Reviewed Sep 17, 2026موظفة الاستقبال اتوقع اسمها هاجر .. وقت الدخول 4:00 م لم يتم تسجيل دخول الا الساعه 4:50 م بسبب عدم وجودها في الاستقبال وتعاملها مع النزلاء غير لايق .. اخرجت لها رقم الحجز ادارت ظهرها وتركتني .. اتوقع اني حاجز بمقابل مالي وليس مجانًا حتى اعامل بهذه الطريقة .. فوق انها تاخرت عن تسجيل دخولي الا ان التعامل غير لايق نزلت عندكم 3 ليال كان تعاملهم راقي الا هذه الموظفة كان تعاملها غير لايق وكرهني بهذا الفندق
