Die Lage war super! Es hatte eine grosse Auswahl an Kissen und Decken.

Sehr schlecht isolierte Fenster, es war sehr laut !!!

Sono stato preso in giro! Nessuna vista sulla città, al suo posto un cantiere che oscurava la vista. Secondo me andava specificato e la camera andava pagata allo stesso prezzo delle camere senza vista. Camera non pulitissima, descritta male(in realtà sono due camere che hanno una cucina in comune)frigo completamente vuoto. Ho provato a chiamare la struttura diverse volte senza né una risposta né una richiamata. Inoltre sul pianerottolo c’erano dei lavori in corso con cavi scoperti

Responsive staff

The kind of made you think that our hotel room was going to have a view of the duomo but didn’t. Plus, the air conditioning smelt awful. It smelt like sewage sometimes and cigarettes the other time.

המיקום היה באמת יחסית במרכז אבל לא בכתובת שמצויינת בבוקינג. הגענו לכתובת שרשומה וכשהגענו התקשרנו לבעל המקום, טען שזה נמצא שם אלא שתי רחובות ליד. דבר נוסף שלא פחות חשוב, ביום העזיבה היינו צריכים שישמרו לנו על החפצים, שילמנו לא מעט על שמירה עד 18:00, שהגענו לקחת את הדברים לא נתנו לנו אפילו להיכנס ללובי של הבניין בכדי להכניס דברים למזוודה, היינו צריכים לפתוח מזוודה ברחוב.

Location is great! It’s located I. One of the buildings surrounding the duomo. Lots of activity, places to eat coffee in the am. It’s a historical building! It’s on the top floor with a unique entrance. There is a lift in the building to help with luggage. The flat has everything you need for 2-3 ppl. Bathroom clean. Flat was clean. The staff was wonderful and responsive! PiazzaDuomo is in between Brera and Navigili. Both great locations to visit

The room had AC in the main bedroom.

We submitted for standard 2pm check in and then made a special request for early check in between 12-1pm. There was never a reply and then we we ran late and got there at 3pm anyway, the room was still not ready and took another hour to clean. They allowed us to put our things inside and use the bathroom but was very uncomfortable to do so with some else’s dirty towels and garbage everywhere. I was also told it had a view of the Duomo but it did not.

Great location. Literally a few steps from the Duomo. Large room, very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and responsive.

The location is excellent, big shower space, the place is very quiet and curtains are totally blocked out so that you can sleep very well.

Tendo em conta o preço cobrado e o serviço oferecido, acho desnecessário e até abusivo, o pagamento de 5 euros por cada mochila, por 1/ 2 horas depois do check-out. Fiquei ainda mais desiludida, porque no dia anterior, o funcionário tinha combinado comigo eu pagar somente 5 euros, por ser uma mochila pequena, e no dia do check-out, o colega exigiu mais dinheiro em numerário. Não aceitei e fui guardar os meus pertences numa storage.

إقامتنا في Flat in Duomo كانت من أجمل تجارب الإقامة في ميلانو، وكل حاجة كانت أحسن من توقعاتنا. أول وأهم ميزة هي الموقع الاستثنائي؛ الشقة موجودة في قلب ميلانو وعلى بُعد خطوات قليلة جدًا من كاتدرائية الـDuomo، وقريبة من محطة المترو وكل الأماكن السياحية والمطاعم والكافيهات والمحلات الجميلة. قدرنا نروح لمعظم الأماكن المهمة مشي، وده خلّى إقامتنا أسهل وأمتع ووفر علينا وقت ومواصلات كتير. الشقة نفسها جميلة جدًا وشيك وهادية، ونظافتها ممتازة، وكل التفاصيل فيها مرتبة بعناية. مساحتها مناسبة ومريحة جدًا لعيلة مكونة من 4 أشخاص، وفيها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية اللي ممكن تخلي الواحد يحس إنه في بيته. الأثاث مريح، والجو العام للشقة رايق وممتع، ورغم وجودها في منطقة حيوية جدًا فإنها كانت هادئة ومناسبة للراحة بعد يوم طويل من التجول في ميلانو. كمان لازم نشكر طاقم العمل على ذوقهم واحترامهم؛ التعامل كان راقيًا واحترافيًا جدًا من البداية للنهاية، وكانوا متعاونين وسريعين في الرد ومستعدين يساعدونا في أي حاجة نحتاجها. ومن أجمل المفاجآت بالنسبة لنا إن الحمام فيه شطاف 🤣 ودي كانت إضافة مهمة جدًا خلت راحتنا أكبر وحسّستنا فعلًا إننا في بيتنا. بصراحة الشقة جمعت كل حاجة كنا بندور عليها: موقع لا يُعلى عليه، نظافة ممتازة، راحة، هدوء، أناقة، تجهيزات متكاملة، وتعامل في منتهى الرقي. تجربة رائعة جدًا وأنصح بها أي عيلة أو مجموعة من 4 أشخاص عايزين يستمتعوا بميلانو ويكونوا قريبين من كل حاجة. أكيد لو رجعنا ميلانو مرة تانية، Flat in Duomo هيكون اختيارنا الأول من غير تردد

بكل صراحة، مفيش حاجة سلبية تستحق الذكر. الشقة كانت جميلة ونظيفة ومريحة، والموقع رائع، والتعامل ممتاز جدًا. الحاجة الوحيدة اللي ماعجبتناش هي إن إقامتنا كانت ليلة واحدة بس! كنا نتمنى نقعد وقت أطول ونستمتع بالشقة وبالموقع الجميل أكتر

This property is super close to the Duomo and the Galleria shopping mall. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this place for our one night stay in Milan after a long flight with a young kid. We stayed on the sixth floor in room 4 on September 6th of 2026. This room was brand new. I read horrible reviews about this hotel but I had no choice other than choosing this hotel for the location. But I am so incredibly happy that I chose this hotel despite reading all the horrible reviews regarding cleanliness and roaches. Let me tell you, this room and the bathroom were super clean. This room had a king bed with a kids single bed with very comfortable beddings. The room was spacious enough with a modern bathroom inside the room with great water flow in the shower, sink and the sprayer next to the toilet bowl. The bathroom had nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The bathroom did not have any body lotions, and I don’t think it’s uncommon for Italy. It was not difficult to find the hotel if you use google map. Our room had a small window facing the Duomo but the view was blocked which could be due to some structural supports or construction not sure though. It didn’t bother us at all given that we spent most of our time downstairs in front of the Duomo anyways. Also, I wasn’t bothered about the no view window because we stayed very little time in the room. We had fabulous sleep and woke up rested in the morning to enjoy the Duomo and the surrounding areas. This hotel has ton of great restaurants and cafes within no minutes. All in all, I will give this hotel 11 out of 10 for the location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds.

I loved this hotel so much that when I come back to Milan again I will stay here for sure. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Everything - lounge room could accommodate my in-laws and niece for dinner and cards before they retuned to thioer apartment around the corner.

Just need decent Air Con in Italy now it is so hot in the summer - difficult to sleep.

The location was amazing, we were able to walk out of our apartment and the duomo was right there, allowed us to be some of the first to enter the duomo in the morning without waking too early. The air conditioning was the best feature though, to be able to finish a long day and walk into our nice and cool apartment was so amazing every day. The elevator was also so cute, very old but rustically beautiful and antique.

The elevator only got you up part of the way and there was one set of stairs more you had to go to reach the apartment.

Central to Duomo, and close to metro. Coffee and restaurants close by. Flat was clean and had everything needed for the stay. Excellent communication. Easy peasy - no complications. Will stay again

두오모 뷰, 70제곱미터 방 넓이. 두가지 보고 예약했는데, 아쉽게도 건물 외부 공사로 가림막 쳐져있어서 뷰는 볼 수 없었습니다. 숙소의 잘못은 아니지만 미리 안내가 있었다면 어떨까 했습니다. 방 넓이는 명백한 안내 잘못입니다. 공용주방으로 두 방이 함께 한 주방을 사용하며, 방은 스튜디오 형식입니다. 4인 이용 시 한 방에서 침대 하나와 쇼파베드 하나 사용했습니다. 그외 낡은 에어컨, 구석진 곳의 청소상태 등은 별로였습니다.

1- first we were told no laundry machine, then we were told it’s broken, we wanted to cancel straight away, the host wasn’t helping at all and was rude and told us to email but they don’t open till Monday. We talked with Booking.com, they asked the host to refund-they denied it. Was promised that we will get our clothes cleaned- the host has been ignoring us!! 2- we asked for a towel- again ignoring 3- no proper check in instructions 4- host has been extremely rude the whole time and not answering. 5- we wanted to move out since beginning specially after we saw the extra bed which is extremely uncomfortable and can not be slept in- neither the bed in the bedroom 6- the place was dirty (not even talking about plates and dishes) and smells really bad and EXTREMELY noisy- the trams stops under your windows 7- we didn’t have hot water from the second day and the host started accusing us that we broke it and that he will enter the unit kick us out and call the police 8- booking.com asked him twice for refund he refused and we ended up moving out a night before with the worst back pain The host exaggerated and didn’t keep his promises

La posizione del Flat Duomo è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza, così come la pulizia dell’alloggio, che abbiamo trovato buona. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata dalla totale irreperibilità e scarsa disponibilità dell’host. Al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci e non avevamo indicazioni chiare su chi contattare o a chi suonare. Abbiamo provato più volte a chiamare e scrivere all’host senza ricevere risposta e siamo riuscite a risolvere la situazione praticamente per caso, grazie all’aiuto di altre persone. La situazione più grave si è verificata una sera, quando la serratura elettronica ha smesso di funzionare e siamo rimaste chiuse fuori dall’appartamento. Abbiamo provato ripetutamente a contattare l’host, ma, come già successo in precedenza, era completamente irreperibile. Abbiamo concretamente rischiato di dover passare la notte fuori dall’appartamento, nonostante avessimo regolarmente pagato il soggiorno, perché non avevamo modo di entrare né qualcuno a cui rivolgerci per ricevere assistenza. Trovo inaccettabile che davanti a un problema di questo tipo, che può capitare indipendentemente dall’ospite, non ci sia nessuno disponibile a intervenire o anche semplicemente a rispondere. In pratica, se durante il soggiorno avete un problema, dovete essere pronti a cavarvela da soli. Posizione e pulizia sono sicuramente aspetti positivi, ma considerando il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo un servizio e soprattutto un’assistenza decisamente differenti. Un host dovrebbe essere un punto di riferimento durante il soggiorno, specialmente in caso di emergenza: purtroppo, nella nostra esperienza, non lo è stato.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, especially regarding the air conditioning and cleanliness. The flat is advertised as air-conditioned, and there are four AC units in the apartment. However, they were not functioning properly. We contacted the host, who told us that because it was very hot outside, the AC needed time to cool the apartment. However, at night the temperature outside in Milan was around 25°C, while the thermometer inside the apartment showed 31°C. The AC units in the living room were also not working properly at the same time—when one was on, the other would switch off. When I asked the host how we could adjust the system ourselves, he refused to explain and said that he would control it from his phone. Unfortunately, nothing changed. The apartment remained extremely hot throughout the night, to the point that we could not sleep. We had booked the apartment for two nights, but the conditions were so uncomfortable that we decided to leave the following morning and move to a hotel, despite having already paid for the second night. The host insisted that the AC was not broken and told us that this was “normal in Italy” and that the temperature could not be set below 24°C. However, the issue was not simply that we wanted the AC below 24°C—the apartment itself was showing 31°C indoors and was not cooling down. After moving to a hotel, the room there was comfortably cool, despite being in the same city and experiencing the same weather. Unfortunately, cleanliness was another issue. The apartment did not meet our expectations. The shower drain had hair blocking it, and the bed sheets were visibly old and unpleasant, which made us uncomfortable using them. Overall, the apartment did not match what we expected based on the listing. The combination of ineffective air conditioning during very hot weather and poor cleanliness made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and we ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave a day early.

c’est beau et bien placé dans la ville

impossible d’avoir de bonne information en arrivant à la réception malgré que nous proposons de traduire la dame n’a jamais voulu. pour trouver la chambre il faut avoir bac+7 alors oui la chambre et belle mais il a pas d’eau chaude que de l’eau glacé (douche, lavabo ect.) donc pour se laver ou même faire la vaisselle c’est juste super nul. je vous déconseille aussi de mettre de l’eau au frigo car votre eau ressortira en glaçon..

It is very close to the Cathedral.

I also found the check-in/access process to the apartment unnecessarily complicated. There were several steps and multiple doors to go through before reaching the room. Personally, I would not have been able to manage it on my own without my husband, especially since I struggled to open one of the doors. Clearer and simpler instructions would definitely make the experience much easier for guests.

家族６人で一泊しました。 アパートメントはドゥオーモから徒歩数分、地下鉄も同様にかなり近いです。ロケーション最高です！オーナーさんと電話で少し話しましたがとても陽気で親しみやすい感じでした。無料Wi-Fiもあり、シャワーのお湯も問題なく使用できました。キッチンは使っていませんが必要なものは一通り揃っていました。全体的に広くて清潔な部屋で６人で過ごしてもかなり余裕でした。コンシェルジュさんもいい人で困っていたらすぐに助けてくれました☺️宿泊料は高かったですが、ロケーションなどの利便性を考えるといいのかなと思います。 ありがとうございました！優しくしてくれてありがとう！

Many days before arriving, I specifically requested two separate beds because I was traveling with my elderly father, but the room was prepared with only one double bed, the air conditioning barely worked during a heatwave, and I had to set up the sofa bed myself. The refrigerator contained half-eaten food left by previous guests, which I had to remove myself after the host explained that an emergency had prevented the room from being properly cleaned.

Apartament jest w jakiejś dobudówce na samej górze jakby na dachu gdzie są klimatyzatory i było tam bardzo gorąco zanim weszło się do apartamentu.Ale po wejściu wszystko było super czysto ,schludnie był nawet expres z kawą ,woda do picia .Mogliśmy też pózniej się wymeldować. Obsługa miła.

The air doesn’t work below 80, the location is not what was described in the ad and pictures, dirty sheets with pubic hair and bugs on them. Lastly, the host is rude and arrogant and will not issue you a refund no matter what, It was so bad we did not stay and left and found a new hotel.

The stairs from the entrance to the lift, then the flight of stairs to get to the roof where you access the apartment door. Ok with just a weekend bag but not great with a large suitcase for onward travel

The location was good although not the address as per the booking site. The host was attentive and available.

The cost of the unit was extremely high for what we got. I looked into other units around us and a property directly over the road was much cheaper. The pictures on the booking site were very different to what we found on arrival - very misleading - be careful to make sure that you know what you are booking.

The location is AMAZING!! Close to the underground, two minute walk from the cathedral and shopping.

Badrummet var superfint och så fräscht. Låg supernära allt i centrum och fungerade bra med parkeringen nära. Lätt att få kontakt med värden. Rummet var välstädat med fräscha lakan och handdukar. Bra ac som höll rummet svalt.

Lite för hårda kuddar för min smak. Tyvärr satt en byggställning framför fönstret mot Duomo så vi missade utsikten.

Gleich neben dem Dom, super gelegen. Und hat such einen Lift für ältere Leute.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Aber es geht.

Loved the place and location! Service was great. Very clean and modern. Shower was very nice, good coffee machine and streaming Netflix and others on the TV. 1 min walk to the Duomo 🔥🔥🔥

The location is central to the Duomo and surrounding shops. We could walk there every morning for breakfast / shopping / tours.

I found that the ad was a little misleading with regards to the selection of specific apartments and where they are located exactly. For instance I thought we selected apartments with views that were together in one building at least, but they were at 2 different locations and both had no view whatsoever. With regards to the cleanliness of the apartment, we found the hangers in the closet dusty along with some other slightly dusty areas. Other than that, we had a really good stay.

Location, the size of the Apartment

The AC temperature was set to an unknown C and thermostat was locked. It was a hot day in Milan, and my kids had to be in 28C for the whole night. The night was the worst of all of my 3 weeks trip through UK and Italy. Host later mentioned even his house was hot which did not really help. He later came the next day and increased the fan speed but again locked the thermostat, the next night was 27C. OMG The apartment might have passed the good days already. Some bathroom tiles are coming out, along with floor woods. No suppliers were there which would have been fine if the AC was not the issue. If Host wants to lock the thermostat, they need to mention it in the details. We are understanding and if we could see what was the real target temperature set and we could control we might have understood that AC struggled to lower down temperature, but since the thermostat was locked we even dont know what it meant to do. Very bad experience!

Excellent location a block away from Duomo, all the major shopping stores and excellent restaurants. Location is truly superb. The room was clean and comfortable with cold AC during the heat wave and the staff was very responsive.

The staff manages more than 2 apartments some of which are at different addresses. But he informed us wrong address to the last minute we arrived. When we arrived at Milano, just then, traffic control was implemented around Piazza Duomo because of political demonstrations. So policemen blocked this area so the taxi driver could not bring us the exact location we want. We, over 70 old and with heavy luggage for 6 weeks travel, had to access the address the staff informed me of on foot. Arriving there, he sent me a new massage that the apartment I booked was at the different address. We, again, had to move our luggage to the new address that was outside of blocked area. If he informed us the exact address before we arrive at Milano, the taxi driver could bring us exactly in front of the apartment we booked. When I complained it, he answered that it's the taxi driver's mistake not his responsibility!!! I didn't talk about it only for my peace of mind at the start of traveling Italia.

The property was at the best location , heart of the city , if someone like to be in the most happening and busiest and touristy place , then this is the one. The Host was super attentive , proactive and supportive. The place is okay . But if you ask me to overall rate , then i would suggest them to reevaluate the price to be more competitive. Bcoz the amount charged + city tax = we can get some hotel in that same area, which is more realistic to book , than the service apartment. As summary - i feel the property needs to evaluate their pricing.

Materasso del divano letto, pulizia superficiale, finestre con doppi vetri ma che non proteggevano assolutamente dal rumore del centro città. Appartamento moderno, sicuramente studiato da qualche architetto una trentina d'anni fa, ma con manutenzione non al livello

Ενώ κάναμε κράτηση για τρία άτομα (γονείς με ένα παιδί 9 ετών), δεν υπήρχε σεντόνι, μαξιλάρι για τον καναπέ. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε τρίτο σετ πετσέτες για το τρίτο άτομο. Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι σε καλύτερη κατάσταση από άποψη καθαριότητας. Η μηχανή του καφέ βρισκόταν σε άθλια κατάσταση. Από το παράθυρο δεν έμπαινε καθαρός αέρας, ούτε έβλεπες προς τα έξω, καθώς είχε στηθεί μια τεράστια σκαλωσια με διαφημίσεις.

L'accès est un peu laborieux (marches, ascenseur + encore marches, manque de lumière sur la terrace donnant accès alors que je suis arrivée en soirée). Le mobilier daté , la déco aléatoire. Le chauffage de la salle de bain couvert de poussière.

Me gustó el dpto, muy cómodo, amplio y una excelente ubicación!!! La persona que está en el ingreso muy agradable , simpática y servicial.

The location is beautiful, the apartment is nice sized and there was plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the apartment was clean. I can't stress enough how close this place is to the Duomo. It was a 3 minute walk away. The elevators worked great and it was easy to get the keys to the apartment once we were in the building.

Arriving late in the evening it was confusing getting in the building. I wish there was a button to push clear to be let in or that i had been prewarned that you have to talk to the owner to be allowed in. I'm thankful for our taxi. There was a very large, very heavy ladder behind the door to the bedroom. When the door was closed the ladder fell. We are lucky nobody was standing there. There are little pieces of wood missing throughout the floor in the apartment you have to watch out for when walking barefoot.
