Es war leider nicht sehr sauber, habe auch eine Kakerlake im Aufenthaltsraum gesehen.

Great hostel in a very central location in KL. The place is clean and well maintained, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travellers.

The area around the hostel is not the most ideal in the evening, as some parts can feel quite dark and quiet at night.

Cozy and quiet place, friendly and helpful staff, very clean .There is a construction site next to the hostel and it’s a bit dirty, but overall, it is very quiet inside the building itself.

the reception staff was so lovely and helpful ! the rooms were nice and spacious , and it had a roof top as well ! there was books to read and places to sit in a communal area , the room had a plug socket and wire which was good

area wasn’t so great but there is a train station close to get to and the malls are just a short walk , also there is a shop and pharmacy just behind so you can quickly grab stuff

Je trouvais qu'il y avais peu de chose à part un lit avec un rideau, peu d'espace commun. J'ai trouvé ça chère pour la prestation bien que le prix soit bas.

the reception was so patient and gentle，and he was not disturb the customers when we need in the outside. And all i can see was very clean. I sleeped so good in here . Most time is quiet although the outside had the construction project.

Highly recommended to stay here! safe place to stay for solo backpacker. Bonus its located in heart of city. Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Sg. Wang Plaza, Low Yat Plaza, Lot 10 (Bukit Bintang area) and Monorel. Facilities in the room: pillow with blanket. Make sure to bring your own towel & toiletries. Other facilities: Wifi, hot water, Iron & etc

Le personnel et le gérant sont adorables, compréhensifs, d’excellents conseils et très aidant en répondant à toutes mes questions par messages rapidement ou en direct. Super rapport qualité/prix ! Les portes d’entrée et des dortoirs s’ouvrent avec une clés numériques pour la sécurité. Le casier dans l’espace du lit est super pratique! La clim fonctionne très bien dans le dortoir. Les douches sont spacieuses et il y a toujours du savon, shampooing et pour les toilettes du papier. La cuisine est équipée correctement avec un grand frigo.

Le matelas commence à être vieux car un creux se forme au milieu, malgré tout j’ai bien dormi tout le long de mon séjour. Des serviettes en papier seraient appréciables dans la cuisine. À savoir que les serviettes de bain sont en suppléments.

This was my first time in Malaysia, and I just chose a place to stay without doing much research, but luckily this place is very close to the city center and train stations, making transportation very convenient. I stayed here for 3 nights and was very satisfied. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

实在是太难找了。没有门头，留的电话也打不通。在周围转了好久。问了无数个人都说不知道。建议在门口加个招牌

Très bien situé près d’un quartier très vivant. Le personnel très gentil. Les compartiments avec le lit sont très bien et les rideaux bien occultants. Point bonus pour le rangement individuels qui se ferme avec un code.

gros bémols pour les sanitaires… pas souvent très propres malheureusement… et le jet de la douche est très faible rendant les douches pas très agréables. De plus il n’y à aucune aération dans les sanitaires ce qui fait qu’après une douche il faut de suite très chaud!

Personnel très arrangeant et agréable, lit confortable et rideau pour l'intimité, très propre.

Les toilettes sentent toujours le pipi. Un des lits était tellement renfoncés, ils ont acceptés de me changer de lit et l’autre était bien.

Not possible to open windows in the rooms, so the air smelled really bad. Also, the social aspect is simply not there.

Solid stay. I slept very well, it is very cosy and comfortable. There are things that could be better but for the price it is good.

Mala som hornú posteľ, kde ma trošku vyrušovalo svetlo keďže dolné postele sú viacej odolnejšie proti svetlu ako tie horné, Len niečo načo by si mali ľudia ktorý potrebujú úplnú tmu na zaspanie dávali pozor pri výbere posteli už na samotnom ubytovaní 😊

Sauber Dachterrasse Nettes Personal Gute Lage (China Town, Malls, Batu caves)

Es gibt kein Handtuch zum Duschen Sobald die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist macht jeder was er will. Sprich laute Musik im Aufenthaltsbereich bis nach 0 Uhr, was beim schlafen stört. Eigenständiges einchecken nach 0 Uhr ohne jegliche Rücksichtnahme. (Z.B. mit Stöckelschuhen im Zimmer rumlaufen obwohl Schuhverbot ist) Habe allgemein sehr wenig und schlecht geschlafen. Aber positiv die Mitarbeiter haben reagiert als eine auch noch anfing nachts Chips zu essen, im dorm zu telefonieren und stundenlang ohne Kopfhörer reels zu gucken.

Mattress sagged in the middle. Nowhere to sit and read as loud music in reception or on their phone. 2 showers and 2 toilets for this floor. In a bit of a rundown area with smelly rubbish in the alleys

It’s a really clean place to start with, appreciated the free coffee and tea by the kitchen. The location is perfect in the sense you are literally in the middle of the center without having to hear any noises of this. The locker they provide is quite spacious and can set a pin on spot.

The beds are not fully tight to the wall so every time someone uses their lamp at night you are also bothered by it. Also, no curtains on windows to block morning sunlight. I met lovely people there but the hostel itself is not social, and atmosphere feels kinda awkward at times, when there’s no background music and everyone keeps just quiet in the common room.

Clean and the staff membres were very accomodating since I came after checking hours.

The top bunk bed was a bit hard to access. The Space in the room was tight.

I really like the staff. He was very helpful. Bedroom and bedroom are so clean.

There was only a small sign at the entrance, so I got lost at first. The stair steps are quite high, so be careful when carrying big luggage.

Both of the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I only met Giko once but Vivi was always very kind and respectful.

While there amazingly well thought details at this relatively new hostel, there are things I did not like about it. Positives..beds have curtains. There is a new microwave and kettle available for use. There are sufficient numbers of garbage bins which is super important at hostels. Negatives...when you arrive for check in even when the receptionist is present (until 19:00) the entry and front desk area very dark depressing. The blanket they provide is not washed everyday for the next person's use and it made of fleece. No cotton cover for the blanket. I stayed at the female dorm. The "window" in the room was not technically possibly to close and shut. The outer shutter was open. The gap of the inside window was big enough for anything to get inside not just mosquitoes. There is no mosquito net. So basically sleeping outside exposed. It is a huge neglect on the owner's part. Who wants to be bitten by mosquitoes let alone travelers without local's immunity? Staff mentioned they have a spray for mosquitoes. Well the spray can't do anything since the window lets air in and it won't be doing anything to the mosquitoes. This lack of care cancelled out all the good things about the hostel. Also P.S. Unless you are female who enjoys going to India or Bangladesh and walking though men-only roads, I do not recommend staying here. The area feels like you are India or Bangladesh.

Not a social hostel but it has everything you need

Location is great, close to the touristic area in Kuala Lumpur center. And if you would like to take a walk to some area, this hostel is perfect. What I liked the most is the balcony on the rooftop, where I spend a great time with my friend, planning for the next step of our trip and just chill. The toilet and shower area is also clean but the shower is a bit lack of space for me as I am kind of a big person. There are also a lot of Chinese restaurant nearby in walkable distance. Highly recommend!

the front office is not 24/7 but no worries for the late check-in, they will always send you a message about how to do the checkin by yourself. It is okay la

En general todo me gustó. Había pedido una cama en habitación que anunciaba ventana a la calle. Me dieron una más pequeña y sin ventana. Reclamé y el chico de la recepción me cambio sin problema a una grande con ventana. Todo bien. Lo único es que me pareció que no estaba mucho tiempo en la recepción durante el día porque le vi poco. Tambien me gustó que está cerca de la estación de Imbi. Y en zona de restaurantes.

El hostel está bien de instalaciones, pero le falta decoración que alegre la estancia tiene unas paredes que invitan a colgar detalles, pintar algún mural...

Walkable location very close to Bukit Bintang. Women's dorm room and common area was clean, the air conditioning was powerful and a welcome reprieve from the Malaysian heat. Lockers provided above the bed was quite large, enough to store a medium backpack. Thick curtains for privacy, created a cosy little nook. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful.

Doesn't quite live up to the price point. Although the facilities are good enough for a night or so, it doesn't feel like a professional hostel, but rather like a small renovated floor with rooms turned into dorms. It's considerably smaller and more packed than the photos depict, with not too much space for luggage in the rooms and 6-8 bunks crammed against the walls. The stairs up to the hostel look nothing like in the photo either and I was not shown the rooftop access, might have been closed when I was there. Greeted by a mess of shoes that rather stink up the entrance. This place is only a short 10 minute walk from the center of KL; despite that the area itself has a very seedy vibe. Located in a dirty back alley overrun with trash and doesn't feel very safe to walk to at night. Some concerns for privacy/security: You have to walk through the whole common area to access the showers and toilets which are unisex/shared. I woke up early to catch a flight (around 5AM) to find the door to the female dorms was open/unlocked. There was also a random man asleep in the common area who woke up a few minutes after I saw him. I asked him if he was a staff member and said he was a guest, but I have no idea why a guest would be sleeping in the common area. It's possible there are innocent explanations for both things and he was civil with me and left shortly after. Still, the whole situation left me feeling really weird because of the opportunity for things to go wrong. I would caution solo female travellers for this reason. Reception is not available 24/7; I met a guest who was stranded after hours and couldn't get help, so keep that in mind as well.

Don't be fooled by the area, the hostel was very good and reliable! The staff was very helpful and the hostel was always tidy.

Not that social if you're looking for that! People just seemed to come and go.

Location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy to do laundry and bathrooms are often super clean as there were not many people staying.

This is advertised as a social hostel but there was very little opportunity for socialising as the space didnt allow and there werent many people staying. I chose a 10-bed mixed dorm which has never been an issue for me, however on night it was only myself and one guy who was trying very hard to convince me we should connect physically. The hostel is not staffed besides 10am-6pm so there was noone that could help me with the awkward situation. I would suggest that having one male and one female in a room is a terrible idea.
