Star Serviced Suite KLCC

La situación, las piscinas, el check in fue rápido, lo llamamos al teléfono y estaba allí esperando, tuvimos que dejar una fianza que nos la dio la noche antes de irnos porque salíamos al día siguiente pronto. Enfrente hay un pequeño callejón con comida callejera.

La poca comunicación con el anfitrión, le escribíamos y nos respondía prácticamente al día siguiente, por ejemplo le pedimos toallas de mano y nunca nos la dió, antes de ir, le escribí para preguntar si tenían toallas para la piscina y me respondieron que SI. Cuando llegamos no vimos ninguna toalla, le escribí y me respondió varias horas más tarde diciendo que las toallas del baño eran las que teníamos que utilizar para la piscina. Las normas de la vivienda pone que hay que dejar la casa limpia si no hay que pagar una penalización y no teníamos ni una balleta para limpiar la encimera. También se lo escribí para que nos diera alguna y nunca nos escribió.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura due volte ( in due diversi appartamenti) per pochi giorni. La seconda volta, pur avendo richiesto 4 letti, ne erano presenti solo 3, rendendo scomodo il soggiorno ( anche gli asciugamani erano solo 3). Posizione perfetta in centro e comoda a tutti i servizi. Piscina, palestra ottime. Ascensore rapido. Bella vista sulle Petronas. Check in rapido.

The property is great, amazing facilities and location.

Check in was a nightmare. Fuad was terrible, really poor comms and turned up over 1.5hrs late and was not apologetic at all and even tried to blame us.

The hotel was truly wonderful! Mr. Sharif extended a warm welcome with his hospitality and exceptional service. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities and the location were all perfect. The view from the rooftop was also extraordinary.amazing!!

La piscina sul tetto e la vista sulle Petronas Towers. L'appartamento è spazioso (una camera molto grande, mentre la seconda è angusta). Possibilità di deposito bagagli.

Manca di cura (fili penzolanti degli attacchi dei lampadari , mobile della tv un po' precario, pareti non pulite), con qualche accorgimento sarebbe molto meglio. Nel corridoio si sentiva un odore sgradevole

Services pas à la hauteur - pas de personnel : nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour le Check-in N’avons pas eu le logement réservé la première nuit (3 couchages + un matelas au sol pour 5 personnes). Il a fallu réclamer un second matelas à mettre au sol - changement d’appartement le lendemain et nous avons déménagé un matelas 5 ascenseurs, 1 en panne, 1 parfois non fonctionnel et énormément de trafic donc bcp d’attente De plus, les cartes ne fonctionnent pas ou très mal dans l’ascenseur et à l’entrée de l’appartement Pas de petit déjeuner à proximité

El ascensor tardaba una eternidad, niños, salpicando y tirando hamacas en la piscina tanto en la planta baja como en la del ártico. Poco jabón y champú.

Llegamos y no teniamos habitación. Nos metieron en una que no era la nuestra. Quedamos a las 8:00 del dia siguiente, se presentaron una hora más tarde, la habitación seguía sin preparar y encima salió un trabajador que estaba durmiendo en la cama. Increible!!!. Nunca me había ocurrido. Además la habitación seguía sin ser la contratada. No salía casi agua para ducharte. Toallas insuficiente, eramos 4 personas. Colas que salían hasta la calle para coger el ascensor a ciertas horas. Todo ésto lo hubiese perdonado si la entrada hubiese sido la correcta. Fotos compartidas con atencion al cliente de booking

Les ascenseurs vraiment lent, le manque de personnalité de l’appartement ( aucune déco, juste les meuble stratégique et c’est tout, canapé bancale, clic-clac abimé, trace de brulure sur les meuble et le parquet ). Le contact de la résidence n’est vraiment pas réactif sur WhatsApp, lis les messages mais ne réponds pas. Accueil vraiment négligé lors du check-in.

Trop d'attente aux ascenseurs et carte qui ne fonctionnait souvent pas. Personnel peu aimable Attention une caution est demandée à l'arrivée uniquement en cash. Pas assez de transats à la piscine. Manque de serviettes pour la piscine.

De ligging van de torens is heel centraal. Metrostation KLCC is om de hoek. Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras met zwembad en vanuit ons appartement op de 41e verdieping was vet!!

Het rook heel erg naar riolering in het appartement.

The location was perfect, close to the Petronas Towers, short walk to the metro and shopping centres. The pools were fantastic, and the views were awesome.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was brilliant. Walking distance to KLCC and train station. 5 mins walk from K avenue. Could get hair, nails done there. There is an escape room there. Short drive to pavilion and TRX. Supermarket nearby 2 mins walk away. The rooms were clean and as valued. Towels, toothbrush soap and shampoo provided. Loved the washing machine. No dryer though. The pool was great. Very decent length.

The lifts took super long. And parking isn’t free though is cap at 16RM.

Amazing rooftop view

This was the best end to our holiday, we had a 3 bedroom suite - lovely rooms with a stunning view of the towers. The facilities are amazing, we had access to both pools as well as a gym, a restaurant on level 6 with great breakfast and a coffee shop on the bottom floor. Check-in experience was great, and very well organized with room deposit etc. Highly recommend

Basic tea and coffee in the room would have just topped this amazing stay off.

The location of the building is excellent, you can walk to the Petronas towers in less than 10min. Also the view from the swimming up at the top is great.

The whole check in and out process is not only weird, but a mess. It is supposed to be a hotel, there is a front desk, but there are always people tha feel suspicious asking for the passport, deposit money, and they are not so easy to contact, everything is via Whatsapp. They say they work for booking.com, but it just feels very uncomfortable.

El edificio es muy bonito, las areas comunes como piscina y la terraza del ultimo piso son hermosas. La zona donde esta es muy céntrica, lo que es muy comodo para salir a comprar o caminar

Requiere mantenimiento, las habitaciones tenían problemas con las cortinas por lo que la vista, no la tienes en realidad por que no las podías abrir. Hay partes rotas y que necesitan mantenimiento. La cocina no estaba para nada equipada, no se puede cocinar por que no hay cosas suficientes para poder hacerlo. En nuestro caso una de la habitaciones tenia una cama doble a la que solo se podía acceder por los pies de la cama, por que de los costados no había espacio. Cuando hice la reserva era para 5 personas, pero finalmente el departamento era para 4 y uno de mis hijos le dejaron un colchón en el suelo para solucionarlo. Es la segunda vez que vamos, la vez anterior faltaban cosas y se notaba la falta de mantenimiento pero esta vez ya fue excesivo. Es lamentable por que tiene potencial para ser un buen lugar.
