شقة وصخة ويوجد حشرات فيها وجود عفن و النمل مليان وريحة ادوات الطبخ اجيب القرف وخدمة التنظيف تعبانة ول ينظفون شي وكذلك لايوجد سفتي بوكس لوضع اغراضك يعني اليوم الي ينظفون لك تشيل معك كل فلوسك واغراضك وانا اسافر كثير وسكنت في اماكن اقل تقييما بس مثل وصاخة هشقة ماشفت حرام الصراحة فيها المبلغ الي دفعتة

While the location is great, the customer service was awful. A week before arriving, I requested an extra crib for my 8-month-old twins (our booking already included one free crib). First, they confirmed it. Then, they changed it to an extra bed. When we arrived after a long flight with exhausted babies, the staff and manager refused to honor their messages and demanded we pay for both the extra bed and the free crib. The manager even threatened to withhold our room if we didn’t pay. In the end, we didn't get our free crib. They also tried to falsely charge us for our "free" shuttle, and the room's shampoo/conditioner bottles weren't refilled. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other places nearby with the same views but much better customer service.

Reviewed May 20, 2026The house is clean, very neat, and strategically facing towards the town where you can enjoy the fireworks every night. They have airport transfer service too for VND250k. There is a mart next door until 3am.
We were not informed that we have to pay some deposits to use the iron. It was not even indicated in the booking details. The iron is listed in the amenities, so to our understanding, generally with the other previous bookings, the iron is available at the premise and we are free to use it. We had to wait for the staff to deliver it to us the next morning after numbers of texts and calls. We told the owner that our itinerary starts at 7am the next day, but the staff only came at almost 9am. We have wasted a few hours! PLEASE, list down all of the amenities that require deposits on the booking page next time.

Le ménage est clairement à revoir. On m’a assuré que les draps étaient changés entre les réservations mais j’ai de sérieux doutes… des cheveux à plusieurs endroits du lit ainsi que des taches fraîches sur les draps. Nous avons tout enlevé et dormi sur nos serviettes directement sur le matelas.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Bà nào muốn xem pháo hoa thì nhất định phải book ở đây nha. Giá rẻ và view cực đỉnh. Ấn tượng nhất là mấy bạn ở đây cực kỳ nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ rất tốt. Phòng rộng rãi , đẹp và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Sẽ có phòng view núi và view biển tuỳ nhu cầu mấy bà nha. Nhưng view nào cũng xịn thật sự. Nhận phòng mà cả nhà tui ai cũnh wow và tiếc vì không book phòng bên đây từ sớm. Bà nào còn phân vân thì yên tâm book phòng nha. Tui ở Phú Quốc 3 đêm 3 nơi để trải nghiệm nhưng đây là phòng rẻ 1 nửa so với 2 ks còn lại mà view xịn không hề kém nha. Có thể nói thành công nhất trong chuyến đi này là tui chọn đúng phòng ở đây. Không có gì để chê luôn ạ.

Staff who could not be bothered helping made it feel like hard work!!! Water should come every day - doesn’t you have chase it! They tell you to book days in advance for cleaning then want to do it that same day cause it suits them!!! Staff need to remember we are their customers!!!! Pool “lifeguard “ a JOKE!!! He’s a Lazy kid who spends his time on his phone with friends or use walkie talkie to other lazy kids who are life guards at other hotels roof top pools!!! Kids jumping in dangerously on strangers in pool & it’s just accidents waiting to happen & makes pool not only dangerous but impossible to enjoy!!!!

Terrible check in experience. No facilities eg no breakfast area, no laundry service etc. Alarm went off one morning before 7am. We were ordered to evacuate. Had no idea why. No one one in the lobby explaining what was happening. We found out someone had burnt food in their kitchen and so smoke alarm was activated so in that way they were very safety conscious and got everyone out although we were sure not many people even bothered to leave their rooms.

Удобная локация - выходишь сразу к канатной дороге, совсем рядом аренда байков, а возле входа магазин, работающий до 3 ночи. Есть небольшая кухня с плитой и большой холодильник, есть утюг, фен и стиральная машина, в наличии мультиварка и микроволновка. На крыше огромный бассейн ( но мало лежаков), джакузи со всегда холодной водой, открывается вид на оба шоу, если успеете занять себе место). Уборка раз в 2 дня, очень качественная. Персонал выше похвал - отзывчивые, готовы помочь, все покажут и расскажут.
Апартаменты и вправду очень хороши, но не за такую цену, совсем не уровень Вьетнама. Нет сейфа даже на ресепшене

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Gia đình mình đã có kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt vời tại Luna Sol. Vị trí của căn hộ vô cùng tiện lợi, gần siêu thị. Phòng mình view thẳng ra Kiss Bridge, ngắm biển, pháo hoa và toàn cảnh Sunset town rất tuyệt vời. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có máy giặt và chỗ phơi đồ. Gia đình mình được hỗ trợ check in sớm và check out trễ 1 tiếng so với giờ quy định. Mình highly recommend chỗ ở này cho những gia đình đi chung với nhau. Cảm ơn Luna Sol vì kỳ nghĩ thật tuyệt vời.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Little cozy balkony overlooking the kiss bridge and evening fireworks. Very nice and helpful manager - good communication, responded to our request immediately. Very nice rooftop swimming pool with amazing views.
No complaints about the accommodation, we just did not like the Sunset Town as such - crazy, noisy place. Plus you have to use Grab to get to the beach which - together with payments for sunbeds and umbrella - makes the stay quite pricey.

Ants so many ants real problem with ants!! Only given one cup for a family but used bathroom cups so was ok. Never no space on rooftop pool no wear to sit no beds.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Das beste an dieser Unterkunft ist tatsächlich die Lage - vor allem sollte man sich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick organisieren, um das Feuerwerk genießen zu können. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch.
Man konnte sehen, dass das Zimmer schon bessere Tage gesehen hat, aber nicht falsch verstehen, es war trotzdem sauber und komfortabel. Es gab leider wieder keine richtige Rezeption bzw. saß da nur die Security, die kein Englisch verstand. Ich hatte dazu leider schlechte Erfahrungen in Ho Chi Minh Stadt. Aber zum Glück ließen sich die Ansprechpartner sehr gut via WhatsApp erreichen und haben auch schnell reagiert.

Nothing, just abit of confusion when we arrived as there are 2 blocks. The guard at the lobby directed us to the wrong building but it was no big deal, its just next block.
