Reviewed Sep 19, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at Hayah Al Masi. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Excellent service by Al Ameen from the room service team. He was polite, helpful, and attentive to our requests. His prompt and courteous service made our stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms were not clean Bed mattresses were broken. Fridge didnt work until they had to call a technician to fix. They need to upgrade appalling facilties.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The lady at the reception was very helpful and had a very nice attitude. She was kind, welcoming, and supportive. I would also like to thank the person who helped us with our bags, Karem — may Allah bless him. He helped us at around 4:00 AM, and despite my mood being very bad at that time, he was very kind, friendly, and greeted us with a smile. Both of them were very helpful and professional. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our experience more comfortable.

اما الاخ اللي في الاستقبال كان تعامله صعب لدرجة انه لا يبتسم ولا يرد السلام ويوقف سيارته علي باب الجراج وكل نزول وصعود لازم نكلمة . رائحة الفندق والمطعم سيئة الغرف غير معزولة من الابواب والشبابيك. الحمام به هاموش كثير ورائحة كريهة. المكيفات قديمة جدا وضعيفة
