudicare realmente la struttura perché il proprietario ci ha cacciati appena arrivati, dopo averci accolti con aggressività, urla e insulti per un transfer mai confermato.

Esperienza vergognosa e assolutamente da evitare. Qualche giorno prima dell’arrivo abbiamo semplicemente chiesto informazioni sul transfer dal porto: ci è stato detto che costava 25€ e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere un piccolo sconto. Dopo la risposta negativa non abbiamo mai confermato il servizio, né verbalmente né tramite messaggi. Tutte le conversazioni sono avvenute tramite la chat ufficiale di Booking e quindi facilmente verificabili. Nonostante ciò, il proprietario ha deciso autonomamente di mandare comunque un taxi e, al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con urla, aggressività e insulti perché secondo lui avremmo dovuto avvisarlo che non volevamo più il transfer. Pretendeva addirittura il pagamento dei 25€ per un servizio mai confermato. La situazione è degenerata immediatamente: il proprietario ci ha trattati in modo intimidatorio, offensivo e totalmente fuori luogo, prendendoci in giro persino per aver chiesto uno sconto. Mai vissuta una scena del genere in anni di viaggi. Un comportamento inaccettabile, arrogante e completamente privo di professionalità. Siamo stati costretti a cercare un’altra sistemazione all’ultimo momento, con enorme stress e disagio. Consiglio vivamente di stare lontani da questa struttura e da un proprietario incapace di gestire gli ospiti con educazione e rispetto.

Most of the staff were lovely, beautiful breakfast views, lovely outdoor pool.

Our room had a door directly onto the guest public veranda so we were unable to ever really have curtains or doors open/not very private at all. The bathroom was incredibly small and very old/cracked/shower did not work at all for part of our stay. Owner told us we could not leave aircon on while out or would face extra charges and also that it can report/detect when the room doors are open. This meant after leaving the room it was incredibly hot coming back yet we couldn't even open the doors to cool it down either! Quite uncomfortable. We were charged excessively after asking for 2 bottles of water at breakfast on the morning of our arrival as it is not safe to drink the tapwater and had not bought any yet ourselves having only just arrived. This felt quite cheeky to be charged extra at the end for this, especially after the issues with the shower not working during our stay! Pictures not quite accurate.

A acomodação tem boa localização e uma vista realmente muito bonita, sendo um dos grandes destaques da estadia. O quarto é espaçoso, bem ventilado e conta com ar-condicionado, o que garante conforto. A varanda privativa também é um diferencial agradável, assim como o espaço para secar roupas. As toalhas, tanto de banho quanto de praia, são confortáveis e de boa qualidade. O estacionamento gratuito facilita bastante. Como ponto de atenção, o acesso à propriedade é feito por uma ladeira bem íngreme, o que pode ser um pouco desafiador, especialmente para quem não está de carro.

Como pontos a melhorar, a acomodação poderia ter maior flexibilidade em relação ao check-in antecipado, já que foi cobrada uma taxa que considerei elevada. A pressão da água no banho é fraca e o café da manhã é simples, com pouca variedade e sem grande destaque em sabor. No atendimento, senti falta de mais atenção e clareza nas informações. Em um momento, por exemplo, o cardápio foi entregue a outros hóspedes e não a mim, e também não fui orientada sobre as opções de refeições disponíveis. Além disso, não fui informada previamente de que o closet não deveria ser trancado, o que acabou gerando um transtorno para reabrir. Por fim, o acesso é feito por uma ladeira bastante íngreme, o que pode dificultar a chegada, especialmente sem carro.

Paolo fue encantador y me proporcionó pan sin-gluten. A su vez, nos preparó un desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto a las 6:00 de la mañana. Gracias Paolo esperamos volver.

A cuatro minutos andando de la playa de Beau Balloon, del boat House y el beach shak. Gente muy agradable y habitaciones muy correctas. Leímos la reseña del desayuno y no sé si lo han cambiado, pero está muy rico y era abundante, incluyendo fruta fresca, huevos y café, entre otras cosas. Y sí, te piden que no tengas el aire acondicionado encendido mientras no estás en la habitación, y tienen razón al solicitarlo, en cinco minutos tienes la habitación bien fresquita y sería un gasto innecesario. La piscina no es muy grande pero está muy bien. Si volvemos a Seychelles, volveremos a Villa Roscia sin duda alguna.

Por ponerle una pega, le haría falta una sombrilla junto a las hamacas de la piscina.

Der Empfang vom Chef persönlich war super freundlich und er schleppte unser Gepäck sofort ins Zimmer. Zur Begrüßung gab es kalten Zitronengrastee sehr lecker. Das Frühstück auf der wundervollen Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick ließ keine Wünsche offen. Parken konnten wir im Hof. Es gab sofort Strandhandtücher.

Die Anfahrt zum Haus war sehr steil. Klappte aber gut. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß und der Blick zum Meer war nur seitlich vom Balkon . Ich hatte mir einen besseren Meerblick gewünscht.

Ich bin nach einer langen anstrengenden Reise dort angekommen. Habe 1 Stunde auf dem Fußboden vom Tor gesessen, bis mir aufgemacht wurde. Das Personal konnte meinen Namen nicht finden, hat mir weder einen Sitzplatz angeboten, noch etwas zu trinken. Die Besitzer seien im Flugzeug und nicht erreichbar. Ich hätte keine Buchung. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Habe nicht dort übernachtet und mir eine neue Unterkunft gesucht. Sehr sehr traurig!

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Notamment la douche Bruit ++. Chambre directement sur la terrasse commune + chien qui a aboyé en continu toutes les nuits. Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans l’incapacité de nous garer dans le parking le dernier jour car plus de place.

Nastanitev se nahaja na plaži Beau Vallon, kjer imate dostop do trgovin, menjalnic, restavracij in barov. Soba je čista in ima zelo dobro klimo. Zajtrk je strežen na terasi s čudovitim razgledom. Priporočam, da si vzamete tudi večerjo v kateri lahko uživate v odlični kreolski kuhinji.

le petit déjeuner et "moyen" nous sommes arrivés un jour plus tard que prévu (donc avons payé 3 nuits pour 2 utilisées): rien à redire sur le fait que la nuit perdue n'était pas remboursable, mais on aurait pu imaginer que le pdj le soit

Super schöne Terasse mit Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht. Nicole und Paolo haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Kreolische Dinner und das selbstgemachte Tiramisu waren fantastisch. Der Beau Vallon Strand, Shops und Restaurants sind alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

The host applies surcharges for the payment by credit card which is illegal in Seychelles. Then he initially given me a different room, downgraded, the day after and only followed my complaints, he changed my room to the one I booked and paid for. Regrettably he didn't want to reimburse me for the different fare. Finally, the noise coming from the neighbours by roosters, dogs and cars for almost all the night long is not acceptable. This is the reason why the host provided the earplugs. But, is it possible to wear earplugs all the time? I read other reviews saying that breakfast was fantastic... I don't know what experience these people have, in our case the breakfast was very much limited in quantity, just 2 small pieces of fruits and small pieces of cheese and ham

Super freundliche Gastgeber und eine tolle kleine Unterkunft.

Schöne & geräumige Zimmer & Badezimmer, gutes Frühstück, sichere Parkplätze für Autos (bin der Meinung, dass bei dieser Unterkunft bzw. Insel ein Mietauto direkt ab Flughafen absolut sinnvoll und empfehlenswert ist). Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht - haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist auf alle Fälle die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Lage ist super, in 5 Gehminuten (etwas steile Straße) erreicht man schönen Strand bzw. viele tolle Restaurants.

La petite attention sympathique lors du petit déjeuner pour célébrer l’anniversaire de ma fille ! Possibilité de transfert voiture port et aéroport si besoin (payant)

La piscine est enclavée entre 3 murs et n’est pas très grande. Néanmoins forte appréciable comme complément et alternative à la plage en fin de journée. Ça grimpe fort pour le retour de la plage … mais c est ce qui garantit la magnifique vue panoramique de la grande terrasse 😉

An absolutely wonderful stay here at Villa Roscia. Such a warm welcome from Nicole and family. We were thrilled with our room with a beautiful sea view. All rooms had access to the terrace overlooking the bay. Excellent room with a great deal of care taken over presentation. Very clean - everything spotless. Good breakfast in the morning on the terrace with a stunning view. A truly first rate experience. Thank you so much!

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Il a géré notre transfert depuis l’aéroport malgré un retard de vol de 6h00. Villa Roscia sur les hauteurs de Beau Vallon offre depuis la terrasse une très jolie vue sur mer. La plage est à5 min à pied ainsi que les restaurants et take away. La chambre est simple, propre, au calme. Literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse. Une bonne adresse sur Beau Vallon!

Everything was great. Nicole and her husband are really nice. Alice makes excellent breakfast and dinner. Villa is near the ocean. We really felt like home.

Rooms were lovely, bright and clean. Beds firm slept like a log! Location was perfect only 5 minutes from Beau Vallon beach and it's restaurants and supermarkets. Good breakfast which kept us going until evening. Nicole, Paolo and Alice were really friendly and helpful, as were the rest of Team Roscia. We had 3 meals during our stay, all delicious and good value with the bonus of a beautiful view from the verandah. Highly recommend 👌

We very much enjoyed our stay for 4 nights at Villa Roscia!! Amazing view, clean room, good breakfast and also very good dinner you can have on the balcony. Very familiar atmosphere, the hosts are very nice and welcoming.

Hotellet ligger bra - nära till restauranger, stranden och busshållplatsen. Poolen är skön att svalka sig i på kvällen. Fin utsikt från balkongen. Lite hård säng. Trevlig personal. Frukosten ok men lite trist med exakt samma i 4 dagar.

This is a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Mahe. The room was big and clean with a great sea view. And the balcony view was amazing! If you’d like, the hotel will make you dinner on the balcony, which I highly recommend.

Up a bit of a steep hill - but good exercise!

It was a pleasure to stay here. The view was great and the pool very nice to enjoy after a hot day at the beach Very well located. The owners and helpers were very nice and helpful.

The location was a very easy walk from the beach. The view at sunset is a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW....no, it's priceless! The pool water was warm and refreshing and the poolside area was quiet. Breakfast was simple but wholesome and filling. The owners, Nicole and Paolo were easy to converse with and work with.

I personally love the location, but it might not be everyone's favourite as it is a couple of minutes walk up the hill. The owners are lovely people. The place is very clean, and the view is breathtaking.

Breakfast is not vegan friendly. They do not replenish water in the room everyday.

Great location. Property is clean and the young lady who checked us in was sweet and pleasant.

Breakfast was only available for an hour and a half. Would be nice to have a small kitchen area accessible to guest or a microwave. Not too accommodating and slightly restrictive.

À 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Beau Vallon et ses restaurants. Nicole et Paolo sont très agréables et serviables (ils parlent même Français ). La piscine est parfaite. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wonderful location convenient to the beach and restaurants. Lovely views from the terrace and a pool that was fantastic for a morning swim. Room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was far more extensive than we expected and a very generous variety of items. Host Nicole was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Alice a été geniale en tout 😃 La chambre est petite et malheureusement il n'y a pas.d'ombre sur la splendide terrasse, ni autour de la piscine et à cette chaleur ça serait plus qu'apprecie.

Booked a sea view room only to be told that in “marketing we showcase one room but you might get another”. Left disappointed by black mould in the shower, and perplexed owners who offered no compensation and then called the police on me for complaining and refusing to settle EUR40 in response to this. Other guests complained about not being given enough towels and being asked to pay in cash. Seychelles has been hardly hit by post Covid lack of tourism, and we felt it at this property. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited amounts but good enough. Costs in the Seychelles are high so don’t expect this to be at the same level of a EUR 180-200 property in Europe etc. Upon arrival, not even an offer to take a seat - “welcome drink” thrust into my hand whilst still standing and payment promptly taken. Bizarre check in experience. Host is prompt on replying to messages so comms good. Great location. And otherwise is a lovely property run by a family with an otherwise good reputation on the island. The driver they arranged Robin was amazing - call him for a day tour around the island.

The property owners are super sweet, so friendly, very attentive, very welcoming and accommodating. The villa has an amazing sunset view and quick walking distance from the beach and good food and drinks. Great Beau Vallon choice. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast at the balcony with a beautiful view was the perfect way to start the day. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything worked smoothly. The hosts Nicole and Paolo are lovely people💛 The location was very good: near the beach and restaurants but still very peaceful. We had a standard room, which had everything we needed (AC worked great) and it was very clean. Strong recommendation!

Die Pension ist fußläufig vom wunderschönen Strand Beau Vallon entfernt, an dem man wunderbar baden und schnorcheln kann. Die Pension hat eine tolle Terasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, nur die Badmöbel könnten mal aufgefrischt werden. Nicole und ihr Mann sowie die Angestellte machen einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich und geben viele Tipps. Das angebotene Abendessen ist wirklich schmackhaft und auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Very helpful and friendly hosts. And Alice that made breakfast and dinner was lovely. The hotel is just minutes from the beach and restaurants.

The Villa is top located, with an amazing view. They even upgraded our Room for Free. Nicole and Paolo are super Friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We even had dinner once (the Tuna Fillet was amazing)

Here and there the Water in the Shower flow a little bit slower than usual, but it didn't bother Us.
