Las zonas comunes se ven bastante descuidadas (pintura desconchada, mobiliario viejo). La habitación es bastante más pequeña de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Además, al llegar nos cambiaron la ubicación respecto a lo que habíamos reservado, sin darnos explicación. Por otro lado, en una de las dos habitaciones el aire acondicionado estaba apagado y el mando no respondía; tuvimos que contactar por chat para que lo solucionaran. Lo arreglaron, aunque se demoraron un poco y mientras tanto hacía bastante calor. En general, la estancia no se correspondió con lo publicado en el anuncio.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We stayed for 5 days as a family of 4. It was very comfortable and clean. Being close to kombinis were awesome. Just a 10-min walk to metro made everything easy. The staff was very responsive to all our questions, came up solutions.
I just couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine. It needs more information how to use in English on the manual.

El trato con el cliente. Reservamos dos masajes y fue la peor experiencia del viaje. Ademas de que no limpiaban las habitaciones diariamente, la experiencia del masaje fue pésima. Las terapeutas (2 chicas) se reían y hablaban alto entre ellas mientras nos hacían daño y lesiones durante el masaje. Les pedi explicaciones al manager pero no me solucionaban nada.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026位置鄰近可由關西空港搭乘直達巴士抵達的OCAT大樓，樓下周邊即有7-11、全家、Lawson三大超商非常方便，走路也輕鬆可抵達心齋橋筋商店街、唐吉軻德賣場、連鎖串燒鳥貴族； 房間內的配置與照片非常相符，設備非常乾淨、整潔、新穎，若居住時長較長樓下也有可自行丟棄的垃圾回收間。
房內照片可能是使用廣角鏡頭拍攝，會稍微誤以為空間非常大，建議拍攝角度可以使用較符合真實的樣貌拍攝，避免身材較壯碩的人誤以為格局非常大，實際居住上可能會稍微反而有狹窄的感受。

Lo único que me disgustó fue que el pequeño sillón al pie de la cama estuviera sucio, tenía una a dos manchas como de humedad como si hubieran vaciado algún líquido y eso si fue desagradable.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The place was relatively near the station and the room had all the amenities I less having a clothes drier, but there was a clothes pole by at the balcony where you can hang dry your clothes.
Walking space of the room was lesser then I thought but was manageable. Wished there was a cupboard or more hanging hooks to put clothes in. Check in was slightly tedious as although required, you have to have done pre-check in beforehand in order to access the code to the box outside the apartment to access the keys. As we didn't do it, we were standing outside the doorstep performing the pre check in. I have gone to other apartments where you can still access the room first before completing the check in.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026위치가 도톤보리 메인이랑 역에서 10분 정도 걸어야 해서 아주 가깝진 않지만 무난한 위치에요 잘 몰라서 처음엔 일반 도로로 다녔는데 도톤보리갈 때는 강변길로 다니면 더 빨라요 창문이 도로쪽이라 소음 걱정했는데 심하진 않아요 방이 일본 호텔대비 넓어서 좋았어요 2인이라 수건 4인분 챙겨줘서 추가분없이 괜찮았어요 수압도 쎄고 좋아요 저렴하게 묵기 좋아요 카펫 먼지많고 더럽대서 좀 걱정했는데 카펫은 무난했어요
물이나 커피같은 건 하나도 없어요 에어컨이랑 리모콘이 좀 지저분하긴 했어요 에어컨이 아주 빵빵하진 않았어요 16도 해놔도 시원해지려면 시간이 좀 걸려요 TV가 유튜브 등이 첫날만 되고 그뒤로 안됐어요ㅜㅜ

Reviewed May 24, 2026L’emplacement est EXTRA !! La chambre était très spacieuse ! Contrairement à d’autres hôtels où il est difficile d’ouvrir ses valises, là nous avons pu garder nos 3 valises ouvertes. Les équipements étaient très bien.
Les oreillers étaient un peu durs et moi qui suis sensible aux bruits j’étais contente d’avoir des boules quies. Mais avec j’ai bien dormi !

The apartment hotel was so comfortable and it is located in a great location where I can walk anywhere. The 2 beds were so comfortable for 1 person and they are right next to each other so I have all the room to stretch out. The washer in the room was perfect. The room was so clean and the area is quiet once I close the sliding door that goes out to patio. Th morning sunshine was perfect from the patio.

We originally booked another room more spacious, but they gave us another location because of a room problem, host solved the problem but it was smaller than the original, not a big deal for us. But that was the only thing.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The place is not too near Shinsaibashi shopping street but gave us the opportunity to complete our steps. There were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. It is somehow near americamura so we just walked there. We were supposed to stay in Apartment 11 Shinsaibashi Amemura but a day prior to us arriving there, i read a message that there was a problem with the room so we were transferred to Apt 11 Shinsaibashi. I think it ended up being better for us because the Amemura one seemed older and based on reviews from others - seemed to be smelly.
We are a family of 4. With 5 luggage and 3 hand carry. This room is too small for us. I am reviewing based on 4 people - If there are only 2 people - this would be ok. we stayed 5 nights. They only give 1 set of towel and hand towel per person for the whole 5 nights. if you want another set of towel and handtowel - you will have to pay again. We only had 1 pillow per person. I tried to order additional pillows (supposed to be 200 yen per pillow) but they didn't have any in stock. there are no places to hang towels. they provided hangers but very small area to hang - all your clothes will have to be stacked. If there only two of you - this is a possibility.

Checking in procedure, having to pay additional money while i was informed everything was already paid for. Struggling with creditcard… that was a bit clumsy. The appartement is very comfy and its location is great, so I would still strongly recommend this room (we were with 2 persons)

Old and a bit run down. Room was not as per the photos.

The shared iron been 'missing' most of time, where i go out certain days , my clothes are not ironed 🤦🏾♂️
