Cosy wooden looking floor, it’s the best and coziest home we have stayed in Paradigm so far! Felt so comfortable when we reached the unit everyday!

I liked how clean the apartment was. It was aesthetically pretty too! The room came with functional utilities. The check in was also smooth and easy. The staff respond promptly and kindly too. Would recommend to my family and friends!

Pleasant property. Feels like at home. All facilities were good and completed.

Nothing so far except for the television apps which is minor issue and host have looked into it asap. Tq

The space, the cleanliness, good for big family stay

Its so beautiful and cosy apartment! would definitely return! 💯 recommended!

Everything else was great except the water pressure from the rain shower.

1. Fast response by hosts to questions and requests. 2. Wonderful location 3. Excellent View (high floor) 4. Sauna is available in the building, though we didn't try.

1. Because of the high floor, and many residents, taking the lift up and down is slow. 2. If you are driving, need to navigate carefully, otherwise it is some distance to drive between the mall's carpark to the residence carpark, even though they are just beside each other.

Clean

Property was spotless…! Conveniently located.

Tat awkward having to walk down the ramp after hours to access Hyatt place

Nice home deco, clean and well-maintained. Spacious too. Love how they prepared the room - aircon was switched on and room smell wonderful when we checked in. Gave a good impression- Communication was on point from the start till end.

flooring in one room need to be fixed, they were receptive to this feedback. thanks

Great location. Right above paradigm mall. Host was helpful. Family friendly. I enjoyed the mahjong game they had in their apartment. Would definitely come back again.

The room is very clean and great service! Great place to stat for a short family trip

Extra bedsheet and blanket covers shall be provided in the room together with extra beds.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was in pristine condition. Honestly the best apartment i've stayed at thus far. The mattress was soft and comfortable for all three rooms. Hope it stays that way in time to come. 2 thumbs up!!

The unit is exceptional. Very very clean. The interior was so nice! its same as what been shared in the photo. I also want to thank the host who assist me (the admin) was great in provided us the side by side parking and closer to the entrance. This us actually a special arrangement once they know we come with two cars. Beside that, my husband who ride a bike also have a Residence motorbike parking - have a high security to kept the bike overnight there.

It’s not i dislike but maybe could improve their wifi connection as its not strong enough to cover the whole floor. The smart tv if its not function well maybe could consider an Astro as the room TV are not be able to watch due to low wifi coverage.

Everything goes smoothly for our stay. Very detailed information was given before our arrival. Beautiful house and nice view as per description, super clean house and now one of our fav unit as we often stay @ Paradigm Residence. Everything is amazing, my family had a really good time. Extra bed, pillow and comfortor provided are all in very2 good condition. Will definitely be back! Keep it up

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, and the host made sure we felt right at home. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and newly furnished.

There is nothing I don’t like.

Location & cleanest

Bedroom a bit small

The location was conveniently located above the mall and the accommodation was well-equipped and comfortable for my family with 3 kids.

The place is perfect for our family. House is beautiful. All facilities tip top

We couldn’t find anything wrong with the place. Easy check in/out.

Everything is nice. The facility is there and anything works properly.

The Shower room didn't have doors to separate the wet and dry areas

Everything! Its new, perfect location, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive!

Clean and comfort, the environment so nice and very convenient to shopping

Quite hard to find the place and the parking for elder people cause is booking for my Uncle and Aunty, and also too complecated for check out.
