もうほんとにサービスがすごすぎてびっくりしました アメニティバーだけじゃなくてアイスや牛乳女性ラウンジなどなど！ おつまみガチャもすごく楽しかったです 当たったカレーは家に持って帰って美味しく食べます😋

最初チェックインする時の男性？女性ｶﾓ?のスタッフさんがちょっといやでした…… 私がホテル代を事前決済してるのを忘れていて 今支払いでいいですか？ と確認したら はい事前決済ですと言われてスタッフさんが電卓を叩き出したのでお部屋代を用意してたら 300円？(200円だったかも)ですと言われて戸惑っていると少しムスッとして 宿泊税の300円です！と強めに言われました😭 そこでようやく事前決済していた事を思い出したので宿泊税の300円を支払いチェックインしました 少し冗談で「私事前決済してたの忘れてたからあなたが言ったらもう1回支払いしたよーw」と言ってみたのですが はぁーそうですかと目も合わせて貰えなかったです…… このスタッフさんだけ少し残念でしたがほかはすごく良かったです ありがとうございました

Quizás que no tenía una entrada de metro al lado mismo.

The location was fantastic, with a convenient Family Mart right next door and easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, providing thoughtful amenities like daily fresh towels, slippers, pajamas, and complimentary toiletries. Although we experienced a minor issue with our room on the final day, the team handled it promptly and took excellent care of us. After traveling to other cities in Japan, we realized how much we were spoiled by the extra perks offered here, such as the separate men’s and women’s onsens. This hotel provided a superior level of service and hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan for the first time. A highlight of our stay was the in-room massage bed, which we used daily after long days of walking. The hotel’s onsen was also a fantastic addition, perfect for soothing our aching feet and bodies. This was a major plus for us.

The ventilation in the building could be improved. Although we requested a non-smoking floor, the lobby consistently had a faint, stale odor reminiscent of a smoking area. I am not sure if this was coming from outside, but it would be much more welcoming if the lobby smelled fresh or had a relaxing scent like a spa.

Walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori.

This was the perfect location and had everything that we needed. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Although the shower was small (by US standards) the Public Bath more than made up for that. The staff was very nice and had enough English to help us when needed. It was close to shopping, food and train stations.

The step into the bathroom was a pain in my toe more than once!

Good location very central

Stay was great, everything clean and lots of amenities. Onsen and Women's lounge were a nice bonus. Only stayed 1 night to catch train to airport next morning, wish I'd come earlier to take advantage of the shopping.

四樓有完全屬於女性的澡堂超讚的，乾淨整潔，消耗品完全免費，房間也蠻大的，兩個行李箱可以打開，但房間的浴室很小，去那邊單純享受公共澡堂。 地理位置很好，在兩條地鐵中間，稍微走一下約10分鐘。 缺點是，晚上街上比較凌亂一點，然後一樓煙味蠻重的，雖然飯店放了很多除臭用品，但煙味還是會隨著電梯上樓，不介意再入住。

地區位置人員比較複雜，需注意安全。

Its a fabulous location right next to Dotonbori and in a very cool, bohemian style neighbourhood, excellent restaurant options all around and great facilities in the hotel

Nothing - its an excellent affordable Osaka option for families

Me gustó la ubicación, a 3 minutos de Dotonbori y a 5-7 de la estación de namba que se usa para prácticamente todos los puntos turísticos de Osaka. Se puede fumar en ciertas habitaciones y eso se agradece porque en Japón es complicado. La habitación más o menos como todas, algo pequeña pero te acostumbras. El personal muy amable nos ayudó bastante con el tema de las maletas y tal. Y lo más importante tiene un family mart justo en la planta baja del hotel !!

Por fuera no tiene muy buena impresión, pero por dentro está bastante bien

The bathroom was excellent, but the rest of it needs a Reno. And the owners would know this!! And that’s fine. Location is the strength. It just needs a makeover.

Es limpio, habitaciones espaciosas y la mesa de shampoo, colas, mascarillas etc es excelente.

Por error mi habitación estaba en nivel de fumadores y en los pasillos el olor era totalmente insoportable.

My daughter and I had a great stay with no issues. Free toiletries on offer. Comfortable bedding. Hot shower. Friendly and accomodating staff. Popular area with lots of fashion and restaurants.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Bars, Clubs und Shops in der Nähe. Von der Metro ca 8 Minuten Fussweg. Zimmer zwar klein aber das ist ja fast überall so. Hatten die Rucksäcke unter dem Schreibtisch. Waren im 9 Stock und es war im Zimmer ruhig. Betten bequem und sauber. Supermarkt direkt am Hotel und im 4 Stock gibts eine Mikrowelle mit Backofen und Automaten. Um die Stadt zu erkunden fand ich das Hotel super für den Preis.

TV vor dem Fenster unpraktisch muss man zum öffnen wegdrehen. Fenster foliert daher muss man es öffnen um raus zu gucken. Gibt noch vorhesetzte klare Fenster.

Fate attenzione quando prenotate a non prendere una stanza nel piano fumatori, ho dormito 5 giorni con una puzza terribile in camera!! (La finestra non si può aprire)

Servizi ottimi, danno la possibilità di prendere tantissimo campioncini di qualsiasi genere da portare in camera, camera per standard giapponese era di grandezza accettabile.

Súper buena ubicación. Habitación muy espaciosa para ser Japón. Ducha muy moderna, con varias posiciones y muy buena presión. Personal muy agradable.

walking distance to dotonbori, there is a lawson family mart next door walking distance to train station/subway. it has a laundry area on the 4th floor, was able to do my laundry.

room was kind of small but it was ok. every time you go out, you will need to leave your key in the reception area.

Bathroom Was on the smaller side but the onsen facilities were amazing which made up for that

대욕장과 피부 마사지기는 정말 최대의 장점이예요. 직원분들도 너무친절하시고 5개월만에재방문했습니다. 다음번에도 또 가고싶구요.

Room was in decent size, able to open a big luggage while still have ample walkway. It has onsen facility too. New towels given everyday. It’s walking distance to the nearby Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi street. Lots of different convenience stores too. Its within the American town and so western choices of food are available too

Minor hallway noise, but otherwise quiet.

Small business hotel room but just fine when you're out and about every day. Very happy with the location for quick access to Dotonbori and Amerikamura areas and yet very quiet too. Compared to the other hotels that we used (3 and 4*) it had the best provision of extra amenities such as body moisturiser, drip coffee sachets, spectacle cleaners and heaps of other items.

To be able to open a window for fresh air would've been good, but I understand that for safety reasons maybe it's not possible.

El tamaño de la habitación fue una gran sorpresa, era muy grande comparada con las de Tokyo y Kyoto. Las lavadoras con monedas nos apañaron la colada. Tener un kombini justo debajo fue muy útil para desayunos y postres antes de ir a dormir. La zona no me encantó, pero está bien. El baño público es básico y algo 'retro' pero está bien. Lo volvería a elegir como hotel en el futuro.
