Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The staff were friendly and very apologetic.
Very disappointing because they messed up my booking and gave away my room. Even after they sent several follow ups that my booking got confirmed when I got there from the airport they took 15 mins just to find the booking and then told me they made a mistake and gave my room away. I had to find another place to stay after.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The hotel was nothing like the reviews, it had a weird cable sticking out one of the walls, it seemed it had not sound insulation and most of all, the receptionist was super passive. We arrived at 12h ( check-in was at 14h) and the receptionist didn't even tell us we could leave the luggage with them, didn't give us te recommendations, didn't care at all. She was just like "come back at 14h". The worst customer service we received in Vietnam
