wonderful layout and deco and furnishings. feel homely. will definitely stay again for the accommodations and ambience, in the near future and recommend to my friends and colleagues.

the waiting time to checked in, as my access to my email account was on another mobile which I didn't brought along with me, plus it was in Singapore. the communication process was a bit annoying. overall a learning experience.

Nordic style, well-equipped with high chair for children, bathtub with educational toys, interesting books such as travel, monopoly games. Shampoo and body wash provided. Disposable toothbrush and towels. Very comfortable. Decoration, lights so cool

Overall like. Just could be better - tea, sugar as part of beverage. Provide rugs outside the bathroom so we can have clean feet. Currently 4 dining chairs…. Would be great to have another 2 chairs. Have bread toaster.

location is good near mid valley and the apartment is very clean and cozy will come back to stay again

The room itself was great, the owner spent a good amount of effort decorating and maintaining it, so when you are inside the room it’s really comfortable and relaxing, there are also many good restaurants around the area that you can reach by car in under 5min (Yakumo ramen, Project smokes, hai kah lang, bb bakery)

There is only one gate key, so if your family wish to split up you have to think about how to keep the door lock in case someone in the unit needs to leave for emergencies, the walkway, lift lobby and general shared facilities are not well maintained, and the location of the apartment make it difficult to travel out without booking a ride (not walkable)

Effective communication with the host. Had issue with carpark re-entry but it was handled quickly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Location was perfect. So close to Midvalley South Key mall. Finally, we felt very safe with the security in place.

The BEST apartment in Mosaic Midvalley Southkey! Well decorated, clean and cosy. Almost all electrical needed was given. It felt like home away from home. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

The space is clean and tidy. The response between guest and customer service is great too! They went extra mile for every single question and assistance that I needed. Good space for big family!

There’s only one access card and a set of key which makes it difficult if one of us wanna go to the gym or out. The towel should be given extra and a dryer in the apartment would be a plus point as there’s no room service to change our towel daily.

Spacious and clean apartment with a modern layout. The living room was comfortable, beds were decent, and the bathtub was a nice bonus. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive.

Apartment was nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. Was overall clean and well-kept. Amenities like kitchen utensils, clothes hangers and washing machine were adequate. View on 21st floor was great.

Security was poor - we received the key to another apartment at check-in! Only 1 towel per person for 3 days of stay, refused to spare one more. Toilet paper was at 30% at check-in.

Although the location is very close to the mid valley south key mall, the way getting there is a bit difficult as you need to navigate thru a very busy road. A bit dangerous to cross

The bathroom is slippery. We had to move the anti slip mat around so that we won’t fall especially after coming out of the shower area. There was no door for the shower area, so the water splashed out, which made the floor more slippery.

One of the most comfortable and beautifully decorated apartments we have stayed in JB, you can tell the owner put in much effort through the details in each room and corner. The apartment was clean, and fully equipped, the bedding was just rice and the water pressure works perfectly too. Great location since most of our activities are around the vicinity. Will be back for sure.

the renovation of the house is amazing, my family loves the vibe and rooms. the view of the house is fabulous as well.

However, the soundproofing of the house is bad. Especially when it's raining and when upstair neighbours are walking, my family all woke up because the heavy rain hitting on the window.

The place was comfortable and clean the moment you stepped in. The entire stay was great, and the host was helpful and responsive

Love the cosy vibes of this lovely apartment! Tastefully designed and super well thought of by owners to have everything you need in the apartment. Furnishings were great, comfy beds, pillows and even sofas! Not your typical Airbnb kind of stay. They even provide a foldable bath tub, super great plus if you are traveling with babies or toddlers. Even my daughter is singing praises about this space. Highly recommended!

The QR code used for access is not working too well with the security team at the guardhouse. We will have to keep registering whenever we leave the building....

Just felt very comfortable when we were there. The place is clean and cosy. The 1.2m infinity pool is a plus.
