La posizione della struttura è favolosa. La camera piccola ma confortevole è in una tipica casa di Amsterdam. Il bagno privato, posizionato al piano sottostante, è molto ampio. La proprietaria ed il personale sono molto cordiali e gentili. La colazione è buona ed abbondante.

Mi è piaciuto tutto ma consiglio di non viaggiare con bagagli ingombranti perché la scala per raggiungere la camera è stretta e un pò ripida e sicuramente non adatta a chi ha problemi motori.

Todo muy bien. Solo por comentar algo como información, el baño está separado de la habitación y hay que bajar unas escaleras para llegar a él.

Ci è piaciuta Mandy e il suo staff, molto gentili e accoglienti. la posizione è strategica e si possono raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi di interesse e i servizi( stazione, metro ecc) comodamente a piedi.

L'unica nota non totalmente positiva sono le scale per accedere alla camera, sono strette. Ovviamente questo è dovuto alla conformazione degli stabili

Meget centralt beliggende - tæt på museer, kanaler og mange restauranter. Dejlig venlig værtinde. Vi kunne godt lide stedet, der lå på 2. sal ovenover Mandys lille restaurant.

Værelset var lidt småt, men rent og autentisk i et smalt hus med lidt stejle trapper i Amsterdam.

Mandy was a fantastic host, made sure we had what we needed. We landed very early in the morning, straight from Australia and Mandy gave us our room very early so we can rest and refresh after our long flight The location is very central, short easy walks to all tourist attractions The breakfast every morning was divine, a choice of American or Dutch breakfast

Nothing to complain about, the room was advertised, in the attic, up two skinny spiral staircases as is the custom in the Nederlands The shower was a little small but we had the whole bathroom all to ourselves so it was only a minor comment

Cosy by Mandy offers everything someone needs for few nice and comfortable days in Amsterdam. The room and the bathroom are clean and fully equiped. The breakfast is unforgettable, both the Dutch as the English one! The nicest of everything is the warmth of Mandy and her team of two youngsters. I will definitely come again.

Mandy is an excellent accommodation host and a wizard in her Dutch Kitchen. The guest room provides privacy and comfort. Many is available to quickly fulfill requests, e.g. extra towels, fresh water as a guest. You feel like you're in the home of a friend due to her care.

There are a couple flight of stairs.....to be expected in Amsterdam. These may not suit elderly travellers.

Underbar frukost och gott glutenfritt bröd! Vi checkade ut tidigt och fick med oss frukostpaket, toppen! Läget centralt och tyst i sovrummet, trots många restauranger utanför. Bra säng. Trevlig o positiv värdinna! Rekommenderas!

Det är ju ett gammalt, smalt, högt hus, med trappor. OK för vår del, en del av charmen med besöket!

De locatie was top, overal dicht bij. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, met een super lieve gastvrouw. De kamer is klein maar door de hoogte voelde dit absoluut niet zo. De privé badkamer is een dik pluspunt.

Location and host Mandy is lovely

2 very steep stair cases to the room (not mentioned or shown in pictures) The bathroom was down one set of steep stairs, not an ensuite. Noise from cafe/restaurant on entry level funnels right up into room (door has a hole in it) Room was cold when I arrived .. each day I had to ask to have the heating turned on. Court yard view nonexistant .. it’s a roof top with neighbouring restaurant employees going out there to smoke. No communal space to relax in like most BNB’s have.

Herzlichen Begrüßung durch Mandy, unkomplizierter check in und out, wir durften unsere Taschen schon eher abstellen.

Was man wissen sollte das Bad mit der Toilette ist eine Treppe runter. Für uns keine Problem aber wir waren doch erst einmal überrascht.

It’s a really lovely place, very close to everything you’d want to visit in Amsterdam. The place is very clean, although the room is small The absolute best part of the stay is Mandy she is incredibly welcoming and truly amazing. She makes sure you feel comfortable and at home during your entire stay. She’s also one of the best people to chat with having a morning conversation with her over breakfast was such a highlight I would absolutely stay there again if I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Très bon emplacement, au coeur du centre-ville. Mandy était accueillante, gentille, à l’écoute et le petit-déjeuner était excellent. La chambre et la salle de bain correspondait totalement à nos attentes

Great location, good price, clean and comfortable, amazing breakfast. But what’s even more important: Mandy is the perfect host. Full of heart, no matter if it is the middle of the night or early in the morning. We’re very lucky to have met her.

Accueil remarquable et personnalisé, toujours avec le sourire. Chambre cosy et propre. Très bonne situation dans la ville. La salle de bain privative est un plus !

Mandy ist eine warmherzige und tolle Gastgeberin. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Das Bett ist total bequem, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist top! Mitten im Zentrum. Absolut Geheimtipp für Amsterdam!

Das Zimmer war doch sehr eng, zum Bad ging es über eine steile enge Treppe. Das war nicht ganz komfortabel

The position was ideal, the room was clean, breakfast was good. Owner was kind enough to keep our luggage for several hours after check out.

We had trouble getting in touch with the owner the first day when we arrived. The room is on the third floor of a restaurant with no lift and the stairway is really narrow.The bathroom is on a different floor and the room is tiny.

I enjoyed my stay at Cosy by Mandy, which was in a fantastic location very close to bus and tram stops - the room was comfortable and quiet. And there was a complimentary welcome pack of snacks and drinks! The room is above the cafe with the bathroom up a flight of stairs, and the bedroom up two flights of stairs, which is part of the charm of the place. Mandy and her team were lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast (option of Dutch or English) was delicious! I would also recommend Cosy by Mandy for solo and women travellers.

Excelente ubicacion.la habitación pequeña y para el baño había que bajar una escalera pero muy cómodo.muy rico el desayuno y la atención lo mejor.

Excellent value for money! Great location! Fantastic Dutch restaurant opposite the entrance! Few minutes walk to the main museums. Supermarkets are close. The owner is very pleasant and helpfully lady. Hospitality is on the top level! The bottle of water and sweets are in the room. Also there are 2 bathrobes in the bedroom. Tasty and various breakfasts! The desserts are highly recommended.

You should count that the WC and the bathroom are downstairs. But if you are the only guest of the house it's absolutely OK.
