Le monsieur qu’ont a eu au téléphone très sympa, les sécurité de la résidence des amours quand on est arrivé on ne savait pas comment faire pour accéder à l’appartement donc il ont appeler le propriétaire avec nous et nous on aidez. Ils sont très accueillant. La résidence est tranquille on a les place juste en bas pour la voiture qu’ont a pu garer juste devant. Il y avait un ascenseur avec les valises top. La chambre est propre les lits sont confortables. Il n’y avait pas de Clim mais franchement il faisait bon. En voiture on était à côté de tous sa c’était top!!

Dommage que la douche quand on se laver il y en avait de partout. C’est pour ça qu’il y avait une raclette dans la douche ce qu’ont a pas compris au début ahah.

Très belle chambre, propre et confortable. Excellent emplacement, proche du centre-ville de Rabat. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. Merci pour votre accueil, je recommande vivement ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

De host annuleert je zonder pardon. Bij aankomst had ik stress omdat ik geen verblijf had met twee kinderen.

Nous avons réservé et confirmé notre réservation à l’avance. Pourtant, à notre arrivée le jour prévu, le propriétaire a refusé de nous accueillir sans nous proposer de solution. Cette situation nous a causé beaucoup de stress et nous a fait perdre du temps. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en raison du manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme.

I booked this property expecting to stay at the advertised location. Unfortunately, the host never provided us with the exact address. Instead, he redirected us to a lowered studio on Laakari Street, about a 5‑minute walk away from the original listing. This was misleading and disappointing, as it was not what we reserved. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver the promised accommodation makes me unable to recommend this place.

À noter que la location se trouve chez l'habitant. On dispose d'un espace privé avec la chambre et la salle de bain. C'est très propre et très confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition.

In der Nähe des Bades gab es einen großen Schimmelfleck und das Bett war sehr hart.

عندما حجزت الغرفة ارسل المالك لي رسالة يطلب إلغاء الحجز من قبلي بحجة أن العرب لا يناسبهم السكن مع عائلة رغم عدم وجود أي مانع لدي وسبق لي السكن مع العديد من العوائل المضيافة والطيبة في تعاملهم

المالك عنصري ولا يسكن العرب بحجة أن لديه غرفة بداخل شقة ولم يمكنني من استلام الغرفة رغم أن حجزي مؤكد وأجبرني على إلغاء الحجز

Très bon emplacement. Quartier et Résidence très propre. Appartement au top. Chambre avec salle de bain bien aménagée et très propre. M.Mohamed,Le hôte, est très gentil et très disponible. J' y reviendrai la prochaine fois.

Nice host, comfortable bed, TV with Netlix. We had a nice stay in general.

When we took shower, there was no curtain so the water spilled all over the room. There was also no AC there.

We had awful experience with the owner. We ended up in shared apartment with 2 guys both brothers though there was no mention of sharing apartment. We were constantly been told off to lower our voices , close the doors, shut the lights even in the morning after 8am. We will be very careful in the future renting an apartment and definitely not this one at all

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Le logement était très propre, avec une chambre et un lit particulièrement confortables. Les équipements étaient complets, notamment la Wi-Fi et la télévision, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, situé à environ 20 minutes à pied de la médina, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la confiance accordée par l’hôte. La résidence est sécurisée, dans un environnement calme, et il a été facile de se garer à proximité, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous sommes donc très satisfaits de cette location et la recommandons sans hésitation.

La habitación era grande, pero eché en falta alguna silla un colgador de pared, las camas estupendas

Due letti singoli che non si possono unire ma non è stato un grande problema. Manca un box doccia o una mastra per contenere l’acqua perché durante la doccia si allagava tutto e bisognava continuamente spingere l’acqua verso lo scarico con una scopa apposita. Inoltre c’era solo una gruccia e non avevano modo di appendere altri vestiti.

Très grande chambre dans une résidence très propre. L’accès se fait via un appartement habitée mais cela ne pose pas de problème.

Fui muito bem recebido pelo anfitrião. O imóvel é bem localizado, limpo, bem confortável, aconchegante e atende a qualquer necessidade. Em relação aos anfitriões, são extremamente honestos hospitaleiros, gentis e confiáveis. Enfrentei problemas no Marrocos com a perda do meu passaporte e tive que ir para Rabat para me apresentar ao consulado brasileiro e depois a polícia para registrar a ocorrência. Eu tive todo o suporte dos anfitriões nessa dificuldade que enfrentei. Foram super solícitos e fizeram de bom grado, sem me cobrar nada por isso, surpreendendo me positivamente. São pessoas muito boas que cuidaram de mim e sou muito grato a elas. Eles merecem 10 estrelas porque 5 é muito pouco.

Gostei de tudo. Não há reclamação algum a fazer.

The whole property is excellent & clean room Totally recommended

A very comfortable apartment in a convenient location. I had my own spacious room with a private bathroom. It was peaceful in the apartment and the owners were super friendly and made me feel at home. I could use their fridge, and they offered me the possibility to use the kitchen. They also gave me good tips on moving around Rabat. I would very much recommend the place for solo travellers and couples.

Its a room in flat, where a friendly man lives in. The room itsself was clean and nice.

We didn’t have any toilet paper and no wifi (the password was supposed to be in the room, though it unfortunately wasn’t). Communication with the owner wasn’t great.

The Apartment!

No airco.

We booked this place for two nights, but the day before they told us that the room wasn’t available and they offered us another place to stay. The other place wasn’t even close to the first one, the room had two separate beds (and we asked for a king size), it was very dirty (full of ants) and we were outside of the Medina, not a nice position. So we had to find a Riad to ourselves and we actually got really lucky finding one. We went to Riad Safia which I strongly recommend to everyone who visit Rabat.

Modern appartement near centre. Good bed and bathroom. Warm welcome. Also nice to meet hosts. Very helpful and interesting to talk with young educated marrocans. It is easy to reach centre with tram. Great bedding.

The house design is very cool and classy the owner is very helpful it was my first time to book in that kind of rooms and i was super surprised its not a room its more its a building that u can do everything freely i really like it better than hotel .in that building u found what u cant found in hotel
